Comfort Inn & Suites

If you are a sports team, DO NOT stay here! We didn’t have many options so booked anyway. We reserved a block of rooms (18 to be exact) months in advance and they knew we were a team. We got in trouble for everything. Our boys were beyond respectful (trust me, I have been to many tournaments and know how kids can be!) and I couldn’t believe with parents around, they were still being told not to do things. Like walk in the hallways. This was at 7pm, I will add. The front staff person flat out told us Saturday that they were not set up for teams and that they had other paying guests to be aware of. We were also paying guests and did absolutely nothing to be treated that way. Just wanted to give everyone a heads up. Especially without a pool, there isn’t much to do without being complained about.

The rooms are clean. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is very good. It had a pancake machine, scrambled eggs, sausage links and a variety of breads, cereals, yogurt and the rest of the accouterments for a breakfast.

The room was spacious and very clean, all the amenities were there. The staff was so friendly. Highly recommend it.

We stayed at this hotel while we were moving in to Moose Jaw. At the time it was the "chain named" hotel with the best rate. Room were clean and spacious and the service was good.

The room we wanted was not yet ready so we took one that was available, tho' not as convenient. The breakfast buffet was excellent, but the cook in charge was even better, being VERY helpful, and offering extra help for s member of our family with some special needs.

Stopped here on Christmas night and it was phenomenal. The woman who checked is in was great. The rooms were extremely clean and quiet. The sheets and bed were so soft and really comfortable. Breakfast was a huge spread, kept very tidy and fresh! 10/10 recommend staying here.

I did some contract work here. I didn't stay. The rooms were all well kept as we made our way through the hotel working.

Hotel was really excellent, room was clean and was made up each day, had an awesome breakfast incl. At a time where i can actually eat, coffee was on all day access to tea and hot water. Not a single complaint other than the elderbugs that look like roaches but are beetles, there were 2 in my room first night which i dispatched.

Very pleasant staff at the front desk. Very large room with a firm king bed. Fridge in the room with digital temperature readout for the shower. Nothing WOW but good value for price, VERY close to food and shopping.

Breakfast was very good, stay was enjoyable and comfortable

Debit card deposit is 400 dollars here. No issues getting my refund.

The woman at the front desk on the morning of Aug. 22 was very uncompromising about a late checkout of only 2 hours. We drove from Edmonton and wanted to change
back into more comfortable clothes after the funeral for the drive back but she said we'd be charged an extra night! We had to change in a gas station washroom which was
not exactly a pleasant experience!
Having said this we will NOT be staying at Comfort Inn or related chain hotels and we will not recommend Comfort hotels to our friends.

Clean, spacious rooms. All the amenities. Was able to check in late. Hot continental breakfast available in the morning.

Very clean and large room, king bed with a fold out sofa couch that fit my 3 person party nicely.
Included breakfast included scrambled eggs, sausage and cook your own waffles with standard pastries/bagels/cereal/yogurt if thats your tastes. Other restaurant such as Boston pizza and Quiznos are close with standard fast food places a short distance away. Ample parking with space if you are pulling a trailer/RV

The room was nice and clean. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

So glad I called and got to talk to Shirley at front desk. She found me a room that was so nice. Very clean, super comfortable bed. Large room and a comfortable easy chair. Big TV. Super clean bathroom. She was even better in person. Very friendly and she knew her stuff. Fast check in. Explained places to eat near the hotel. Also show your room key and save 10 per cent off at Boston Pizza. Slept so good. Very quite room. Then free hot breakfast. Lots of sausage and eggs. Along with cinnamon waffles. This will be my go to hotel when in Moose Jaw. Thanks Shirley!

The staff were pleasant and called to make sure our room was okay. Very clean and well maintained hotel. In our trip from BC to Ontario this was one of the best!

Excellent hotel. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. They allow pets and there are plenty of trails nearby to take your dog for a walk. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

No complaints. Very comfortable bed, pillows and sheets. Ok.the shower water pressure left much to be desired, but the staff were great, the room was clean and well appointed. Used the workout room.basic but did the trick. Walking distance to downtown. Went to Rosie's on River for dinner. Yum!

Enjoyed our stay. It was the first time staying at a Comfort Inn, will definitely come back. Staff friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable.

Anyways, I had an awesome stay in a very clean, wonderful room. The staff were excellent, and so was the breakfast:)

Stayed for a few days during the Scotties. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Staff were excellent. My parents just missed the shuttle and the manager drove them down since she was headed downtown. Awesome

We rolled in tired and kind of smelly after a week on the road. Staff were incredibly sweet and friendly. Rooms are very clean (my partner is a bed bug exterminator.very picky about hotels/motels we stay in). Great breakfast included in the price. Icing on the cake was the complimentary toothbrush - I lost mine a couple days back. THANK YOU! Would definitely recommend and stay again in we're in the area.

Always a great stay here, rooms are clean and up to date. Staff has been friendly. Breakfast is what you'd expect, but always good for the price point.

We enjoyed so much our stay at this hotel, room was clean and comfortable a little dated but we'll kept, breakfast was good with options for everyone. And the star was the staff at all times they were very friendly and helpful.

Very unstaffed for a sold out weekend due to the Garth Brooks concert. When asked for clean sheets, we were told that it was a hassle because the front desk person was the only one there and she had to be the one to do it. In addition to this the room we requested was a suite and upon arrival the rooms listed as suites were actually just large rooms. When brought up to the front desk lady we were told we had to just deal with it. But overall the room was surprisingly nice and clean!

Breakfast was ok. Front desk was very friendly and efficient at checkin. Pet rooms were very clean.

We enjoyed our stay with Comfort Inn at Moose Jaw. Very comfortable large rooms. Cleanliness is obviously a #1 and it sure is appreciated. Front Desk Staff friendly and accommodating. Beautiful complimentary breakfast with healthy variety of delicious food. Gal in the restaurant was awesome and so helpful. Thank you very much to all the staff. We appreciated bieng your guests. The staff was a joy. The room was large and modern. Clean well maintained property. Plenty of restaurants and shopping close by.
