Front desk staff was very nice and quickly switched my room when the AC stopped working. The staff who sets out the breakfast was a different story. Initially, the girl from India refused add more batter for waffles. She lied and said that there was no more batter and they were waiting of a delivery. When another patron asked about waffles, she changed her story to they were out and she would to have make it. Turns out she was just being lazy and didn't want to do her job. That girl should be fired for trying to shirk her duties through lies and deceit.

Kim at the front deck is always pleasant to deal with. I always enjoy seeing her.
We stay a couple of times a year.
This last time I was disappointed with the conditions in the room.
The screen slider we had to rest 3xs ourselves. With the wicked heat they had a beautiful breeze to enjoy after traveling in a vehicle for 13 hrs.
The air con worked excellent!
The toilet and tub were not very clean and there was hair under the bed cover and blanket.
If I could give 2 1/2 stars for our room I would have. I didn't say anything that evening as additional staff is probably gone home and it wasn't the Front desk fault.
It's set in a nice quiet area with plenty of stores and eateries.
Hopefully the house cleaning improves.

We loved it. After hours on the road, a friendly front desk staff greeted us and informed us what's still open. Place was clean, quiet and provided good rest. With literally accommodations all around, Comfort Inn provided the best price. We were very happy we chose this place over all the others

Driving in a bad storm.decided to stop and weather the storm out. We were met by a very friendly and helpful lady who was kind and pleasant. Next, we entered our room. It was very welcoming, clean, and all that we needed. Soon, we were snug in our bed. Nice soft and very safe (after the roads we were happy to let them be)
The morning continental breakfast was very nice, fresh, and hit the spot before our journey to Calgary continued.
I would stay here again without worry. Keep up the great work
