I was at your car wash today. I was in the lineup when I noticed that one station was closed. As I had just been grocery shopping and it was a hot day I was concerned about the long wait with meat, etc. in the car. I went into the store to make the suggestion that customers be advised if one station is closed when purchasing a car wash ticket. The young girl I spoke with was not impressed with my suggestion and told me (with attitude) that as long as one station was open they didn't have to tell us that one was closed. I would like to suggest that you please advise customers upon purchase of a car wash if one station is closed. I think that would go a long way in customer service!

Today I took my car at co op gas station for wand wash. This place is a big ZERO when it comes to service. Their vaccum does not suck well. When you select soap it does not work. When I expressed my concern and disattisfaction to the attendant who was a young girl in the counter, she asked me to take the business elsewhere. Wowww. That is right there disrespect and total disregard for the job. What a pity. You are not doing any favor to customers on the other hand customers are doing a big favor by buying your services. I will never return here and give my business here. These types of arrogance needs a lesson.

The engagement of the staff is so pleasant to see. We have have had particularly great experience with “Seth” (I think that’s his name) - always smiling and hustling!

My go to spot for a car wash. Love the self serve option to get my car cleaned the way I want. Car wash staff is helpful the few times I have needed assistance when something was not working.

Wish they would monitor the wash bay. People hand drying there vehicles. (Is that allowed?) I wouldn’t care if it wasn’t busy. Waited quite a while to get in.

Honestly, some of the worst service I have ever had. Staff were more occupied talking to eachother than helping customers. Staff were extremely rude when I was finally able to pay.

Worst service ever! I bought premium wash and it clean my car fair but there was some spot on windows when i ask counter person that i bought premium and that type of cleaning should done by regular! He told me that he didn’t suggest me premium I bought it by my self. Stop making full.
Almost 17 dollars for fair wash? Are you guys serious. Will never go back and stop my friends and family

Was in the wandwash bay. Used the wand for less than 5 minutes and shut it off. My credit card was charged $20.00. Same wandwash at Esso on Parliament recently cost me $4.00. In addition to this it took me more than 30 minutes to remove all the water spots from the car. Will not be back.

Joshua what a rude and an unprofessional way of dealing with customers. The worst customer service in Regina.

The car wand wash is pathetic. I keep thinking it may get better but it is worse everytime I go. Today I started as always with the high pressure soap spray. Then used the soap brush. I could see right away as it dried that the dirt wasn't washed off. I then brushed it a second time. Not much better and the chrome wheels were terrible. Luckily I had a wash mitt and went over the whole vehicle. Terrible

Staff was not friendly, and they didn’t given me the promotion coupons, very bad experience, I would like to go the north one.

I loved this car wash when it first opened. It has went down hill ever since. Everytime I come there in the last 4-5 ish months, their bug off, tire/engine cleaner, foam brush or spot free hasnt worked. (Usually just one)

Today i went to wash my truck, foam brush worked for about 2 minutes then ran out of soap. Bug off did not work at all, and the tire engine cleaner took me 7 minutes to do my tires and wheel wells due to F all coming out. With that being said, my trucks still dirty and ill be going elsewhere. Probably the east coop because ive never had that problem there in 3 years and you can actually talk to the employees there. Waste of 31$ wash.

Will not be returning. What a complete f-ing joke.

Very good full service gas bar, clean facility. Touch less Car wash is also cleans your vehicle very well

This is a nice new building, nicely laid out and tons of pumps. I will drive a lil bit further to go to this one now
