Checkered Flag was HONEST and STRAIGHT FORWARD!
Its been so cold, and I was sure my rack and pinion went in my car.
Was quoted a price for that.
Only for Patrick to call back with AMAZING news. It wasnt as bad as we thought!
Not only did he save me a ton of money, but got it in the shop a day early and back to me in no time.
They will def get my business again.and again!

I call in to make an appointment to fix my vehicle and was told the day to bring it in. That day comes around and I go to bring my vehicle in, at which I'm told I'm an hour late to my appointment (that I was never told the time of only the day) and I now have to wait an additional 4 days to get my vehicle fixed being told "the cold snap is causing a lot of cars issues" I really reccomend you take your vehicle to a different shop that won't kick you back multiple days for being a bit late to a time that you have to guess

Not one to complain but scheduled in a simple wheel balance, well after my first trip on highway it was clear the job was not completed properly. Called in to let Patrick know what I was experiencing and was quick to get defensive. Not only did that throw my whole experience off but he was not able to schedule me in until one full week after. I get that this is a busy time for all shops but hard working people are depending on your shop and are paying their hard earned money on repairs. The repairs should be completed properly from the start. After going back a second time I am still experiencing the same issues on what should have been a standard wheel balance. I will chalk up the money I paid as bad debt. Lesson learned, find a trusted mechanic and stay loyal. Beware people of Martensville.

Amazing shop. These guys are professional and genuine good people. Put a lot of wear and tear on my truck monthly and always feel safe knowing these guys are looking after it. Hats off to checkered flag.

Daryl and Patrick were absolutely amazing drop my truck off to get front struts installed. Ask them if they can look it over quickly and let me know if anything else might need attention as I was driving to BC. Patrick gave me a list of items. And suggested certain parts that needed to be changed before the trip. The truck feels bran new and the wheel ailment is 100% accurate. The price was phenomenal. I will definitely be back.

I was in for a snow blower tire repair this afternoon and as always I got helped out right away by the friendly, courteous, hard working staff.

Made an appointment the day earlier for a tire change, was told to be there at 7: 30am the next day. Wife goes to drop the vehicle off and was told they will get to it when they get to it. Guy at counter says I'm the only one here and I don't get paid until 8 am. The professionalism here is just superb, apts mean nothing apparently. Def will be using one of the many other shops in town for now on. We can go back and forth all you'd like Daryl - When I called I spoke to a woman who said to bring it in the morning after I asked for a morning appointment, I was not told it would be gotten to when you decide to do so at 8am. When I make an apt for a time I expect that time, especially when I'm not told otherwise.

This review was long overdue, my vehicle woukdnt start last winter and had to get my son somewhere he showed up and got me going and no charge, I've taken my vehicle to his shop several times since and there always decent friendly too me as well accomadate me also.i always try to get in with them when I can but they are busy!

We were passing through town and got a flat. Staff went out of their way to get us on the road as soon as possible. Thanks so much!

Very happy with how well they did they wheel alignment at a great affordable Price, the dealership even told me they couldn't do it without new parts. Guy behind the desk is super friendly and knows what hes talking about.

They replaced the part which was defalted.put another one in and runs great.appretiate the honesty of the staff and friendly too

This is what great service is all about. Took in my 05 Suburban for a routine oil change, and the guys gave it a complimentary drive train inspection. Turns out, I had a very bad front wheel bearing (wasn't making any noise or vibration). With a long holiday coming up, they had it fixed and on my way. I highly recommend them for all things automotive.

Went in with a leak in the tire and got in right away, fixed up in no time. Staff was professional. Would go there again

I had been looking around for a while and was having a difficult time deciding. I called a different local place looking for suggestions and was basically told to do my own research. I had researched the best tires for my Jeep and thought I had done a good job. The “other” place I called told me it would take a couple weeks to get in, so I messaged a couple other places and never heard back from most. When I finally talked to Patrick he was so helpful I was almost in tears. He said the tires I picked are great for California, but they wouldn’t work in a Saskatchewan winter. He made a couple other suggestions and explained them very well to me. Today I dropped off my Jeep and they drove me back to work. When my vehicle was done, they drove it back to work for me and I couldn’t be happier!

They were able to get me in on short notice, having me back in the road by lunch time. Fair price and friendly front end staff.

I’m not one to complain, but after recent events I feel it’s necessary. I had brought my 09 Escape here for some tire work. When I picked it up, right away I found it shaking. I brought it back and they took a look, said I need (I think it was an Axle?). Anyways, I went with my gut and took it to a shop in Warman who found Checkered had installed the tire weights wrong.

Setting my bad experience aside, this shop also has lots of fake reviews from their staff. I find this very dishonest and unprofessional. If you can’t work for your reviews you should have them.

My family and I have been using this location for our auto needs for many years now. I recently had my winter tires put on, and the staff did an excellent job:) it was done within the day. I love that they back your vehicle into a parking spot so you can easily pull out. Also, I am very short and many of the staff are quite tall, so I think they may have pulled my seat forward for me after working on it haha. Much appreciated!

Knowledgeable staff that keep me informed about my vehicle. The free loaners that are available and ability to store off-season tires are great bonuses.

Daryl and his staff are excellent! I called in to have a block heater put in my vehicle. They managed to work around my busy schedule and provide me with a courtesy vehicle while it was being worked on! I would highly recommend Checkered Flag.

Very happy with the service I got with checkered red flag today everything from Calling in and talking with Patrick scheduling in my car, to the technician (s) who worked on my vehicle very happy with everything.
