I looked into this company for physically accessible space for my family and I. We were treated great initially until it came down to the viewing. The host was very rude, dismissive, and unwelcoming and refused to meet me at the main floor. For a place that advertises physically accessible and affordable housing the treatment we received was shocking and disappointing. We didn't receive any apology or word back after complaining to management. This housing company discriminates against Indigenous and physically disabled potential tenants. Do not waste your time.

Very slimy company.
My girlfriend and I looked at some places a month ago and sent in an application. Both of us are around 30 and have decent careers, make around 200k collectively, and it’s clear we take care of ourselves. I called yesterday to get an update and they mysteriously “lost” our application. When we reapplied they denied us. It wasn’t a surprised considering they upped the price of the townhouses $150 more since we originally applied! There was no other reason to decline us other than they are trying to up charge for the property and needed to get rid of us and our original price for the unit. Pretty scummy operation and we will never be dealing with this company again.

I have filled out the application last week and called 8 times! Very bad customer service. I filled out the online application and didn’t heard back then I called them and had to go through the application again by phone! Same question same application! I was told someone will reach me out in a business day. Still waiting! I had to contact them again and still I m waiting! Even I’m not qualified they should contact and let me know!

You'll never get your full security deposit. Even if you maintain the suite well and paid rent on time. We got only less than $300. We paid 1095 as security deposit. The care taker said they'll reduce the money for usual cleaning but they cheated.

Great service. Very knowledgeable front office staff and brokers. Faizi Vejdani clearly and patiently explained my vehicle insurance policy coverages, options and cost for each option. I highly recommend Faizi as an insurance broker.
