It's gotten really good over this last month the coffee and food is hot in the morning rooms are clean and staff is friendly

Worst ever place I've stayed at. No heat in the room with outside temperature at -28C. Told desk clerk at check out that we froze in the room and he said "oh". Went to eat breakfast and everything was low until the staff came in to eat. Just before they came in to eat fresh hot food was put out. Coffee was cold and there were full cups of coffee left at the dispenser, I guess others found it cold as well. Highly recommend not to stay here.

The service here is good, Anita at the front is very friendly and welcoming. The room is nice, nice big Roku TV, Kuerig and even a microwave.

However there are some issues - there are no plug ins close to the desk, other then behind the big heavy tv stand. The bedsheets had some blood strains on them, and the closet is by the window instead of by the door.

Breakfast was good, but the waffle maker wasn’t working - the batter was too thin, so the waffles would just break in half when you opened up the waffle maker; also, lots of people on their speaker phone/video calls not using headphones and being rude.

This place is horrible, and expensive. Would never stay again. Faucet and toilet leak. Half the lights don't work. The pool should just be closed. Railing up to the yellow and green water hottub was falling off. The ladder into the pool was broken. The floor in the pool had old bandaid, piles of hair, and a lot of I'm not too sure what. Other hotels in town are the same price but ten times better. Go to them.

Trust me, the negative reviews are not kidding. The floor in the hallway is spongy, the heater in the room is so loud we turned it off in order to sleep. Traffic outside the window is so loud we thought the window was open. This place is truly tired and uncared for and very very dirty.

Check in was good, but, my dog found too many things on the carpet though, for a Pet Friendly room. For the price I paid for a Sunday night stay, I would have appreciated a cleaner room. Without someone's black hairs in my bed.

Dirty room. It was not vacuumed, we found garbage on the floor, and there was a used coffee pod still in the machine.

The floor of the pool was all scummy, and the hot tub was so dirty it looked yellow. I'm not sure if it was the water or paint, but we didn't want to find out! The guy at the front desk was nice.

The fitness center looked gross, there was dirty towels left around, so we didn't bother use that either.

There was dirty Mr. Clean Magic Eraser in the hall.

The guest laundry was out of order.
The elevator was out of order.
The ice machine was out of order.

Save your money and go some place else!

Beds were comfortable. They give you 4 pillows with different thickness. Floors were not vacuumed, the towels felt like sandpaper and the breakfast was super basic with only sausages and eggs as hot food. The inside could use a little TLC. Wifi speeds were good so that's a bonus.

I will never book with this hotel ever again. Absolutely disgusting. The smell in the room was gross, dirty shower, door knobs not working, shower head falling out of the wall, ceiling fans falling out of the ceiling.

Avoid at all costs! Smelled like cigarettes + mold + wet dog. Shower didnt work, went to call front desk and the phone was dead. Had maintenance fix shower, but than couldn't shut off shower afterwards.
Room was destroyed, everything was broken or didnt work and was falling apart. Nothing was clean! Plus they are expensive! Not the $99/advertised.
Will NOT be coming back!

Filthy doors, walls and elevator. Dirty laundry piled up in the hallway. The room reeked of smoke, body odor and mold. Desd bugs under the mattress. Hair in the shower. Front desk girl was very pleasant, though

Nice staff, nice room, the whole hallway and room smelt like old cigarette smoke even though it's Non-smoking. The 1 ice machine was broken, (we have medication that needs cooling) we were able to use the fridge and some snow. Breakfast was simple but good. Bed comforter was literally 'shortly sheeted' we had to pull it off to redeploy it so we could use it and cover the whole bed. Nice enough for a 1 to 3-day stay if you're not too put off by the smell. We weren't it was just an initial impression that was a minor unpleasantness. Nice pool but we never used it.

This is the worst Comfort Inn I have stayed at ever. The cleanliness of the entire hotel was awful. Laundry all three machines did not work nor would they refund the money put into their broken machines. The room itself was very much the same. Fireplace broken, microwave dirty very much broken, fridge had a foul smell and was dirty and sinks and tub have not been touched in a long time.

Highly recommend else where to stay.

Heater makes way too much noise to relax in the room. Bathroom toilet wasn't flushing. The bathtub doesn't drain properly so when I take a shower it's like a bath. And the fan in the bathroom is barely functional.

Just a place to lay your head. Showing signs of neglect. Our room was shabby. It was on the main floor with the curtains falling down, doors chirp at you when they dont close tight.and they dont close tight. Not a good ambiance. The location is terrible! Your squashed in by a kfc drive through line and commercial buildings on all sides. Not a vacation place. The lady upon arrival in the evening was very nice and helpful. But the owners need to do the little things. Breakfast had two hot options.thin bacon and egg patties. But wasnt well stocked or layed out. Had to keep asking for things like, cream for the coffee, more bread for toast, cups for the juice. The OJ was watered down a lot, either that or not mixed constantly so first half was over sweet and the second watery. The guy stocking was clearly not interested in the job and took very little pride in the job. Hire someone else better suited to the job. They like to keep the blinds closed in the breakfast room, perhaps to block out the view of the dumpsters and messyness back there but that leaves a dark a dreary space. I opened the blinds to cheers from other guests. If you dont like the view, clean it up, add some planter boxes with trees in them but dont block the sun. Open blinds, turn on accent lighting, put the TV on, it was there! Your staff is the face of the company.they all need to be pleasent, friendly and competent!

Rooms were OK, floors were loud. Alot of noise from hall way. 1st floor room kinda smelled strange. I think it was from it being pet friendly.

Not super impressed but what can you expect

I have been in so many hotel in my career that this is one is for sure the worst experience yet, the hotel itself is not clean, the pool had big chuncks of hairs everywhere including unknown floating stuff. The room was not clean there were chips everywhere on the carpet and dust. At 22: 00, the staff decided to vacuum the carpet in front of our door and it woke up the babies. The ice machine is no noubt the most annoying one ever. I will never come back here for 210$ a room I should have bought a tent at Walmart and sleeping bags with a matt and we would have slept better for sure in the parking lot. If I could put 0 star I would do

Dont bother with this one they ask if you want your room cleaned everyday or every other then dont do either. Go ask for towels be met with a disgusted look and big sigh then begrudgingly get them for you. Breakfast starts at 5 weekdays and 530 weekends but dont expect it out on time if at all if you work early in the morning. Then they tell you on the weekend that breakfast doesnt start till 6 even with the sign when you ask about it or even coffee. Sadly i wish i could only give this place 1/2 a star but i cant. If you work construction of any kind do not stay here have better luck at the Broadway Inn looks rough outside but nice inside.

Make Yorkton look scuzzy, well done management (Marshall Thrun). Its a hotel with third world conditions. Do NOT stay here unless you are desperate. Checking into this place no one at the front desk, stench of water damage in and around the rooms.had the privilege of staying in room 202 which had no working knob to turn water on in the tub, so no showers. I bet they know this and choose to ignore. Who in their right mind gives someone a room with no working shower? Apparently them. The staff disappear from the front desk because they probably get lot of complaints about this run down hotel. Love all the fake reviews on here by their friends. Will not return to this dump.

It was ok, the price was good but rooms were a lil dirty. We were here for a volleyball tournament with many families staying in the city. A lot of people booked here than backed out after seeing the rooms. I suspect there was some lost revenue and customers.

Absolutely satisfied! Clean rooms, excellent service! Pool was open, we were surprised how warm the water was. Staff is friendly and easy to deal with. Quiet hotel, I would definitely bring my family here.

Bad place to stay. Overpriced and dirty. Had no choice everything else booked up. Would not stay again. There was no lipstick on this pig.

Upon arrival we checked in ok. I asked if the pool was open and was told all they have to do is turn the lights on. I put my swim suit on and entered the pool. There was garbage, looked like some under wear on the pool deck. I tried the whirlpool and it was not working. I went to my room. The next morning there was no hot breakfast. We could get some cold stuff like egg mcmuffin resemblance. Cold hard boiled eggs and stuff like that. Very dissapointed

TV has no sound. Faucet has no pressure. A/C is super loud. Not super great.bed is pretty comfy tho.

Where do I start? When we booked the room we were told it comes with breakfast and that we could order room service. They don’t even have a restaurant. Breakfast was a choice of 3 things that were ice cold and could fit in a small paper bag. The bathroom door was too big for its frame. I had to fight with it to get it closed. The toilet flushed most of the time but at 6’1” we couldn’t reach the toilet paper roll. We had to ask for clean sheets after 3 days and then they didn’t even clean our room. It was obvious by all the ceiling damage and patch work that the roof leaked in quite a few places and repairs were pretty amateur. The fridge was turned off and the previous ice build up poured out all over the carpet so we put some towels down. They decided to put them inside the fridge. We will not be back.

Was booked in here for 4 nights on a business trip. The hotel has a small fire while I am out working. The fire dept will not let anyone in to retrieve personal items. No one from the hotel seems concerned about the guests who have left everything behind. After advising where we should go they don't even answer their phone. No clothes, no toiletries, no meds. Scheduled to pull out of here tomorrow morning and no one will talk to me about what is going on. This is beyond unacceptable. Nice way to treat a Diamond Member!

A little older but clean and comfortable. Pet friendly. Nice variety in their grab and go breakfast. Lovely accommodating staff

Very clean, beds and pillows comfortable, bathroom van needs fixing very loud and lights in bathroom flickered badly

The word that immediately entered my mind is "drab". The room is dark with no ceiling light, dated wallpaper that's splitting at drywall joints, the furniture from an 80s garage sale and mixed up hot and cold taps.
However, the covid paper bag breakfast is better than some other hotels, with a microwavable breakfast sandwich providing something other than pure carbs.
Also, all staff wear masks, so points for that.

Booked through booking.com at which time they took my visa debit information. Was never informed they would require a credit card, they refused full payment plus damage deposit. Turned me and my 2 young kids away at midnight. Poor management as the night auditor tried to call his manager for a solution and the management refused my offer of a $1000 deposit (which is even an egregious offer to begin with). Stayed at the days Inn down the road instead, much nicer based on the lobby alone. They were aware of cash deposit rules and allowed me to prepay my room and cash deposit without dispute. Would advise going there.
