Read their lease terms and all emails you get from them very closely, they might try to trick you. Make sure to research your tenant rights.

We moved in yesterday, Nov 7 and really do like the place however, there was so much cleaning needed. The appliances were filthy and disgusting with dried up food, crumb, grime, dirt and dust. We pulled out the stove and fridge and it was completely gross piled with dirt, dust, grime and food. There is s broken piece in the fridge under a glass shelf that the 2 baskets slide on and one of the baskets is badly cracked. There is also a cracked basket in the freezer drawer. The floor registers snd vents were all completely filthy and full of dust. The windows, sills, blinds were all dirty. The blind cover plate at the back door was broken and laying on the counter when we got here. The rope on the living room blind has been shortened and is fraying so we are afraid to raise the blind. There are wooden corner finishing pieces for the bottom of 2 cupboards that are laying on the floor. The walls are scuffed and marked, lots of paint gouges, not well washed at all. When we went to wipe the towel bar in one of the bathrooms upstairs, it just fell off the wall. One of the ends ate broke and it looks like someone tried glueing it back on. There were 3 burned out light bulbs.

They are unfair and unprofessional. Do not recommend.
Charged me for things I did not damage etc… did not follow the law for end of tenancy.

Worst, worst. I'm asked for help my problem is water was leak from the ceiling, after couple calls for help assistant menager was sed if you call one more time I will call police. She told maintenance guy you can't go there and check what's happening. I'm owner of the property and paying condo fee. I don't know for what I paying that service, probably for nothing and very bad management service.
