Just moved in and so far it's pretty amazing. Feels safe, the staff are so sweet, it's well kept, close and convenient to the heart of downtown and lots of shopping. So far well done I'm excited to see how living here goes.

I have lived here only since September, barely six months, and this is absolutely the WORST place possible to rent from, starting at roaches and mice all over the building, crackheads literally shooting up in the front back and sides of the building, no security so even if you pay for parking in the parkade people will get in and break into your car, my partner and I have been without hot water for months and nothing has been done and half the time the garage door doesn’t even open or close. Do not rent here, save yourself some sanity.

If you like living with cockroaches, getting your car broken into all the time, constant water breaks, loud music from hookah lounge then this is the place for you. I lived here for 5 years and paid rent on time every month, have them 1 months notice before moving out and then they try charging me lease breakage fee which I refuse to pay, just goes to show they don’t care about there tenants at all. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

CPPA is an iconic apartment in downtown with amazing view and friendly staff.
Denise who recently joined the Organization as Community Director, had been extremely helpful and accommodating during our shifting process.
She went out of her way to make us as comfortable as possible in our apartment and helped in all possible ways.
The building itself has maintenance issues which do get addressed, but with Denise around, we know she would ensure the work gets done and with her experience in hospitality industry she is a thorough professional and is an asset to the organisation.
The apartments are value for money for sure

Unsafe place, our cars stuff rubbed last week when it was in parkade, we all got seek because of old carpet and unfresh air in building, just feel like stuck here because they charge you 1 month extra rental fee if you want to leave and broke your contract which it’s not fair, my kid start coughing and trouble breathing because of blowed air, we pay more rental fee because of dishwasher but it’s always doesn’t work and nobody care about that, we even accepted to pay more monthly rent and change our unit to another floor, they accepted and after we packed our stuff, suddenly changed their mind and wants more money

Thank you Denise Poirier (community director at centre point plaza), you are the best!
Guys.she is very professional, experienced and helpful property manager. Concern person for the lease wasn’t around, and she didn’t handle these things. However, she went out of the way to help me and finished the work.

Denise and the other girl downstairs at Centre Point Plaza are amazing and a far better replacement of the previous landlords you had

Denise bears an amazing personality, very polite and wounderful person to deal with. She arranged things for my move very efficiently. It was wounderful experience. Thank you so much

New management is needed, current building management is condescending disrespectful and overall unprofessional. Rental rates are too high, parking and laundry are unmanageable & unaffordable. Isn't worth moving into.

The water leaking directly into my clothes from top of my bedroom. Water supply is a big issue in this apartment, they frequently cut water supply, the building is really close to the night club under it, if you live under 5th floor near the night club side, every night will be your nightmare.

Not a lot of positive can be said about living here, other than the convenience of the location and the gym.
The place was in mediocre shape when I moved in, - scuffs on the stucco wall, white spray paint on the screen door, no fan in the bathroom.
The fire alarm in the building goes off ALL the time, walking down 18 flights of stairs with your child in the middle of the night gets VERY old very fast.
The water to the building is constantly being shut off.
There is no visitor parking available.
The pigeons will take over your balcony and destroy everything you own.

THEN, get this. When I am moving out, I take 2 days to clean everything to a MUCH BETTER state than it was when i moved in and when I get my closing statement, they tell me they needed 4 hours to clean it after I did (which they charged me for) AND they charged me for filling any nail holes and a fresh coat of paint! (which is usually assumed that every tenant hangs pictures - i have never been charged to have these holes filled!)

Sketchy people from downtown are in the building on occasion as well, plus they left the garage door open one night and did NOT send out a notice to any of the tenants and a bunch of our cars got broken into.

Also, the staff turnover rate happens frequently and to the point where they do not know the tenants.
WOULD NOT recommend Centre Pointe Plaza.

I wouldn't recommend living here. The positives are that the apartments are relatively cheap and there is indoor parking. The indoor parking is by far the best part of this place. The building itself is an older building and requires continuous maintenance as would be expected. They offer 6,8, and 12 month lease terms. The office staff is unreliable and tough to get a hold of. The office often closed during hours of operation and the landlord doesn't carry a work cellphone with her. The landlord will also unlawfully remove 150$ and 75$ from the security deposit without notice for "carpet cleaning " and "general cleaning" respectively. The security deposit will take 30 days to be returned as it has to comes from the head office in Seatle. Lastly there's cockroaches in the building.

I would not recommend living here. I will not be renewing my lease and moving out within the next few months. The reason being is because of how upper management treated their previous office staff. Within one year, two really good and compassionate leasing agents (Shayla and Maria) quit and found better opportunities and they let a really good community director (Marissa) go because she wasn’t renting the apartments fast enough and there were vacancies in the building. Actually, in all of Regina, there are over 900 apartments for rent, so Centre Pointe Plaza wasn’t the only building that had vacancies. Now, they have a new community director, Aleks, in the office, and she doesn’t care about the tenants and wants to argue with you on everything you say that she doesn’t agree with. I’ve heard her be extremely rude with other tenants to the point where they leave the office in tears. She doesn’t care if there is vandalism in the parking garage. She doesn’t listen to the tenants concerns at all. Her attitude is “What I say, goes, and I don’t care about what you say, or what your concerns are”. She allows riff-raff to move in. I feel like the building isn’t safe to live in anymore. When the other staff was here, they got rid of the riff-raff and was careful on who they let live here. There are a lot of tenants that are not and will not be renewing their leases because of Aleks. She brings a lot of negative energy to the building, she gives the tenants wrong information and the tenants do not feel comfortable going down to the office with concerns. When Marissa was here, she was warm and welcoming to everyone that stopped by the office. I have no idea why they would get rid of someone that actually cared about the tenants with the person they have here now. I thought that Weidner Apartment Homes (the company that runs Centre Pointe Plaza) had the motto “What Matters to You, Matters to Us”. If that is the case, then get rid of Aleks and bring Marissa back. If that happened, then this building would be a good place to live in again, and people would be happy and wouldn’t be moving out. A lot of tenants are very unhappy.
On the positive side, the apartments are nice and each one has it’s own balcony. And if you are lucky to get an apartment on one of the higher floors, the view of the city is great.
