AVOID AVOID Plan and simple I show up after booking my room and they gave my room to someone else, someone else was in my room. No apology at all. They also gave my confidential information to those people. After checking my ID, which they should have done to the original people.they told me they had a room, which after I unloaded my stuff from the car, they did not. And to top it off they would not help me find another room in the town, No apology or respond from the management team in over a week

We have stayed here multiple times. A very comfortable place to live in with family. Reasonable price of rooms.

Excellent experience we checked in on October 15 in the evening. And the desk attendant that helped us went above and beyond. Would recommend thank you sir.

Room smelled strongly of smoke. Bed was rumpled as if someone had lain on it.
Staff said "we arent equipped for children" when they saw we had a toddler. Who asked? Anyway. Not an experience we want to repeat.

Very clean older hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Wish housekeeping was more frequent for lon term guests though.

Convenient location - just off of Idylwyld Drive and close to the airport.

Older hotel that has been renovated throughout the years. Great for a quick, casual stay, especially if you are budget-oriented.

Lots of free parking. Free breakfast with stay. Friendly front desk staff.

Front desk guy RAVINDERPAL SINGH is very helping polite and knows how to deal with costumers

Dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. There was dirt and food all over the carpet. Hair and chunks of soap in the bathtub. No elevator. Told the front desk how dirty it was and they didn't offer any refund or an apology. Good thing we only stayed for 4 hours.

The hotel is old and everything in it is old. Carpets are stained, Aircon is so old that one needs a manual to use it. The room was bare, no coffee maker or electric kettle. We could hear the neighbours. The TV looked from the 90s but it worked with a remote. The rooms are cleaned alternate days, so if you are in for 2 nights, you have to ask for emptying the bins and change of towels etc. We called to check if we could do an early checkin and were told of the 10/hr policy. I have had better breakfast. They wait for geuest to leave before they will replenish the food. Serving staff was nice and asked us if we enjoyed our b'fast.

I will not stay here again.

All those through and through the hotel is very nice but they need to do a little bit better cleaning floor in bathroom,
add possibly replace the carpets lots of stains I noticed in my room 140.

Well I just stopped again today and it'll be the last time I stopped until I noticed that you've been remodeled you told me you were in the process of cleaning carpets 11 months ago while I went through three different rooms first room stunk second room was okay with the carpet was disgusting and the third room had an odor in the carpet was totally disgusting so I don't know when you're going to clean the carpets when you're going to remodel going to say it will never stop again until I see it's been remodeled

We booked at 5: 30.and were told room was $149 plus taxes.card was charged $270. Decided at 6: 30 not to stay. Wouldn’t give a credit I would not recommend this place. Looks shady

Granted it was pretty cheap. But the room is a weird mixture of modern and really old stuff in there. Next to no soundproofing in the rooms, sounded like our door was being opened every time a door was opened in the hallway. Bed felt comfy but still somehow had the worst sleep out of our whole trip.

That have never once come up to clean the room have to ask for a clean towels and we stayed for just under two weeks no elevator

Very clean, and bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly. The breakfast room looked like it would have an amazing breakfast but we had to leave early. Would definitely stay again and recommend!

Got to meet Kim during our stay who made our team feel welcomed during our stay by going an extra mile to make sure we had everything we need!

Staff was very friendly. Room was very nice but outdated. My niece spilled chocolate milk on our bed, sheets and all. I ask for another set, staff says they have no clean blankets and gives us a mattress cover 2 sizes small (we had a king bed) as a replacement. Ok. Next day, I see the room attendants doing their rounds as I leave, ask them to replace sheets, etc. My mom later goes there to grab some things and the room still hadn't been cleaned so she asks staff what happened, the staff lied and said attendants don't work on wknds. I get to my room later that night, use the same things I used the night before. I asked for a late check out, and staff said max they could do was noon, with a 10 dollar charge. Before I go to bed, I ask for a blanket and they still didn't have anything clean! I don't think I've ever had to pay extra like that before so that was weird to me. Overall, I give it one star and WONT be using their service again!

Unattractive location. Holes in the lightblocking curtain. Mattress worn out and needs replacing. Noisy guests.

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. We checked in at 730pm got our key and than left for dinner didn't goto the room right away. We had just finished driving 3 days across Canada to come back to a room that was not made up. Spoke to the manager who apparently lives in the hotel about the problem and she said so sorry I will fix that. Gave me a 50% discount on the my first night stay. And promised to make sure we had clean towels and linens when we returned by the evening. Needles to say that did not happen and so I spoke with her yet again and she changed the bedding and gave us towels like we had asked. But that should have been done with out me even having to ask a second time.no compensation for my wasted time was given. Under no control off our own we had to stay another night and asked to speak with the manager about what had happend and were told she is unavailable. So we asked for the discount to be applied for the last night and would deal with the manager in the morning. They had the odacity to tell me on check out that I owed them money and wanted to deduct it from my damage deposit. After trying to reason with them for 30min finally got our deposit back. DO NOT WHAT EVER YOU DO STAY AT THIS HOTEL. BUYER BE AWARE!

Booked a room for one night on March 18. We drove from out of town and got into saskatoon at about 1030pm. We check in all is well… when we open up the door the room is a complete disaster. Clearly wasn’t cleaned before we got there as it looked like someone JUST left. So we go down to reception and all she says was “yeah looks like we don’t have any other rooms available” and stares at us…. So I ask if there’s someone available to clean the room quickly for us. (Not to mention it’s still a pandemic! Peoples towels were everywhere, tv still on, bedsheets thrown all over) She says there is no one available to clean the room and then stares at us again…. So shame on her for not doing anything to rectify the situation or even apologize for the extreme inconvenience. Would never book here again!

Was a great place to stay 3-4 years ago but I won't be staying here again. Had to wait to check in to the room because it wasn't ready. Got a different room than what was booked online. Had to wait again for the proper room. T.v. Did not work. Stains on the carpet and burn marks on the curtains in our room. "Hot breakfast" is your choice of toast or waffles while the picture on the website cleary shows a buffet style, which is what it was in previous stays. Late check out is $10/hr. Staff was very friendly but we won't be back.
