Went to get a quick cut. All booked for the day. Why Advertise Walk ins Welcome when you never leave any openings for walk ins. Super stupid. Super frustrating!

Veryy rude workers, they cancelled my appointment only 50 minutes before. And when i asked to talk to a manager she said no and hang up the call on me!

Chanelle nailed my sons mullet! She did it exactly how he wanted it! She did such a great job he couldn’t be happier! Thanks for making his day!

My 1st haircut at Chatters and I'm very happy with my new hair! Very friendly and clean salon. I'm was just surprised when I paid $64+ (with tax) for a cut only, no wash, no blow dry or style, even though when I booked online the price was $56 for a cut with wash and blow dry included. Not sure how the pricing works.

Asked for a chin length Bob they cut it ear length then when I was like that's not chin length i was told "oh i always do my bob angled" i never asked for an angle bob i asked for chin lenght all the way around. The back of my head is about 2 inches long sits just at the middle of my ear. And one side is about a half inch longer than the other the worst haircut I have ever had never to go there. Its horrid.

Second time I’ve been to Julia and I’m just as happy leaving as the first time! The colour turned out exactly how I wanted, this salon has a great atmosphere and is in a convenient location. Would definitely recommend coming here and booking with Julia if you get the chance!:)
