Capital GMC Buick Cadillac

Went into the show room yesterday at 5pm. They close at 6pm. Walked around for 10 minutes looking at the vehicles.no one approached us. A large group was in the middle desks talking. Made eye contact with them. Nothing. After 15 minutes we left. I guess they don't need any business.

We visited Capital showroom to buy ford car. The salesperson were extremely helpful. They have a large range of both new and used cars. Looking forward to buy one sometime in future.

This was our 3rd GMC Canyon purchased through Capital GMC with Anand as our salesman for 2 of them. Anand notified us this past spring, before the yearly order board was going in, to get us the build we wanted. Anand delivered a wonderful personalized customer experience to us today. There it was on the showroom floor with a huge red bow. He presented a Thank you gift to each of us, for our repeat business, which was above and beyond any sales experience we’ve ever received. Additionally, his boss Robin Sanghvi, should be commended for his part in making our deals happen. Both gave us very personalized care and attention and made us feel valued. Please ask for Anand and tell him The Hudds sent you. ;)

Purchased a 2019 Sierra here. The grill and decals all peel. They replaced it once but won't replace them again despite being an ongoing issue. Had fender flares installed on it, they didn't even bother to clean dirt off the truck before install so I had to remove them immediately to clean. During this process they removed my mudflaps and I never saw them again. Came here with a flat tire, was getting it replaced through their 'diamond' warranty or whatever and I sat in the waiting room for almost 3 hours to have my tire changed, despite it being an appointment. I guess the entire store shuts down at lunch, even with an 11: 30 appointment, and you're left there twiddling your thumbs. Got a check engine light and the woman on the phone said it was $199 for diagnostic, and if it was an engine issue it would be covered by my powertrain warranty, if it wasn't I had to cough up $200 to have a scan tool plugged in. I dont feel like gambling with my money when you wont stand behind your product. Truly embarrassing after spending 70k at this hole. Will never recommend GMC to anyone and will never purchase another GMC product.

I took my vehicle in to have something fixed that was under warranty. I have been having issues with it for 5 years and the other dealership (where I bought it brand new) would not fix. Capital checked it over and did all the necessary repairs to cover the warranty. Thank you very much, now I won't be afraid to drive my vehicle when its cold out, and it won't leave me stranded any more.

We purchased a good used vehicle here. I dealt with Kavi. He was very quick to answer. He replied with pictures, and videos as requested. This vehicle was purchased during the Covid-19 restrictions and so the purchase was made "contactless". This is something I've never done for a vehicle and Kavi made it happen seamlessly. He even delivered the vehicle personally. Thank to Kavi and Capital GMC.

I really love Rick and the team of people here that are absolutely incredible they have gone above and beyond time and again to always help my family so that I don't have to worry I don't care if I live out of a cardboard box I would buy my next car from these guys. I remember one year my son was deathly ill and I was having to go back and forth from where I live an hour out of the city to the hospital to see him when his body was shutting down I remember you throwing up in my car and the vomit was so bad that they had to take everything apart on the inside and I had no idea how I was going to get home or get back to my son and take care of everything that needed to be done let alone afford it I was in such a mess that Rick actually came over and gave me a car to drive home and to go see my son and then cleaned my entire vehicle not once but three times to get the smell out and the vomit out of the air conditioning system / venting I was so touched by the generosity and the compassion that he showed as a parent himself that is forever changed the way that I see this place I honestly cannot believe how much heart and soul these people have and I would recommend them to anyone the people in the fast service Lane if you need oil changes done are incredible they will help you out they will look at anything you need looked at over all this place is amazing I would never go anywhere else and I have a mechanic right down the road for me but I will drive an hour and to make sure that I'm getting the quality care and compassion that my family needs highly recommend.

Robert and Paul went above and beyond for us! When we first tried to get a new SUV unfortunately with our negative equity it wasn't possible. A month later Robert called to tell me that he and Paul were still working on a deal and looked like it was approved. We got the call later that day to say it was approved! They got us into a brand new terrain with an amazing interest rate. Can't say enough good things about these guys and hope they went above and beyond for us when every other dealership gave up on us. Would like to give them zero star but have to give 1 star that’s the only option. Not satisfied with vehicle, tried so many time to explain them but did not get any satisfied service. Seems like they don’t care, Once the vehicle is sold.

To sales man please tell the customers what your 3 month warranty actually can cover which is only engine and transmission but while we are purchasing sales man never clear these things with any customer. Your clarification and true explanation can help us to buy wright vehicle.

Kanwarjit Punia (kavi) was superb and ver helpfull. I went their for my friends car but when i talk with him he answerd all of the question and helped us get into the vehical that we wanted.i came from the Ontario couple of months ago. I did not think to buy a car that much early but he showed me the best deals then i brought a car too with my friend.

I normally never write reviews, but I had such a great experience with Capital GMC that I am taking my time to do so. I contacted them about a 2019 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk on their website and through out the whole buying process Graden (sales) and Brittany (Finance) were excellent to deal with! They answered my many questions, were very fast to respond (even on a day off), and sent me a detailed personalized video (due to COVID we did a mainly online shopping experience which was easier than I expected!). When it came to pricing I told them I was not looking to waste anyone's time and to give me their best price.which ended up being very fair compared to other dealerships I looked at. When I did go in to pick up the vehicle they were ready with everything necessary and pleasant to deal with. However, the best part about my experience was that right after the sale, I ended up seeing a problem with 2 tires that was overlooked during the process.there was no hesitation from them to make it right! They immediately apologized and purchased two new tires for me. I would definitely recommend this dealership if you're looking for a hassle free way to buy a car, especially if you're hesitant to do "online" car purchasing.

I bought a pre owned car from the capital and the guy that helped me out for all the process that was required to buy the car was Gary he was very friendly and helpful to me for finding a perfect car and was transparent about all the process.

Brought my old truck in for repairs, Joshua took great care of me as always. I mentioned to Jeff Sali that I wanted to get into a new vehicle to get back into something with warranty. He hand picked a truck based on my previous vehicle and a few things he picked up on, and he Nailed it! Absolutely checked every box on my wish list! The first truck I test drove was the one I took home! Jeff then took me over to the accessories department where he introduced me to Ryan and helped me go over some of the accessories I needed. He then introduced me to Matt Fischer who painlessly took care of the paperwork. Jeff completed my experience with a tour of the Capital grounds showing me all of the services that Capital has to offer, which is absolutely everything Auto! It was an awesome experience, I will highly recommend Jeff Sali and Capital GM!

These guys betrayed me. Sales person called me to show me a vehicle and I went from Moose Jaw, a guy name Daniel said, sorry sir the vehicle is not available if u come back tomorrow, we will definitely show u. I went again, and the guy said, sorry sir, I can't show u again it's in workshop but I'll call u when its ready. After a week, i called the sales person and he said, what vehicle, it's being sold yesterday to a family. I said, we had a verbal agreement, u suppose to call me first, he said, it's not my call to sell it, management sold out.

They are corrupted and can do anything for more money. Please don't trust them

Disappointing and frustrating service. Was looking forward to a nicely cleaned and perfectly running vehicle after it was in their shop for what seemed like an eternity. Had to miss my brefuss on multiple occasions to get updates.

This can be resolved with free brefuss to a restaurant of my choosing.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE SCAM ARTIST! THIS DEALERSHIP IS THE BIGGEST SCAM OUT THERE. MADE A DEAL WITH THE MANAGER OF THE DEALERSHIP AFTER BACK AND FORTH EMAILS AND CALLS FOR OVER TWO WEEKS, AND WHEN HE SEND OUT THE BILL HE ADDED ALL THESE DIFFERENT FEES THAT HADNT BEEN DISCUSSED AND THEN HARASSED ME WITH PHONE CALLS AND EMAILS WONDERING WHY I WASN'T SENDING THEM MONEY. Just bought a gorgeous used SUV from Capital GMC. The sales person Gregg Williams was awesome. Helpful, informative, realistic.felt like a friend helping us out to make sure we got the right vehicle for us.not a salesman just pushing to make a sale. Jona in the finance department was super helpful working through the different options to get us the extra warranty that made sense for us while still keeping us within a payment that we were comfortable with.

Knowing the vehicle passed a 150 point inspection along with the extra warranty gives us confidence in the vehicle we bought - knowing that it's in great shape and everything will be taken care of in the event something goes wrong.

Spent a week working on getting a vehicle, was continuously promised he'd throw in command start otherwise I didn't want that car, the guy waits in the doorway while I sign the paperwork with finance department then after says "oh by the way I can't do the command start but you can buy it for another $700. " near decked him. Should've known something was wrong with the guy when he was making comments like "any time I've heard about an accident it was a woman driving" So if you are ever desperate enough to go to Capital avoid Kash, trust me.

I recently took the delivery of a Chevy Trax from Capital GMC. I dealt with Mr. Sarath and he was very helpful from the start till the end. Sarath is a very efficient and effective salesperson. The entire process of choosing the vehicle to taking the delivery went smoothly. I also got a good deal. I would highly recommend Sarath to anyone who is looking to purchase a new vehicle.

My salesperson, Dean Mason, really made this experience phenomenal! He never pressured me to buy anything I didn’t truly want, he found the vehicle I wanted and stayed within my set budget. I have been dealing with this dealership since 2004, and will continue to do so in the future. I highly recommend Capitol, and encourage you to find the salesperson who is right for you (not becessarily the first one when you walk in the door).

2 years ago I purchased what I would call the biggest regret in my life. I bought a 2010 Dodge Journey from this company after I was assured many times that I would have a reliable car for at least 10 years before having to do any major fixes. In the 2 years I have had to put in a new car battery, a new transmission, new tires because they sold me the car with the wrong tires, and fix the suspension. So I would NOT recommend buying from this company.

On the morning of September 21st, I approached the burly, black bearded male parts person of this firm with a sample of the M8 X 20, grade 8, coarse threaded bolt, I wished to purchase. He advised me that he could only assist me if I provided the GM Vehicle Identification Number, make, model, year and location of the bolt; which I provided. He then informed me, my only option was to order this bolt from a Michigan location at an estimated delivery of more than one week. I declined his offer. Having had some time to consider this response, I returned in the afternoon to inquire of the slight, male parts person who wore his light colored hair in a ponytail, if I could purchase this common bolt from their “shop supplies”. He told me “We probably have this bolt in “shop supplies” but I would get into serious trouble if I sold it to you. ” I left this establishment annoyed and frustrated. I purchased this bolt for less than $0.50 at another local business.
This experience demonstrates to me an apathetic attempt to satisfying the needs of a customer. Such an enterprise is undeserving of my endured patronage.

Super friendly technicians and staff. They are always extremely helpful in figuring out what is needed for my vehicle. I wasn't even charged labour for what I had done on my last visit. Great customer service! I go there for all my vehicle needs and have never been dissapointed.

If you had questions he had answers or found answers he went all the way to deliver my new 2018 Denali 2500hd. Brad is definitely professional and courteous.
