There was no TV! No towels and under the blankets was a bunch of crums n dirt. Wouldn't let us use the broom as we have kids and was a bit messy instead of letting us clean it she took the broom n starts taking pics of the room.

Great price, but not what was advertised on expedia.thin pillows, hard bed, and the one staff member was rude as the key didn't work properly. Prime location to the tunnels. This place needs an upgrade.

Dingy outdated describes it at best. Right from beginning.key didn't work properly, tall lamps needed propping against wall or they fall over. Whisper thin pillows, I woke up so sore! Best I can say it was cleaned and a central location.

They management tried causing us of smoking in the room to keep our damage deposit even tho WE DONT SMOKE AT ALL! Not to mention the terrible noise all night long. Never again.
The room was so run down and grungy~ burns in the mattress stained walls bath tub didn’t even turn off.

This is hands down worst place I've ever stayed there was no towels or toilet paper and she charged me 140 with no receipt and the price when I talked to them on the phone was 80 dollars instead I paid almost double that there was a bloddy blanket on the bed still a cap to a needle on the counter cockroaches and I could keep going not to mention how rude the lady at the front desk is I wish I could Rate this place a -5 stars cause I would

Omg.where do I begin.
We were charged 140 dollars on cold Saturday night. We were told it was because the city was busy and it was the weekend.
When we checked out I told the clerk that required a receipt since we had paid cash.
Was told that she would not provide a receipt when we pay cash?
I insisted.
Then was told we had to wait outside for our taxi.
It was -25.
The room was also a bit of a story.
Sheets and rowns smelled dirty.
The room was filthy.
Please do not support this so called hotel.
It was beyond discusting.

Cockroach motel, beware! Found very large cockroach in room i killed it and showed management and they tell me maple bug lol. Then they switch me rooms to a very outdated room with tube tv. Only out for your money rooms are ugly, doors barely lock.
