Co-op Gas Bar

My spouse went to coop to get gas and to add air into her tire which she's never done before and asked for help with the air. They refused to help her yet she bought a full tank of gas, as an old employee that is terrible customer service especially since they weren't busy.

The customer service/staff is amazing. The pump attendants work hard (even in crazy temperatures) and the staff in the store are very helpful and efficient.

The car wash itself is average at best, but overall it’s a great place.

10/5 stars: This is hands down the best gas station in all of Regina. I visit this location regularly and I am always met with a welcoming, friendly staff member. Everyone goes above and beyond, I will go out of my way to visit this location. Sparking up conversation with the employees always leads to a smile on my face or a good laugh. They would even go out of their way to hold to door open for you. I feel at home anytime I get fuel here. Even the bathrooms are up kept and tiny! Best service around!

K I cannot describe the wonderful service I get all the time, bit tonight I walked in was greeted so politely and just was amazing. I had just had the worst date of my life and getting munchies. These gentlemen restored my faith in men tonight! Thanks guys *chefs kiss*

The gas attendants are always so polite and helpful! I always feel for them on those -20 degree days, their service doesn't go unnoticed!

Matthew helped me out today and it was a great experience. Fast service and answered all the question I had. Would recommended and this will be my go to spot in the future.

Great place to pull in and gas. Wasn’t sure in my number from Alberta would work or not.
Clean bathrooms and lots of options to pick and choose to snack. Lots of gas stalls too!

I used to work here now every time I go in I get ignored by supervisors and management. Poor customer service if I do say so myself

Love that this gas station is open late so I can pop by on my way home after work and classes. Lots of pumps, full service and self serve. Well lit even at night so I feel safe pumping my gas. Easy to get in and out of the parking lot, and the lot is large so you can easily maneuver around the people. Convenience store is large and has all the things you'd expect.

Went for a car wash, paid for the extreme wash.

Came out my car looked indifferent with all the bug splatter still coating the front bumper.

Went back in advised the clerk, he didn't hesitate to print me a new wash code and told me that I should have used the spray wash at the entrance of the wash (previously not informed of this 'cruicial' preliminary step).

Asked him to come see the car and if that would actually make a difference, he told me he didn't need to come see it as he trust me and it would.

Putting my faith in the employee I went back and followed his instructions, sprayed the bumper and went through the wash again, which resulted in no difference. My car still didn't look fully clean at all.

Such a waste of my time, never again will I opt for this option. I will just wash my car myself (as it would ensure the results I wanted and in turn cost me half of what I paid there).

Good service, they pump your gas for you. The teens that work there are generally pretty good and friendly.

I am always getting gas here. Recently I had my oil checked and topped up. When I noticed the next day that there was a great deal of oil under my car I wanted to check my oil level and noticed my oil cap was missing. I phoned to find out if it was at the station, no I was not blaming or accusing cause sometimes these things happen. They went over and above to check video and see what happened. Video showed that oil cap went on and they did not find an oil cap. They wanted to replace the oil cap for me! I will continue to come to this location because everyone is always so great! Thank you for taking the time to help me!
