I came in looking for a certain product to find it is being discontinued. The person who helped me not only recommended a different one but took the time to ask questions, explain how to use it and why he likes it, all while being extremely professional and kind. Thank you!

Had problems with the salon before so I stopped getting haircuts/Color from them. However, I still go there to get my shampoo/conditioner. I went today and I always get the Hemp products. They have always been around $32. The price I saw was $48 for just one. I was shocked and ended up leaving. I checked the Hemp website and they sell them for $32 each. Money grab from Chatters…

Had a booking with Brittany A. Showed up and got my hair cut by someone else. They don’t show up when booking. Not sure if they are even a hairdresser. Got the worst haircut of my entire life. Looks like it was cut by a child. Have layers on one side and not the other. And some pieces are way longer than others. It makes me so sad to look at. Will have to wait until it grows out a bit to get fixed someplace else.

I got a haircut there today and it was with a junior stylist and she was okay.just took a really long time with my haircut and got frustrated with me when i asked her to fix it and we ended up going on for about an hour and she got increasingly annoyed with me and eventually i decided to just accept the bad haircut.which would be fine if it was at a discounted rate for a junior stylist but i still paid 37 dollars.kind of disappointed

Shay was awesome! She was extremely intelligent when it came to hair & products. Plus she done an amazing job with my hair. Will definitely be booking with her in the near future!

I was refused service for not wearing a mask. I have a medical mask exemption. Discriminatory practices have no place in 2021. I don't want to hear about safety protocol when mask can't stop viruses. Abhorrent behavior.

The only reason I have given this salon the number of stars I did is because the stylist was very friendly. But if you have personality and no skills you shouldn't be in the salon. I asked for a specific cut and showed 3 different images of the cut from different angles to the stylist and he absolutely butchered my long beautiful hair. He spent all of 10 minutes butchering my hair, no thought or care into the cut at all. Will be wearing a ponytail until this grows out so I can go somewhere else to get it fixed. And was very expensive, a hair cut for my CHILD and I was $80. And was not worth $10.

Best haircut place I ever visited. They keep records of the type of haircut you like and they are consistent. I can expect the same look everytime.

Was there for maybe 25 min so I gess there fast but the lady didnt lissen to what I was wanted and keeper stopping to talk to her coworker beside her in a different language un perfeshanal also I told her how i style my hair and how i wanted it and disregard what i said and did what ever she wanted to do and in the end was still $50 for maybe her putting in 15 minutes of work and not getting anything here what I wanted. Gess I just know not to go back to this location or atleast to that lady.
