Dr. Amro Foda & the hygienist & also the receptionist are super awesome. I went there for my upper wisdom teeth surgery. At first I felt nervous. But when I sat down on the dental chair Dr. Amro & the hygienist kept me calm down & relaxed. It was a great experienced for me. Thank you so much!

Dr. Jill and the hygienist are super awesome! They will make you feel so valuable and respected as a patient. The receptionist are very accommodating as well. I did my first periodontal surgery with them and all I can say is their services are impeccable and outstanding. Their understanding and knowledge of their field is really top of the game. Thank you so much!

Waited for an appointment since February 22, and was unfortunately forced out of province for work.

Emailed staff to try and make arrangements to re-book, or swap with another patient for Appt.dates, as I was uncertain how long I would be posted to my current location.

Email went unchecked in their end, and today I received a call from Cityview to confirm the date, and when I explained that I emailed them, and the situation behind it, I received a "Oh. We aren't able to do that, because we fly our surgeons in from Vancouver. "

Apparently a place that makes appointments, and bookings w/ same day consults a year down the road, have an inability for the potential to shuffle appointment dates dependant on the patients needs.

I will never in my life recommend Cityview to anyone that I know, and will be getting a consult from a business who is on some level, able to accommodate their patients.

Dr. Samji is hands down the best clinician I've ever dealt with. Kind, thorough, helpful, and keeps your comfortable. I really can't say enough about how great of an experience I had with him and the hygienists, RN, and admin staff.

Had an absolutely calm and wonderful time. They explained everything step by step. Made me feel very comfortable and welcoming the whole time. I am terrified of dental offices and they took such amazing care of me while getting my bottom 2 Wisdom Teeth extracted which were both badly impacted. I highly recommend Dr. Amro Foda and nurse Ryan! Both men were awesome.

I have never had a bad experience at this centre. Dr. Foda performed my last surgery and I am very happy.

The front staff were very friendly and submitted paperwork to Insurance on my behalf. The hygienist and Dr.were friendly, knowledgeable, and explained procedures in language that I could understand. I feel very confident to have them as my team for the procedures to be undertaken.

I had a very positive experience at this clinic! I have a phobia of needles, and the staff was super patient and accommodating to my needs and make sure I felt comfortable through the whole procedure. Would highly recommend getting oral surgery from the lovely staff at Cityview!

As much as I hate that I've let myself need these treatments, the staff never makes me feel guilty about it. Ha.
But seriously every staff member is great, the Admins, the Hygienists, the Doctor. They are truely compassionate and empathetic, and are really good at what they do. Again, wish I didn't need this type of clinic, but so glad this is the one I go to! Thanks to everyone there!

I can’t express enough how grateful I am for bringing my daughter here- our family experienced a our terrible near tragedy regarding dentists, but city view was so understanding and explained everything. Even with a mom’s paranoia and fears- they walked us through the procedure- and really coached us through- thank thank thank you- so much! You guys are rockstars

Not a big fan of having dental done, scaling etc. When my hygienist retired and was replaced by Jaclyn, you wonder how the experience will be. Well it was great, comfortable as these things can get! Never thought I'd ever say that about dental work.

Dr. Foda did excellent work. He was kind, explained the procedure and preformed it quickly and painlessly. Highly recommend!

Dr. Javaid was very professional and did not suggest services that were not absolutely necessary. He was very honest and kind.

Recently, I had dental surgery at Citiview Periodontal. As always, the front desk was friendly and efficient. Had I known that the surgery itself would be so smooth and pain free, I could have saved myself weeks of worry! Of course, I had many questions about the medication used and the procedure itself. Dr. Foda took the time to answer all completely and satisfactorily. Thank you for a positive dental experience!

Dr. Mo Javaid saved my smile! After two previous unsuccessful attempts at grafting for gum recession by another surgeon, Dr. Mo fixed my problem. He was very clear about what the process would involve and what to expect post-surgery. He was very professional and calming during the procedure, and I could not be happier with the results. I am extremely grateful to Dr. Mo, and I highly recommend his periodontal services!

I was scheduled for a bone graft. Dr Mo was so fantastic. I felt NOTHING during the procedure and zero pain for the recovery period. I have a long standing fear of dentists and dental work, this experience was so pleasant I wouldn't hesitate to go again.

Absolutely horrible place. They demand someone accompany to and from and even enter the building so that the car needs to parked but offer no parking. Attempted to park infront of the front doors and was told to move by parking enforcement.

Doctor Povey is amazing and knowlegeable, so are his assistants and the personnel at Cityview Periodontal Centre! Keep up the good work

My periodontal surgeon and dental hygienist are amazing. Always easy to talk to and make my visits super comfortable. I've had a fair amount of evasive work done, and all staff have made it easy and amazing.

The easiest and least-traumatic dental experience I've ever had. I have major dental anxiety but the staff was great and walked me through everything with patience and confidence, including being sedated for the first time in my life. I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed and they gave me clear aftercare instructions. They even called me the day after to check up on me, even though I didn't answer because my mouth is a bit too sore to talk. Excellent experience all around!

Each and every time I attend my scheduled dental appointment at this office, my experience is always amazing, thorough & I leave with confidence that the whole team cares about me! From the quick check in at the front desk, my time spent with Dr Shahee is educational and encouraging, and my regular hygienist Chelsay improves my teeth each visit, she has very skilled, strong hands! I will continue with all my appointments as recommended at this periodontal clinic.

Dr Doering is not only excellent at what he does, but he is reassuring and friendly. The hygienist was also supportive and knowledgeable. I was extremely worried about having a procedure done and wondered about the chances of success. If I had known how well they would fix my challenge, I would have done this long ago. I highly recommend Dr. Doering and the office staff. Everyone in the office has a smile and is highly professional. All the questions I had were answered, even in between visits. I have been attending this clinic for many years and I have had fantastic results between having my hygienist Chelsea work with me on improving my teeth health and then let’s talk about my Periodontist Dr. Javaid, currently going through implant procedures and surgeries.and he makes the experience like I was Jasmine on a magic carpet. Wonderful experience. My dentist explained everything he was doing and what sensations might feel. The assistant also explained care of the sight twice, and thoroughly.

2019-05-31 - My dental assistant was very personable and did a good job and making sure I was comfortable. She explained that my retainer should have been cut to my gum lines by my orthodontist, which could have been a factor in my gums receding. She cut my retainer for me.

Outstanding medical practice and outstanding professionalism with the job. Couldn't be more happier. I highly recommend this place to anyone who has a little trouble with the teeth

Top notch professionalism all around! Wouldn't usually describe dental surgery as a great experience but they make the experience as enjoyable as possible right from when you walk in the door to when your surgery is complete.
