Went with my kids 01/14/2024
I paid for the 120 minute pass, I was told by the Manager, Cristiana, there was a delay of 20 seconds between games. Which I found difficult to use for 2 player games.

(Within 3 minutes) I went to return it for tokens instead and I was told "no refunds, we can give you tickets for prizes"

So I asked about the delay and another staff member told me it's actually 30 seconds and not 20

So let's say you play 120 games in the 120 time frame
That would be 120 games × 30s Delay = 1 hour of waiting

I eventually got my refund and was able to purchase the tokens to play uninterrupted and play 2 player games as well. With zero time limit.

Just worth noting that time advertised is false.

My kids always have fun here including myself. Great place for kids to have fun. Surprise visit from chukee is always mesmerizing.

Their system crashed right after I paid. So instead of getting to take my kid to play I get to leave being told my money would return since they didn't have it. Well my bank said they had it because it had gone through. Fast-forward a few days and I'm out 70 bucks because the manager can't do her job right. No wonder chucke cheese is going under you literally steal peoples money.

A lot of machines don't work. Good variety of games. My son does enjoy himself most of the time. Need more variety of menu items. The staff are good

Had my son's bday party here. Great service, they plan it all out for you, clean up after you, which I still helped with.

Had so much fun watching our grandson run from game to game with so much excitement. His eyes were the size of Beach balls. Lol. It so great living vicariously through a child's eyes. Of course it's pricey but you can't put a price on a good time.don't do it. It's so worth time well spent.

Service was slow and the food was okay. It's geared towards kids and does a very good job at that

It was a great experience for my daughters birthday! Very clean throughout and well organized too.

Very nice place to bring your kids. They can have a lot of fun. You buy an hour of entertainment and they will play as many as they want and collect points the better they play and exchange points with a gift at the end of the day. They have restaurant. Good pizza.
Good sweets. Very fun. You can also rent it for events.

Not a bad place, some of the games broke and ate my credits, prizes are dollar store trash. Kids have fun at least.

It's decent for the kids to play but lower value, It would be cool if they had jackpot games.

I wasn’t expecting much when I ordered a meal for my family from Chuck E. Cheese so I was genuinely surprised to find out how good the food was. Regarding the arcade itself I’ve been here with my daughter numerous times and she always has a blast; the best part is that by the end of our visit I’ve always found myself enjoying the arcade just as much as her. It’s fun and clean. The prizes suck, but that should come as a shock to no one.

Ripoff, took in a pail of chuck cheese coins, and had to use them in a total of 3 coin operated machines. They would not allow us to put the chuckee coins on tap card to use other machines.

Excellent staff. A few things weren’t working properly. A few other things at least had signs that said they weren’t working.

We tried to use two dual linked games without success. One dual flight game had one side out of order and the side that did work the trigger did not work correctly. The second dual driving game we tried one of the seat adjustments was broken and one side would not accept our swipe card and kept coming up with an error message. Poor maintenance of the gaming area. Not fun at all.

It's chunky cheese. Kids love it and parents question their sanity. The kid has a blast and that's what matters.a once in a while treat.

Excellent Staff and place for kids. Only one suggestion that some of the games were not working, Management needs to take care of it. Overall good place to visit with kids, friends and family.

Had a nightmare experience here. One staff member seriously hurt a child who had to be taken to the doctor and the manager then proceeded to act annoyed that the parents were upset and even suggested that it was their fault for booking on a day where the staff were tired? The staff member that injured the child (a 2 year old by the way), then lied and said she never actually did anything and the family was doing it to get a free party even though the parents had already paid. Anyways, the surveillance video was reviewed and turns out the staff did seriously injure the baby and their only concern was that they didn't want anyone who was there and witnessed this to write a bad review. This is on top of the fact that the staff spilled all of the food, the whole show was glitching and not working on time and nothing was ready when the party showed up at the scheduled time. What I witnessed as a guest was appalling and it is clear that the current staff and management have zero care for children or anyone for that matter. Stay far away from this place for the sake of your children.

Do not buy the 'forever drink cups' if you plan on ordering any combo because they come with the combo.
$12.50 for 2 cups otherwise.
They will not refund. Other than that my boys loved it.

At this time I really don’t know what to write and don’t have time for it either. Worst birthday experience ever. DO NOT book your kids birthday parties here! Will leave a full review but before that will have to take our daughter for checkup to the doctor and take further steps against their cheap management. Many things happened, but the worst of it was that the manager kept trying to persuade that nothing is wrong, everything was OK, these things happen, and it’s their first time! You all need to be trained, work professionally, perform trial of equipment before any event, be extra careful when working in a place for KIDS!

Some of the games were not working and some were just pointless. There were were few good ones like jurassic Park and the Clown etc. They need to have a few more like these

Fun place to take the kids. Pizza is surprisingly tasty as well. Been awhile since we were here but the digital cards are a lot nicer than the coins and tickets.

This establishment was not able to provide nutrition info about their food. I asked 2 seperate people that could not provide any information beyond the online “menu”, which only provided a picture of the menu with the amount of calories. I had to tell my diabetic son that we had to leave because we weren’t able to eat here. I seriously do not think anyone should support this place. Beyond unacceptable for a multimillion dollar franchise location.

The experience wasn't good at all. It's still expensive and a lot of things weren't even on. The mouse wasn't even dancing.just the tv was on.kinda disappointing. The boat was squeaking so loud when running it was really annoying. I give them 3 stars for making an effort with covid safety like temp checks, ect.

Great staff, very personable.prompt service. I'm 53 and the daughters are age 7 and 9.we got to share the experience for our first time at meeting chuck.e.

Brought my family of 5 here and for a good deal we got an hour time card and used it between the 5 of us. You could swipe it as many times in the hour. Die in a game and want to try again? No problem just swipe again. It was awesome. I'm a parent that loves to play too and we thoroughly enjoyed it more then Ruckers. We did not eat the food. But from what we could see it looked good!

Nice to let the kids run around and have fun and know they aren't going to get lost! But the price omg

It's very overpriced at 40$ per half-hour. The games aren't very good, the animatronics and mascots and creepy and you have to listen to the intercom the whole time. Your much better off with places like the Matrix that's exactly 10 times cheaper and you get access to the most professionally designed games.

I can only describe this place in one word. Chaos. I mean the kids love it but it's not a place I can be for too long. The ticket eating machines are out dated and not necessary as most of the time the do not work anyways they could update it a bit as they have tap cards for the games now why not the tickets.

Went there back in August. It was so overpriced that I actually had to check if I was double-charged. The games were so expensive that it seemed like $40 was gone in five minutes. It takes a lot to get a prize and the prizes aren't even thrilling for my three year old daughter. The pizza took almost an hour to arrive and it wasn't even very busy that day. You get a tiny little cup for pop and aren't even allowed free refills.
At least they scan you and the kids for safety reasons. The one good thing I seen at this chaotic, overpriced place.

Save your money and go to Fuddruckers for your food and take the kids to Ruckers after. A lot cheaper and more variety of food and games.

My daughter was attending a birthday party here. Everything seemed well organized, the staff were amazing, facilities were clean, well laid out. We had a blast!

Overall was well worth the money, we used a coupon found on the website and gave us lots of game time with our 4 year old. We went twice while visiting and neither time did we have troubles finding parking or getting our food which was really good. Most of the staff was friendly just ran into troubles with some machines using up your "tokens" but not actually let you play also many times ran into machines that didn't pay out and tickets. We did mention to the staff and they did correct the issues but was a bit of a time waste as was surprised how many times we did run into issues with the games. All and all it was a fun place to let the kid burn off energy.

Love the new card system. Way better to pay for time than trying to manage the coins. Still have not eaten here.a little scared too.

Fun place for children, much better now that it's a tap card instead of tokens, unlimited play for the time you're there.

My gripe is how expensive it is, and prizes have to be redeemed at a different time

It had good prices and the location is convenient. Recently though i discovered the newly implemented tap card feature which takes away from the enjoyment kids experience with their little cup of tokens and inserting them in the games. Increasing the prices overall per machine is a bad move. The pizza and food is nothing to brag about either as i would not book a birthday party there ever. Will not be going back now, what a shame that these changes occurred. Guess its all about profit margins!

The kids love the arcade games but it'd honestly be better without the tickets and "prizes". It takes so long to earn enough just for a teensy toy or candy. An hour long unlimited play ends up being 58 minutes of excitement, 2 minutes of panic and then half an hour of disappointment as they realise they can only get a tootsie roll with all their tickets. Who even likes tootsie rolls?

The kids enjoyed the games, however the service with the food was horrible. I ordered a pizza and after 40 minutes the pizza didn't arrive, they gave my pizza to someone else, when I asked what is happening first they told me that I already received my pizza, when I was having in my hand the number. I need to wait another 20 minutes when they realized that they did a mistake. I asked for my reimbursement to the manager, I paid for a pizza with extra cheese and extra large, and she was giving back less money that I paid, and still telling me that I was wrong with my numbers.

The menu is way over priced. Also half the games never print tickets. The staff is too chatty amongst them selves. Not very good customer service at all

Was fun the Chuck was there for the Halloween party also it 500 tickets for strikers thats ludacris it should at least be 750 tickets anyway would be fun for a birthday party. Oh and they serve beer and its actually good surprisingly enough

Many machines not working, food has to be purchased there for a party but is sub par, overall felt it was overpriced for what we got. Have been in the past but had a difference experience back then.

Good for kids to play games but if you can avoid eating there. The food is worse then if I oven baked it from frozen at home.

The kids love it, every time. The timed card system is much more efficient than coins, but the beer is ridiculously over priced. Always a good experience overall though.

Kids always have a great time in the arcade. The food is overpriced for the quality but the arcade is a good value.

The change from tokens to cards causes way to much confusion for the kids. I had one of my kids swipe on a broken machine 3 times before I caught her, and of course it deducted 6 virtual tokens. Speaking of which, each game used to be one token. Now they are mainly two. We used to be able to go as a family for about $40 and spend at least 2 hours there. This time we were out in barely an hour!

More often than not, the games that are supposed to issue the old tokens for play would charge the card, but not give you the token. There only seemed to be one person working the floor, and he was busy running around dealing with the multiple game issues. And finally, when we went to leave only 1/2 the ticket counting machines were functional. Needless to say, it was an overpriced venture. I doubt we will return.

No more coin system. They use a time card. For 2 people to play for 30 mins is 55 bucks! And the games are all garbage. Got 500 tickets between 2 people. Picked about 3 dollars worth of junk in the end and only half the games worked. Not worth it one bit. Will not return. Save your money.

The pizza is depressed and all the children are gambling. An animatronic Chuck E. Cheese is staring at me and I got papercut on a ticket.

Use to love taking my kids here, but not so much anymore. They’ve changed it from tokens to time cards. $15 for 20 min so I am running around with 2 kids trying to help them before their time runs out. Time keeps counting down whether you’re playing a game or not. With coins my kids had a visual of how much they could play and we could take our time but now it’s a rush. Won’t be returning anymore unfortunately

We had my son's bday party here. It was honestly the easiest experience of my life. They took care of EVERYTHING and the service we got for what we paid had excellent value. All we needed to supply was the cake and kids. Both of my kids had a great time and my son had a birthday he will never forget.

It's a nice treat for my child to come play games here. We usually spend around one hour here. I don't recommend the food. It wasn't very good, and in my opinion is way over priced for what you get.

It was time I was at Chuck E. Cheese's in Regina. I went there on a Saturday afternoon, and it was crazy crowded, and highly understaffed. My guess is they have 45-50 games/machines in place. During the 2 hours that my family and I were there, we tried about 20 games, and at least 5 of them weren't working properly, either broken or simply not providing tickets after you play the game! They also had only ONE cash out station, with four inputs, which one of the was out of service for the whole weekend, and another one broke at least twice while I was in line to use it! But other than this, we had fun over there too.

We don't have a Chuck E. Cheese's where I'm from. I loved it. Staff was great, the show was good. I'd highly recommend! Going back for sure. Nice to have stuff for toddlers too

Love the tap to play option on the arcade! I know it's fun to count the tickets using the ticket machine, but I wish there is a more environment- friendly option instead of tickets. Also, newer games would be nice every other season to keep the place interesting every season.

Expensive, usually 80 bucks for supper and fun. It's a treat for my child. Friendly staff and exciting environment.

Great atmosphere for the young and the young at heart! The staff is friendly and helpful. It is a great kiddies birthday party location because they practically run the show for you.
