Changes Salon and Spa

I bought a Groupon for a body piercing. It said to make an appointment so I did. I get there, and was told that it costs an extra $35 for the jewelry. I was not told this upon booking the appointment, nor was it in the fine print on the Groupon. I haven’t even received a service and I’m already disappointed. What a waste of time and money.

Not only is my Estitician the best in my opinion at doing lashes she is always willing to accommodate my finicky schedule My lashes easily stay in for a month even longer if I stretch it and I am not careful of protecting them. I could not ask for someone I would rather have. I also find her and the rest of the staff at Changes friendly warm and welcoming when I am coming and going.
I can also give a great report on Caroline who has always done my permanent makeup and changed me from the ugly duckling to the beautiful swan I am grateful forever

Have been going here for almost 10 years. Went today for a spa service. When I walked in and tried to talk to an employee there, I was completely ignored, not even acknowledged. When she did finally say something, it was "I'm busy" in a rude and dismissive way. I waited to speak to the owner, Carolyn to inform her what happened and that I would be leaving without getting my service. That same employee rushed at me, speaking very loud and rudely. Stated how hard it has been for them as the salon is basically going under. Not sure how that is a customer's fault, especially as I was there to support them. I started to leave but that girl followed me outside and to my vehicle, saying that I was selfish and only thinking of myself? ! This entire interaction was infront of my 6 yr old! Like wow! Changes salon has crashed and burned, don't even bother going there anymore.

Went here for partial highlights, and they were really poorly done. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and then she just put really chunky, unevenly bleached foils in my hair. Drip bleach randomly other places so I had bleach mid strands on brown hair. She then didn't cover my highlights properly with toner, some where toned others were not. And she didn't qssh out the toner and just left it in, so some parts of the blonde were blue, others were yellow/white (from over prcoessing) and then the rest of my hair was untoned. When I complained she said she was really happy with it, and then admitted she had not washed out the toner. She did not offer to fix it. Nor did she offer to discount. I had to spend 360 bucks and 5 hrs getting it fixed at another salon.

I very much enjoyed my pedicure and manicure. Very nice friendly atmosphere!
