Needed a solution quick for a furnace that stopped working in the cold weather. The serviceman who came, Devon, was excellent, friendly, and thorough. Needed a bit more of a repair than expected, but he set us up with heaters and was back the next day with parts and had us back up and running. Thank you

Centennial came in and fixed an issue with my furnaces humidifier. The technician, Darren, was very friendly and personable. Explained everything clearly about what needed to be repaired.

Tyson is a great guy, easy to talk with, very knowledgeable and has the "MacGyver" touch. His work is impeccable and he explained all my repair options clearly and started with the cheapest once first, which resolved the issue. Also knew exactly what was wrong with my furnace and repaired it in 15 minutes. I've been using Centennial for years and have always had great service and will continue to use them in the future.

Tyson was my technician and he was great! Very professional and was very thorough in checking my furnace up and down for any issues. He was very quick and efficient in making the needed replacement on a part and now my furnace sounds so much better.

Jed came to inspect our furnace and make sure all was well before winter comes. He was knowledgeable and professional. He took his time and went through his findings with us and answered any questions we had. Very throurough and offered options for any further recommended upkeep. Definitely recommend and we will continue to use their services.

Mike Bilodeau came for our annual furnace checkup that is included in our membership w Centennial. He found a hole in our heat exchanger which could have caused huge problems this winter. He had the part sent to the house and replaced the heat exchanger. All this was included in the extended warranty we purchased. Very thankful for Mike’s knowledge and performance.

Centennial was pleasant on the phone aswell as the technician that came out. We had a toilet issue that and was easily fixed. The only thing that was quite concerning was the high cost. It was very expensive for what was done. Again, we had a good experience but it was way too much for what was done.

Wesley was on time, professional and responsive to the questions I had. I highly recommend Wesley!
