Churchill Garment Care

I've used Churchill Garment Care in the past, and always received quality service. However, this time they went above and beyond.

I brought in my peacoat to be cleaned, and it was missing the bottom button. I had planned to sew in a new one, but hadn't gotten around to it yet. When I picked up my coat, to my surprise, there was no longer a missing button. They sewed in a button, perfectly straight with no binding, free of charge.

As a business owner, it's so refreshing to see quality customer service, and how going out of your way by just a bit, can have a long lasting impact. I look forward to referring everyone I know that needs dry cleaning, to you guys.

I was EXTREMELY pleased with the Service at Churchill Garment. I was from out of town and called to inquire about same day service and was told not available HOWEVER once I arrived they were very accommodating and said they could have ready by 4pm same day even though I would have been happy with next morning pick up. By 11am I received a text that item was cleaned and ready for pick up. 3 buttons were sewn on at no charge as they had come off during cleaning! Definitely recommend and would use again. They took great care with my husbands Red Serge. Thank you Churchill Garment Care.

My hubby and I have taken our suits here after our wedding ceremony and celebrations both a year apart and we were pleased with the outcome of our suits being cleaned. We will definitely keep bringing in our dry cleaning here.
