The clinic has been so friendly and helpful when dealing with Norton's illness. Always a smiling face when we open the doors to come in. Extremely professional when in the exam room and helpful in offering suggestions to how to deal with his situation. Thanks for your help and guidance.

I can’t believe that careport animal hospital has become a careless animal hospital. I used to bring my cats since 2017 to this clinic, this clinic used to be my favourite veterinary clinic (checkups, vaccines, neutering, emergency, etc.) ; however, since they moved to harbour landing (even closer to my house and I expected it to be better, they became very rude and careless when it comes to booking an appointment. No value to your client and how long they’ve been dealing with you at all and I am extremely disappointed with the way they push me to go to another vet just because they can’t see my new cat. I called more than 3 times to bring my new cat and they asked me to check another vet. Very disappointing, very unprofessional.

They are always thorough in explaining and always give you all options before actually giving their recommendations. They are so considerate and make sure your pet feels so comfortable in their care. Thank you Careport for being the best vet!

Dr Gazda is always thorough, thoughtful and sweet to my staffy. She takes the time to explain things and gives recommendations. When my dog realizes we’re going to the vet, she races to the door. The receptionists are friendly and helpful as well. Would 100% recommend this clinic:)

Promp, professional service. The receptionist, technician, and veterinarian all showed a real caring attitude towards Eliza, my new rescue cat. Last October my 14 year old cat Lizzie was euthanized there and I was treated with much compassion.

Handled my fur baby’s needs very professionally and delicately as we had to put her down.
That was the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do. Dr. Padial was so empathetic and nice and sweet to my little girl. So much so that I’ve decided to bring my other cat Ginger in for all her needs!

Dr Hunchak and Danielle (and other reception staff I don’t know as well) always look after Amiga so well. Amiga doesn’t hesitate to go in to the clinic. Dr. Hunchak is very responsive and thorough and always has refills on hand if needed. The new clinic is bright, clean, well organized and I appreciate that masking continues to be recommended. We will continue to see Dr. Hunchak as needed.

Always so thorough and patient - all my questions are always answered and it’s obvious all the vets and techs really love the animals. They were particularly great with my senior dog who is skittish of the vet.

Dr. Megan is amazing she is so good with dogs and has such a calming personality. All staff were kind and treated Frank like he was a king.

This whole organization is great, from the vets to the administrators! I’ve been going here for a couple of years now and I’ve had nothing but great experiences in my several visits.

We bring both our dogs here and really appreciate the service. The workers are friendly and knowledgeable, appointments are timely, and the atmosphere is really nice. Definitely recommend it!

I have been taking my pets to this facility for years. They have been wonderful to my pets and very thourough. I highly recommend them.

You will not find a better vet in Regina. They are truly concerned with the welfare of your pet. They like to treat your pet like it's your child (having a client folder with your pet's name on it), and they will check in with you to make sure your pet is doing well. I highly recommend this vet.

Dr. Gravelle is amazing! She is super personable and I can tell that she genuinely cares about my dogs. She is very intelligent and explains the treatment options without sounding rushed and answers all of the questions I have. We found out my golden doodle is allergic to chicken and he no longer has ear infections! My dogs and I love her and I 10/10 recommend her to anyone looking for a vet:)

My dog needed to see a vet right away. They made room so my dog could be seen. I had to bring him back the next day for a last minute procedure and they were extremely welcoming and informative. Nothing but good things to say!

Excellent service and care! They don't try to push unnecessary procedures on you and call promptly with your pet's test results so you're not sitting around worrying all day.

100% reccomend this place. The staff is amazing - very friendly and courteous. The vets themselves are so kind to the animals and take the time to explain things so people can understand what they're talking about. Their prices are really amazing as well.

Great place to take your pets. They provide great service and generally seem to care for their clients and pets! When my dog has to get some pain meds last time, they took the time to put the meds into syringes for me so I could easily give it to my dog, instead of having to do it myself. Thank you for the great service!

Walking into the hospital you are greeted by the friendliest front staff and are welcomed into a bright, warm, and clean office space.

Going to the vet can be an overwhelming experience… but Careport has made everything effortless and easy for us and our sweet pup!

I wish I could still go here Vets are excellent but if you only have cash they’ll send you away so if you lost your debit card don’t bother

Beautiful and spacious clinic, clean, and well laid out. Friendly service and great experience for both myself and my pupper - Dr Gazda was very thorough and also did a great job of putting things into layman's terms for me to understand.

Great animal hospital! All the staff are responsible and kind-hearted. Few days ago, my cat had a surgery to remove the broken teeth in here. The reception lady and doctors try to book the surgery as soon as possible and make it perfect done. My cat feels pretty good now. I believe Careport is my only choice of the pet hospital.

This vet clinic is amazing. I couldn't believe my bill was so reasonable at the end of my first visit. The facilities are well-designed with little touches like leash hooks and separate waiting areas for cats and dogs. Lots of room to keep you pooch from lunging at others. The staff and vet were so nice and thorough. Not rushed at all. And left with a good care plan for my senior girl. Super recommend.

I take my 3 cats there, and always will. They are compassionate, patient and answer all questions I have. They were very compassionate with a sudden passing of a cat in 2017 and helping my pet in an emergency while on a very tight budget. Your pet is in great hands here.

This clinic looked after my dog, Junjun for 15 years with caring, loving and passion at reasonable fees. Great facility in its new location in Harbour Landing. Truly appreciated their services!

I will absolutely never be coming back to Careport Animal Hospital.

The blonde secretary at the front desk has the most unprofessional mannerisms for hospitality and customers. Rolls her eyes at people when they ask IF they take cash and mumbles under her breath rudely while that person is standing right there. Why? It is kindly, your job after all.

I called and asked prices for a spay. She had it in the 200-300$ range for a spay no extras added. I walked out paying over half a grand 500$ for things I said weren't really needed such as a cone but pushed their reasons towards having it. Didn't consult me on prices during, just gave me the bill after. I paid it.

I left there today unhappy because I talked to the same secretary about a feline allergy appointment on the phone and asked if the nail trimming was complimentary. She said yes. I double checked, she said it would be as long as I paid the appointment fee. Same thing happened to me today, I got handed an outrageous bill for 262$ at the end for a dye test and 2 different eye drops. I paid it and asked if I can still get her nails trimmed (thinking this was still free option) very rudely says to me, "HAVE we? Or CAN we? "
She waited for them to clip my cats nails to tell me "I'll get your payment" WHAT? !

She went to double check about the nail trimming being included in the 260$ bill and she says "yeah you still have to pay"
I've paid close to 800$ in only two trips at this place, verbally asked on the phone if its covered too and they can't even be sincere about the free nail trimming mix up. Wow.

I had no choice to give her cash because its all I had left on me and it made me totally uncomfortable as hell. She rolled her eyes and mumbled "uh we don't accept cash because maybe we don't have any money to give back? " rudely to the woman who was still standing beside me with her dog. She gave me change back, so why even rudely say something like that? Sometimes that's all people have.like today I got soaked that's all I had left.

I also went in there for concerns of cat eye problems and the doctor charges me 45$ for a dye test without telling me it's going to be charged that much. JUST to rule out there's no scratch. I said there wasn't that it was allergies. They just refuse to listen to you because you're inferior to them or something just to upcharge you even though you'd probably decline if you knew the prices.

I'm beyond outraged with this place and how it can even score 3 stars. Seriously. This hospital is great cleanliness wise but there's lots of better animal hospitals that actually cares to consult with their customers correctly on what they're paying for and find a better vet with a more mature environment and secretary who isn't going to treat you poorly while you're a few meters away like this location does. If you don't care about customers than you certainly don't care about their pets either.

Great place. They have helped take care of all my pups over the years. Would definitely recommend to new pet owners. They easily answer any question you may have.

Took my puppy on suspicion of a broken paw.

Ice was not taken care of in front of the building, so while I was walking, holding my injured pup, I almost fell myself.

7 of them, in front, chatting, no urgency or attention to the client at all.

Asked me to wait. A technician came out, told me that they won't do anything until that afternoon. (4+ hours wait) Did not suggest pain meds, or anything to relax my puppy. I asked if they know a good place in town that could accept us now, She said this is my responsibility to research that, but both of my hands busy holding the puppy! Puppy is scared, and they have no desire to help, no urgency, no compassion.

On my way out, same problem, slippery I almost fell, again!

Went to another place, they took him in for an X-ray in 10 minutes, doctors administered pain meds. Those people love animals!

Not these guys! Never coming there again.

Staff were polite and professional. They have a sincere love of animals and it shows. The vet did a very thorough assessment and was concerned about my cat’s well being. Asked questions and provided explanations that showed she was up on her medical knowledge. Called afterwards to check up on my cat and reviewed all test results thoroughly. Also provided treatment options that would guarantee my cat would have the best quality of life possible. Not once did I feel rushed or like the vet had somewhere else to be. My cat mattered! Love that and will go back with confidence in the care my cat will be treated like royalty!

My puppy needed surgery on both of his eyes. His recovery was tough. During his recovery, we were, at times, visiting the office more than once a week. Dr. Hunchak was with us every step of the way. I'll never trust my pups to anyone else.

My cat had a couple ingrown claws in his pads, one being infected. I called six other vet clinics around regina, and the ones that gave me estimates all told me $300+ cause they said they'd HAVE to put him under anaesthesia.
Dr. Gazda was very understanding of my financial situation. It was quick and easy, and they only did what was necessary. It totalled to $136 including antibiotics. I'll definitely be taking my cats there from here on out.
