Had a meeting room booked for 7 Pm.
Paid for the room and received the key as the meeting was to take place after hours.
We arrived at the location at 6: 30 to get the meeting room ready, but the key for the front door that we were issued did not work.
We called a few numbers to let them know of the situation but nothing was done.
We had to hold our meeting outside the location with only 1 usable picnic table. The rest of the attendees hade to stand.
We left at 8 PM. Up to that point, no one from the city came to unlock the door.
Thank God that it was a relatively nice evening.
