Verbally abused by a dispatch today! Who then lied and said he was the manager when I called back and when I told him to quit lying he said the manager won't care, she has better things to worry about. He kept hanging up and then called the cab I was in, and demanded he not tell me any names or numbers

Terrible response time. Gave 1.5 hours notice of pick up. Still half hour late. No remorse or offer for credit no apology. Terrible service never will use again. U we got there in 5 minutes

AS USUAL they purposely TAKE the longest way to drive you to where the heck your going.
Not impressed.

Called for a taxi after work @ 11: 30 pm and was told that I could call another cab company. And was refused service! Terrible terrible terrible

They reception said “cab” mumbled some words and hung up on me. Take an Uber instead of wasting your time.

Taxi companies have been progressively slipping in quality but this company is on a whole other level.

The vehicles are in dangerously poor condition and commonly unclean.

Kids have cab book during the week and cab is suppose to bring them home at a certain time failed to do so and had my kids waiting over 45 minutes before my kids decided to walk

Pre booked taxi for 2 weeks, when they did show up they were late. John the dispatcher is incredibly rude, even hung up on me one day. There are much better car services in the city, I absolutely would NOT recommend them.

User beware. Drivers are screwing people over. Had ride 12.50 cents check my bank when I got in door charged 25$. Apon further investigation found more them one transaction that didn't add up over 100 over charged in 3 months

Discrepancy on what was on the meter and what the driver charged when he cleared the meter. Must have decided to.give himself $2.25 tip. I decide what i tip. And cab companies wonder why uber is so popular. Won't be using coop again.

Wasn't provided the best service by dispatch. Was not friendly, and provided no insight into the cab number that took my phone. Told me I took a stranger mystery cab which was very unprofessional.

Always great drivers, always kind and shows up very quickly after the phone call. We got a cab on New Years at 3am in 10 minutes. Impressive.

Called to have a taxi, the guy who answered the phone was really rude. I asked him a question and he hung up on me. I called to cancel (cause I ordered an uber instead) and he hung up on me again.

I call them many times when I need it but they never answer my phone. It used to Ba good service but not anymore now. Bad bad experience

Unfortunately, as they answered the call when no one else would, I was happy to accept a ride from them. Unfortunately they had estimated a 15 minute arrival, it took them longer than 30 minutes.

Coop company said they would come out to pilot butte on a 20 dollar fee! And we waited outside for cab and no one showed up. I called company to ask when are cab was coming as it was 30 minutes then they said cab was waiting outside for 8 minutes, lmfao if that is true why wouldn’t he call us for us to come outside, why waste your gas to drive out here only to drive back to Regina. Never will I use coop cabs ever again and I will be mentioning this to friends and family about the way I was treated!

I tried to call for a cab tonight and the man on the phone was absolutely disgusting and disrespectful. I’ve heard so so many horror stories and finally experienced one. I will never use coop and no one should ever.

My household uses cabs every single day more than once. Today I waited 1 hour! Every time I called back he said on the way, 5 more minutes. Couple more minutes. Hour later. Cab shows up. Doesn't even stop! Does a rolling stop and leaves!

Took a short ride from my house in Lakeview to the airport (a 3 minute drive, tops). When we hit the intersection of Regina ave and Lewvan where you can see the airport, the cost ticker was at $6, the cab driver then proceeded to turn the ticker off. When we got to the airport, he said “that will be $20”. Having anxiety about the whole situation and not wanting to start my vacation on the wrong foot, I paid him. Even though he only ripped me off of $12 or so, I felt scammed and awful, and I took some of those feelings with me into my vacation. I know Uber and other ride-share services have an awful business model and exploit their drivers, but it’s situations like this that never make me want to take a taxi cab again. Will not be using co-op taxi.

The people who answer the phones for this company, some tend to take their anger out on the next caller.
I had male who told me to I should wait for another 30 minutes. Meanwhile I was already waiting outside in the cold for 20+ minutes.
Other than that the drivers are very kind.

We booked a cab for 5: 15 pm. After numerous calls to them we canceled due to them having no available cabs (6: 30). My first Rider game shot down because they couldn't deliver. It's not right for them to promise something they knew they could not deliver in the first place. -10 stars.

There is one dispatcher that is about the most miserable person I speak to every week, he is very snarky and rude whenever I call.once he got very rude with me because I would not give him my apartment suite #, only the street address is necessary to call a cab.the drivers are always friendly & I enjoy coop for this reason. I call a cab to and from work, but from this day I will no longer be using coop because of the dispatcher.

Called at 3: 09 and they stated it would be 10-15 minutes for pick up. Its much later now and after I called and confirmed my ride they stated the driver was not sent and that it had not been booked. This is the second time that this has happened when attempting to use Co-op taxi. If it is that busy then they should state that in the call instead of stating much earlier times. There was no pick up and no show. This is not a good business model and I recommend other options.

They simply didn't show up at all. It was a family emergency. Ended up flagging down a random stranger in the street. I am calling the mayors office Tuesday to have their taxi license revoked CALL AN UBER OR REGINA RIDE SHARE ON FACE BOOK. I am a senior citizen I can't believe they never showed or called

Tried to get a Van so I could take two lamps home from The Brick. The dispatcher said that they don’t move furniture, but it’s literally two boxes that I’m gonna be carrying MYSELF, I don’t care or want the drivers help I just need a ride to take my stuff home. I’ve done this plenty of times before and have never had a problem until today (Dec. 26th 2021 2: 19 I called and spoke to a gentleman). Ended up using Capital Cabs instead, they’re way better than CO-OP nowadays.

Poor service, "I know how you people are" "money upfront " and "I know how you Indians are" my friend is not First Nation's, she just supports "Every Child Matters" while wearing this toque she is judged for being a thief, someone that will run from the cab and untrustworthy, she has encountered this problem more then once.

Me and my kids took a cab and I received a message that it has arrived already but when we go outside he's not yet in the place, considering that it is cold outside? And when we are inside the cab and Im talking to my kids the driver told me to lower my voice! How arrogant! I am a regular customer and this is the first time a driver told me to lower my voice because he is on the phone talking to someone. Is it not allowed to use phone while driving? ! And is dangerous and Im with my kids! By the way the can number is #31 and we just hot out of that cab

Somthing needs to be done about ur dispatchers. The drivers are great. The dispatch are rude. And treat you like dirt.

Tried calling the cops after they took my money cause there card machine wasn't working plus they always asking for money like cash they hate cards worse cab company ever

The first man said 10 -15 minute wait. I called after 25 minutes and a woman said “We wouldn’t have told you 10 minutes, we don’t have any cars out that way. You’re on the list. ” 1 hour 20 min later nobody called nobody showed. Took an Uber. Not the first time with this company, but definitely the last.

Service is excellent cabs are very neat and clean all the time cab is coming on time 5-10 minutes but sometimes waiting too long bcz of weather reasons but still I prefer co op taxi my favourite cab

I tried to use the the company yesterday.called, and advised I had my dog with me and was told 10 minutes. Someone called and said the dog would not fit in his Corolla.which is not correct, and was advised he would send someone else, I asked this person if I should call another company and of course he said no I will send someone else.no one showed up. I waited 20 minutes and no cab.called again and they said they were trying to call me.which they NEVER DID CALL and then she argued with me. I called Capital Cab and within 5 minutes they arrived. No more Co-op Taxi for me.

CO up taxi did a really great job And I do get the fact that it is -50ﾟ with the wind show and is going to take some time people please be patient

We used this cab service last night. We went from Toronto street to dalgliesh my brother and sister were with us from out of town he stopped the meter on mcarthey blvd and then charged us 20 extra dollars from mcarthy to dalgliesh. Will never use again

One of your taxi drivers doesn’t know how to watch out for signalling vehicles to change lane, smh how the heck are you working as a driver if you dont know how to give way or yield smh, it was on winnipeg street!

Negative 10 stars. Literally just called. Asked one question they said no and hung up. I was going to order a cab after my question. Guess I'll never call there again.

These folks are AMAZING! Went over and above, helped me out to get a heating pad from a pharmacist to my injured sweetheart while I was away out of town on work and unable to help him myself. I called 4 cab companies before I found these guys and they were happy to help me! Thank you Ravi & John, great job! Xxxx

Can I leave a negative star review? I was told there would be a cab voucher for me to use to get home safely tonight (not walk through North Central from Pasqua Hospital). I told the driver (no ID, didn't notice the number on the car) that there is a voucher in there before we left the lot and before we turned off the street. He tried showing me the number that called. I told him I'm half blind and can't seem it and he told me he wasn't going to bother going back (still haven't left into Dewdney yet). I called to talk to the company and the "manager" argued with me about how I called personally and asked for the cab. I hope they feel proud at taking money from people who can't afford it.

Called for a taxi they said it would arrive in 10 minutes waited in the house, it never arrived called back they said it came and left (which I very much doubt as I was watching for all but the time it took me to get my coat and shoes) but they’d send another one. Taxi never arrived. Complete waste of time. Will never use again.

The drivers are always professional and curtious. I feel saferiding with them, and the cabs are always clean

Ok on oct8 2021 the taxi that drove me to my hotel they started the trip at 6.00$ when the trip started. Also took the long way around. Now on the oct 11,2021 I took a cab going back to the bus station they took direct route and started the meter at 4.00$ where it should be started. So next time I would appreciate your drivers always being honest and doing their job right thank you.

Called just now and the guy assumed I was someone from a different address from the same block and said that they wouldn't send me a cab that I was hearing around the bush thought that was very rude for assuming when I take a cab like 2 times a day too and from work smh

On November 17,2021 my colleague at a personal care home called at 1: 30 to book a taxi for 2: 30 pickup. The taxi operator was very rushed but confirmed the taxi would transport the worker to another worksite for a 3: 00 pm. The cab never showed. I came to relieve my colleague at 2: 30 and tried calling on her behalf. After more than 2 minutes ringing, an operator answered and was very unprofessional. When asked to speak to a supervisor, the operator identified herself, told me to try another taxi and then hung up. She did the same to my colleague who called after me. Abandoned by Coop Taxi, we used another taxi. My friend is late to relieve another care worker ending an 8 hour shift. Such rudeness and irresponsibility. I've recommended Coop Taxi, but without a supervisor or manager contacting me to make it right I will not use their services nor recommend them to family or friends. Guy asked to be paid in advanced, not sure if its because im colored or not. He misheard the address and i had to pay more. Theyve gone downhill for awhile now, i stick to the other cabs or an uber instead now. Had to wait 45 mins once and i lost my appointment because of it.

Polite drivers, take the fastest route. Never had any issues in the few years I've been in town

Every time I’m Back home to visit I try to support, great people always on time. Could be a bit cleaner but that’s just my osd.

I asked to be picked up at ok tire on PARK STREET I clearly said. I got a text saying my cab had arrived but couldn't find it. I called the dispatcher and she argued that there was no ok tire on park street even after giving her the physical address. I couldn't take it anymore and called elsewhere

Called a taxi at 5: 15 am.told me 15 to 20 mins. 1hour and 15 minutes later still no taxi.what kind of taxi bussiness are you running.nobody was even up

They always come. That's the most important stuff is when your cab shows up when you need them.

Cab #75 didn't even have the proper change than decided to try charge me an extra 3 dollars for a 12$ cab ride I basically had to pay 15 bucks for the ride cause he didn't have the "proper" change turning off the meter to get another fair.

I will never ever use your service ever! Cab Driver # 49 on Oct26 2020.made me feel unsafe and threatened. He was arguing, doesn’t respect customer. He asked me how I want to go to my work, im a passenger told him he should know the shorter route, coz I don’t drive. But then going to a longer route. He asked How much I usually pay, and told him for few weeks I’m using uber so I pay this/that amount. Then started to yell at make me feel im lying to him. I never compare their services becoz I used both coop taxi and uber. But i will prefer Uber than your services. I was shaking and wasn’t able to finish my work because Of him. Now I feel unsafe he knows my face my address and name. But I dont know him. I called coop to complain and asked for his fullname they dont want to give it up. I am sending a complaint to the police for my security. Never ever! Scary!

Most of the time they are good, but occassionally I will have a driver who will ask if I want to do a "set price" of $20. It makes me uncomfortable. I will pay what the meter says I should, and most often than not it ends up being under $20 anyways. It's usually the same driver, I don't know his name. Younger gentleman.

If I get other drivers, they are reasonable.

I used CO-OP Taxi for a ride in mid-December. The cab driver car 39 nodded off and crossed over to the opposite lane of traffic while driving 70km/per hour in a 50km zone. I had to grab the driver by the shoulder to wake him up. I called dispatch twice to register my complaint. I was assured I would receive a call back after the manager had a conversation with the driver. I’m still waiting for my call. I would not recommend this service. Bring on Ride-Sharing! This incident happened in Dec 2018. Co-op replied to this review in Sept 2020. That should tell you everything you need to know about their service.

They have a hard time understanding clear instructions and the problem with most of the drivers ie there language and communication barrier. Some need some serious people skills and less respect for female riders.

This is a hard one to write I have been using this company for years I have recommended this company to guests at the hotel I used to work at gave them all the business that I could for my guests a s well as to get me home safely for as long as I can remember up until last night. If you are a female traveling alone DO NOT GET IN A TAXI.at 6 pm last night my boyfriend and I called for a driver to get us home frome Northgate mall. Upon arriving to our home the driver waited for my boyfriend to exit the car and proceeded to lock me in the back seat and would not let me go. If not for my boyfriends fast action I would have been taken and I fear seriously hurt and violated. This driver at this point refused to give back my wallet with all id $200.00 that was to feed us sweater my boyfriends Oakley sunglasses and hat. This driver decided since he could not have me he called Rps and lied and said we didn't pay him and that my boyfriend assaulted him with a knife and honestly it would have been what he deserved. 8 hard working police came to the door and told us that he acused these actions found no knife of course and were told we of course paid him. The cost 14 dollars but said we owed him 7 more they were informed of the assault to me. We have called 3 times to the company blown off and lied to by 3 different dispatch. The text we got that car 50 had arrived Apparently lies as we were told it was not that car he had nothing nor would they offer any assurance otherwise and hung up on. So beware as this company feels they can have who and what they want if not for my love I fear the worst would have happened. I will be taking all legal action I can against the driver and the company no woman should ever have to feel the fear and terror I felt. This will be posted everywhere I can news the paper and any and all hotels that I can. I will never feel safe enough to take a taxi ever again and never alone. I may starve the next 2 weeks but I will tell the whole city so that all females can avoid this horrible company and horrible drivers. This is sad as alote of their drivers in the past know me and have been great. This has hurt me horribly and rocked my mental state. ALL WOMAN BEWARE AND TAKE CAREFUL MEASURES TO STAY SAFE

So the owner is asking for more information in a email? I phoned my incident in. I was hung up on. This was 3 years ago, however nothings changed.
Creepy drivers that hit on you, impatient drivers that drive off on people too soon, drivers that demand money as soon as you hop in for no real reason.not everyone is a hood rat that's gonna rip you off.

Tried to call for a van to norminview. The dispatch man was extremely rude. When trying to ask a simple question he became agitated rose his vioce. Then replied "You Know What! " And hung up. No wondee peole are now using uber.

Horrid place.the drivers will steal from you hands down when you are not looking.if you are a woman and riding alone do not go with these drivers.

Called one and was told they ALL only take cash now after they came! Then called the centre and was told that over half the cabs machines are out of service. Would’ve loved to be told this over the phone instead of waiting 20 mins for a cab and be sol.

Dispatch is rude and ill-tempered and the business treats its customers like an inconvenience and rarely answers the phone on the first call. With services like Uber available in the city now you'd think cabs would be trying to step their game up.

They called & kept delaying the pick up time. Would give zero if possible. Will use Uber from now on
