Recent tenant. Building on eastside needs work to units, no place is perfect and there are small things that need work. But overall, we know the caretaker is managing many units, tries his best to help, response times are good, and he has made strong efforts to help with parking problems. He can't be there 24/7 but really does his best in advising and helping. Smoking in building remains a problem but the company seems to be trying their best. Not perfect but 5/5 for response time and strong effort of staff and caretaker who works very hard. Thank you, we hope things get better and no smoking of anything signs get posted in the buildings very obviously.

I recently had a pleasure of renting through Colliers, at 8 191 Manigas bend and I cannot express how impressed I was with their professionalism and commitment providing unique services.
Doug in particular was a true standout, always just a call away, he promptly addresses all maintainance request with efficiency and genuine willingness to ensure comfort and satisfaction.
I also had a pleasure of interacting with Michelle who proved to be not only a consumate professional, but also a delightful soul. She ensures every aspect of our rental experience was top notch

Dealing with Colliers has always been a tremendous experience. They take phenomenal care of their properties and tenants. I mostly dealt with Kirstin and Gladys. Whenever I had an inquiry or needed them, they were always there. 10/10 would recommend!

My experience as a tenant at Brighton Circle has been wonderful. Lindsay, the property manager, is amazingly professional, responsive, and a pleasure to deal with. The building care taker, David, is always ready to help when maintenance issue arises. I highly recommend to anyone seeking to lease a new home!

Unfortunately this rental company doesn’t accept anyone on income support. (SIS Program) They turned my application down within 1 hour of applying.
