CIBC Branch with ATM

The ATM access is locked up during certain hours; I don't know when. They're are no signs at the branch and the CIBC website says it's open 24 hours.

Came here several times to get inheritance from my late great grandmother. The professionalism is non existent here, was told I was lying in a very passive aggressive manner and then when they told me to leave they finally figured out they were wrong. The second and third meeting the advisor was not consulted on the matter of the meeting and we had to start from square one. And for the third meeting I was even asked to bring the person who set up said account. That being my very dead great grandmother. This branch needs to train their tellers and their financial advisors. Because everything I’ve experienced here has been bad

These tellers, they can't take direction, including the head teller, the new manager is racist, against Caucasians, senior abusive, they keep making the same mistakes time after time, even when walk them through it. No accountability.
Been with cibc for years this crew are **** ups, told me to leave while voicing my opinion, no swearing or racism, costing me way to many trips back to bank to fix there screw ups.
Blows my mind I still get CIBC adds and I have to report it as fraud, and scams, I was burned bad there with points.card, false advertising.

Tellers aren't the most friendly and the Advisors offer zero help. Very disappointed in the in-person experience. Managing finances online is great, but the branch's support is disappointing.

Witnessed an Indigenous customer who came in to deposit a cheque being yelled at by a CIBC representative that was supposed to be serving her. You don’t raise your tone of voice at a customer who is trying to access her account and her funds. When her friend began advocating for her, the manager came out (the manager witnessed her staff yelling at the customer) and then the manager gaslit the customer. All in front of me, while I waited in line. Awful. This location needs some anti racism training and cultural sensitivity training. It’s the first day of National Indigenous peoples month.
