We have received excellent care from all of staff. Thank you Drs. Antaya and Gabruch for looking after me and my daughter!

Had to see a new doctor today because my family doctor was completely booked. I was very impressed with the new doctor and would see him again if I had to.

I suggest they better educate themselves on First Nations traditions/beliefs. Brought my son in for a procedure and came back and they had twisted his umbilical cord off and put it in biohazard without asking me if I wanted to keep it because “ it was ready to come off” first of all it will come off on it’s own when it’s ready and second of all in my culture you’re meant to keep that and give it back to the earth or keep it in a belly button bag and place it with your intentions for your child. When I mentioned that I wanted to keep it the nurse laughed it off and told me it’s already in biohazard. Im extremely upset.

Haven’t had great experiences with the staff. Not rude but I can never get through but it’s a busy place. Then I come in to see my dr. (Who I never see I only see her once a year for my yearly)
Came in for my physical and I’m booked with a different dr. Someone I have never seen before when I stated I wanted to see MY dr.
This is for a physical I would rather have someone I’ve known my whole life then come in being told it’s with someone else. When booking i was NEVER told this. I get your a shared practice but you should check with your patients that they are okay with that.
I would also like to add when I got into the room to change they gave me literally a pillow case to cover myself, and it was DIRTY!

What an absolute shame that Broadway Family Physicians closed and we now have to deal with this place. I've tried 3 times now to call and book in with my doctor (haven't seen her since the move) and I need a prescription refilled for a debilitating medical condition. I wait on hold for so long that I end up having to hang up as I'm needing to get back to work or get my child etc. This is insanity. I cannot believe with all the bad reviews they haven't fixed their obvious staffing issues (and you can see these horrible reviews go back 7 years). I'm a business owner. If there was an issue for SEVEN YEARS I would absolutely get on that.

I've cancelled my spotify premium, just call their reception and have unlimited hours of descent playlist on hold

I want to say thanks to dr Antalya for helping me, as she is great been on hrt for over a year now as she treats her patients with compassion and takes great care she is a wonderful doctor sad to see her leaving on maternity leave but congratulations as for you people complaining about wait time have a little compassion for the ones that work there they are trying there best.they can only do so much when you are short staffed and have lots of calls and patients to look after so next time instead of getting angry with them maybe say thank-you for your assistance

I have been goingto CCFP for many years, long before they became ccfp and long beforethey became so big.
I am finding the doctors are very rude and don't seem to like older patients.
There needs to be a lot of changes to be made there and t patients first.soon.
They have become way to commercialized and don't seem to patients first.
Also they talk about wasting doctors time, what about out time. We make appointments and still end up waiting half an hours. Is your time more valuable than mine.
I don't think so. Get your act together or get people in there who has it all together.

This is my first time at City Centre. I found everyone professional and even got in early for my appointment. Dr. Pierce is excellent. I am so thankful to have this practise and this doctor in light of all the pressures family physicians are under

Professional, friendly and consistently caring service - whether from in person walk ins or scheduled appointments. We are a family of five with three children and have been clients of the CCFP for the last 8 years. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

Good luck getting through over the phone. I’ve waited on hold 40+ minutes too many times and still no one has answered. Or it will just say it’s busy and not go through at all. Also wait times are too long for appointments when you need them. Book anything you can well in advance and in person.

Dr Olson and Dr Mensah are great though.

The people complaining about wait times and being on hold are ridiculous. There is a major shortage of gps in the Province, they are taking on more than they can handle, so of course they're busy! At least the doctors at CCFP actually take the time to listen and help their patients, unlike some who just rush through as many patients as they can for a paycheque. When Dr. Fenton retires, I will be so sad.

Seems it doesn't matter which doctor they are always running behind. Not 5-10 min behind but 40min to hours. They require appointments for absolutely everything little thing. Perhaps they could a lot some time to return a phone call or make email available. Reception is always asking very personal questions. Little respect for privacy. Reception is very unfriendly

This place is no more what it was. Reception is always busy no proper answers from staff. It is so difficult to get appointment for doctor in case of urgency. They are always running late and most important they definitely need some experienced doctors.

Sat on hold for 10 minutes, got hung up on. Called back, sat on hold for another 10 minutes, got hung up on again. For their automated message saying "your call is very important to us", they definitely show otherwise. It's ALWAYS an issue to get through, reception here is an absolute joke.

Honestly if it weren't for my family doctor being here I wouldn't go to this clinic. I hate making appointments here I'm literally on hold for an hour or hung up on. And walk ins only start at 5pm. I've been in an the phones are at a volume where you can barely hear them ringing and most of them didn't even bother to answer it.

Absolutely ridiculous. My doctor left and they called me to put me under a different doctor. Guess what.they never did put it in their system. So currently I have no family doctor and have to go searching for another one due to their incompetence.

If possible, avoid this clinic. They seem to have issues keeping their doctors around.

They never answer the phone. You can call and call and they will never answer. What's the point of having a receptionist.

This clinic has no compassion for patients. Stay away from it. They change doctors all the time.

This is the worst place to get through on the phone. 3 different days at different times I have tried. Hire more admin staff to answer your phones as you have many doctors making lots of money. This should not be an issue.

I'm constantly confused for a different person with my name. I have a decent amount of private info on this other person now, how much of mine do they know?

Very busy office.all the office staff are very courteous and professional.my doctor is a wonderful caring person, doing the best he can in these Covid times.we have to be more patient and open-minded in these times.it definitely puts a strain on everyone.

Literally can never call cause the line is ALWAYS busy. My sons prescription was never sent to a pharmacy a month ago and been trying to call to get it sent since.worst drs office ever. I'm amazed they have patients.

Been there over 20 year, 3 doctor, all were caring and professional.

With Dr. Theil now deserves 5 stars, very knowledgeable and professional.

Great clinic, polite friendly staff, doctors are wonderful. I'd give it a 5 star however the parking here is the worst.

I had a very good experience at City Centre Family Physicians on July 19/2021. My son was having severe pain, so I called them 10am to book an appointment. They had him in for a checkup within the hour. Dr. Kayleen Wingert saw him and immediatly booked an ultra sound which was done almost right way. We barely got home and Dr. Wingert called to tell me that she had booked my son to be admitted to Saint Pauls hospital emergency for appendix surgery. We went there and my son was admitted immediatly, was given pain medication and was taken in for surgery the same night which was completed by 9pm. I can't stress enough the quick and well organized action taken by Dr. WINGERT. She went way above and beyond her call of duty. I just want to thank her so much for her great patient care! Definitly more than 5 STARS!

Was refused to be seen by two doctors for the fact of me being trans. First was my family doctor who was managing my cancer screenings.
Third doctor was nice
Then the clinic sent me someone else’s private medical documents instead of my medical referral

I called ahead to say that my 80 year old stepfather has recently moved to the city and needs to see a physician and was told to bring him in right away to the clinic. After getting him ready, picking him up and driving across the city, I was told, “We made a mistake. We’re not taking new patients”.

The appropriate response to offer to assist in some way in order to correct your mistake. Either by having a doctor see him, especially since he is 80 years old and has very recently been hospitalized for a foot injury and we were explicitly told to bring him to the clinic, or by calling other clinics to find one where he will actually be allowed in. An inappropriate response is to give a blase, “try somewhere else.bye”.

Clean environment but the wait to see your physician is too long, it’s like they set the appointment dates too close. I’m 36 weeks pregnant and when I’m there I will get a 10: 10am appointment and will not see the doctor until around 11am which is unacceptable! The system needs to fix where patients don’t have to wait to see a doctor so long worst in advance pregnancy. I sat until it felt like I was about to deliver

Dr. Amanda Loewy is by far one of the worst doctors in the city! My husband and I went to see her as we were having trouble conceiving. All I wanted was for her to send a referral to a fertility specialist and all she did was went on saying how it’s too soon. I was 35 and a half years old at the time, we’ve been trying for over 6 months and there is a history of infertility in my family as both my sisters struggled with conceiving even after undergoing IVF treatments. She told us to keep trying harder and if nothing happens then come back and see her in a year. I mean really a year! I asked her if she can at least check our hormone levels as I know your thyroid can be an issue and she just smiled and nodded her head back and forth saying it’s not necessary as she doesn’t run unnecessary tests and instead insisted that my husband and I just need to get more busy in the bedroom. She even gave my husband a prescription of viagra to help us ‘do it’ several times a day during ovulation. I’m so glad I did not take her horrible advice but rather after crying for several weeks, I went to a walk in clinic and was able to finally get a referral to see a fertility specialist. Once the specialist ran simple blood work on myself and my husband, we we’re both surprised to find out that both of us had thyroid problems and needed medication to stabilize our levels. On top of that, I found out that I had PCOS and was insulin resistant and my husband was diabetic! I mean seriously! We both saw her for our yearly check-ups and she didn’t catch any of this sooner? What’s worse, is that my specialist looked back through my blood work and said my levels have been low for 5 years! Really? 5 years! What’s the point of running blood work if your gonna ignore the results! But going back to the reason of our visit: infertility. Well turns out our infertility problems were quite severe because after 6 IUI attempts and 3 IVF attempts I finally was able to get pregnant and now have a healthy baby girl with NO thanks to Dr. Amanda Loewy. Had I listened to Dr. Loewy’s advice and waited a year which is like a decade in fertility years, I may not have the joy today of being a mom. It’s almost as if she’s the only one who can be a mom and God forbid anyone else can have the same privilege. To this day I’ll never forget the smirk on her face when I asked her to run simple blood work on both myself and my husband. Don’t waste your time seeing this fool PLEASE! What a waste of a medical degree!

I waited and hour and a half for a 10 minute appointment. Once in the room, my doctor only saw me for 3 mins tops and didn’t even tell me what prescription I was switching to and didn’t address the other things I put on the booking form when I booked online.

Was recommended to city center family physicians by my doctor for a vasectomy, met Dr. Goluboff.on a Tuesday for a consultation, and was book 3 days later to get it done.the Vas was this morning and was absolutely painless took like 10-15 minutes to complete and out i went (eventhough im a big baby to needles) highly recommend Dr. Goluboff, was very understanding and was great at calming my nerves and anxiety without the need or use of any sedatives.thankyou Dr. Goluboff and staff:) *10/10 would do again*

The doctors here have all been fantastic. Our family doctor practices out of this clinic and when she's not around, the other doctors have been great. The only drawback is reception is sometimes difficult to get a hold of on the phone.

The doctors here are wonderful. It's so nice to have a team of professionals all located in one building.
