Got my hair done by Caitlynn a few times and every single hair cut was on point I would always Recommend her!

I went to southland mall chatters and my haircut was done by Kaia. She is absolute professional who knows exactly what she is doing. I was a long hair girl going short hair for the first time in my life. But it turned out to be an amazing look. I showed her just 1 photo and she did the same thing i wanted. She was very sweet, made me feel comfortable throughout the haircut. When i walked out of the salon i felt amazing. Shout out to Kaia! You are awesome.

I had a trim I do have long hair. Was going to a wedding that day. Nice lady. She low dried my hair and tried to curl it with a straightener. This with a tip cost me over $90. I was floored at the price for a haircut. Before I left the mall there was no curl at all in my hair. I got to the wedding and looked like I rolled out of bed. I was very upset

On a phone booking I said them I want amber to do my highlights and toning but they said amber is not available on that day. So they recommended me other hairdresser I said I use to with amber. So the lady on phone she said we give you the best hairdresser and she is professional you don’t need to worry for your highlights. Than I said ok. But it was my bad and horrible decision. Bcoz the hairdresser ruined my day. I don’t know what she used on my highlights. Like my all the ash blonde highlights after toning look dark brown. Oh my god I was looking so horrible. Than the hairdresser said we try to figure out why it look so dark I need to ask my manager. I was like shaking. Than they used some clarifying shampoo and try to light my toning but it won’t…. I said I want my highlights any how. They said we have an back to back appointment.i said it’s not my fault. I have an off today tomorrow I m attending party. And today you ruined my hair. They said sorry than again the manager came and said we can’t do anything right now in your hair we booked today tomorrow till Monday. I said I have no time on a Monday. Than finally they booked my appointment. Next day but location change oh my god so terrible they are. I m so disappointed now no forever. I m not going here and specific this southland chatters.

I took the wife in for a hair cut. No customers in the salon. Workers standing around talking. Asked to get in and they said no in a very snobby tone.

Awful haircut service, cut was uneven (She rounded 1 side of my fade and squared the other.), the service felt really rushed and job was poorly done, had me in and out in 10-15mins. Felt like they were trying to just push quota numbers. Worst hair cut I had in years, have to go somewhere else to try to salvage what they have done.this cut was not worth even close to what they are charging.
Edit: hair was retouched/fixed, which lasted longer than the actual cut.

Stopped at store today to purchase products. I received very helpful, but not “pushy” service. So helpful-I needed advice!
She went out of her way to look up a discontinued product to find out what may be similar and meet my needs. Thank you.

Amazing experience at Chatters!

Went in to see Rocelyn for the first time as I was needing a new hairdresser and was lost on how to bring out my natural curls and maintain my hair. We had a consult and was very thorough when asking questions about my hair, how I usually style it, what products I use, etc.

Rocelyn then gave me a lovely wash and trim and then took time to teach and show me products and tips to help my hair!

The staff there overall is amazing as well and was able to show me the products suggested!

Rocelyn is an amazing stylist! Kenzi just did my hair yesterday afternoon. I had come in prior for a hair consultation where she had so much knowledge and expertise and even with my lack of understanding of my own hair, made me feel so much better about it! Honestly, I went in with a good expectation, but came out with such an above expected service! Kenzi answered all my questions about the process, about what I was and wasn't doing correctly to my hair during hair care, explained what she was doing and what would happen, as well as how it would come out. I came out looking gorgeous and I've never had my hair look this amazing before! Such an amazing stylist! Thank you so much:)

Amanda K is amazing, she able to give me exactly what I am looking for without me even being to explain it. She listens to you and transforms you. I have never been so happy. She is amazing, I highly recommend her.

Brittany was awesome! My hair turned out better than I expected. You know when a hairdresser just knows what to do.that's her. Even after a wash and a style myself at home. (the true test). I love it. It falls perfectly. I recommend her and this place for sure!

Amber J was my stylist and she did great! I had SUPER long hair and got her to cut it into a cute, short bob. Really happy with the outcome! Would highly recommend!

Kenzi T is the best stylist I've ever had. She always makes me feel super comfortable and excited coming in, and leaving looking and feeling like a million bucks. I will always recommend you go see her if you find her available.

I like their selection, but the customer service is awful. I don’t think the employees have a clue about the products they are selling. I also find they huddle behind the cash register and don’t offer to help.

Very rude, unfriendly and unprofessional staff. Asked to check if a particular item was in stock to which the representative just took the bottle I had and banged on the table just to say that no they don’t. While replying the representative did not even care to look at me. Won’t be going to this location again for sure.

Had a wonderful experience at Chatters! Staff are friendly, knowledgable and helpful. My stylist worked with me to get exactly the hairstyle I was after and recommended appropriate products for my hair. HIGHLY recommend!
