Comfort Suites

The Waterpark/spashpark is just a few sprinklers shaped like palm trees. The pool is pretty small, but there is a fun waterslide. On the very north end of the city, so ideal if you need to be in that area of the city.

Pool was so heavily chlorinated and poorly vented that several of our kids almost threw up. Breakfast closed at 9: 30 and eggs were gone by 9: 15 with staff overly eager to clear out everything while people were finishing up. Breakfast felt obligatory, instead of a way for us to feel welcomed and cared for.
Rooms were nice and felt clean.

It's a nice, clean, hotel with a better than usual continental breakfast (spinach/pepper omelets, ham/cheese omelets, sausages, fresh waffles, etc). It also had a small Waterpark (water slide, pool, hot tub) for the kids. I would stay here again if I come through here in the future. We stayed here after leaving Jasper National Park and needed a comfy bed after driving 12 hours.

The sheets were dirty when we arrived, but housekeeping changed them right away. The rest of the staff we interacted with were excellent. Breakfast was great every morning.

Had a couple issues. Came back from work one day to find my door open. It was propped open by housekeeping or maintenance, and forgot to close. Nothing happened because of it, but was concerning. (There are cameras everywhere anyway, so I figured out should be fine). I checked out early and called to let them know, but whoever answered the phone did not check me out. I got am email saying it's check out day, when I'd already been gone for a few days. Other than that, everything was great. I liked the li'l bench you could sit down to put your footwear on.
There are many stores within walking distance (a bit of a walk).
Overall, a good experience. I would return

Hallways were not clean. TV doesn't have cast abilities like stated. There wifi won't let you use streaming apps on your devices. Internet speed is terrible. Terrible terrible customer service. Breakfast is not good. Pool closes super early (9pm). I could go on. Don't go here. Pick a different hotel.

Room we stayed in had black mold in shower and we found it hard breathing there because of the mold

Nice quiet hotel. Our go-to when we visit Regina. Good location. The staff is pleasant and helpful. Good COVID protocols in place. The room was very clean and spacious, comfortable temperature, with the small amenities generally found in hotels. The television comes with Google Chromecast, so your streaming services are accessible. Breakfast is served from 6: 30 in the morning and generally has hot options, as well as cereal, fruits, yoghurt, etc.

Tv should have a swivel so it can be viewed from different points in the room.
Shower head and water pressure were a disappointment.

If the front desk isn't going to accept a Visa Debit then your website needs to clarify that before I prepay for a room. Then the customer service rep on the phone is going to tell me I cant cancel because it's non-refundable, if I was just looking to cancel that would make sense but it was in fact your front desk that wasn't allowing me to check in. 2 hours on the phone on top of trying to explain to my 3 year old why we arnt going swimming made a very rough experience.

Overpriced. Room was Dirty. The safe, tv remote, and blinds were broken. 1 person working front desk while there was 15 people trying to check in. Awful experience. I would never stay again.

We had a really excellent stay here! The staff are friendly. The room was clean and has some nice little extras like a light up makeup mirror, night light in bathroom etc.

Breakfast is excellent with a large variety of choices. Beds are comfortable. It's perfect for what it is! Great price, it is a very affordable hotel!

Pool is small and the jets weren't working in the hot tub.

It's a bit out of the way but it's pretty quiet as a tradeoff.

All things considered a good place to stay and we'd definitely return.

I love the rooms in this hotel. They're large and have a nice lounging area with a couch. Very clean and well kept. We often come for staycations and always recommend to our out of town family and friends. My only criticism is the pool is always very high in chlorine, even just sitting on the deck (not going in the water at all) my eyes burn.

Disappointing. We chose this hotel because it had a pool and water park. Everything that would set this hotel apart was either closed, broken, or just didn't work.

On the good side, the hotel was average, it was clean, and the beds were comfortable. There is three waffle makers in the breakfast area so you don't have to wait long.

The bad side was the hot tub was closed. We had a jacuzzi room so that helped but the controls were broken so it was either on the top speed or the lowest. The water park is only one fountain feature that pours a sheet of water down. The water slide is quite short and pitch black inside so small kids might not want to use it. The pool is supposed to open at 9am but they didn't treat it in time so we couldn't go for one last swim before checkout at 11am. One of the elevators was broken so it was difficult to get around at busy times. The chromecast feature didn't work in our room and we talked to another guest and theirs didn't work either.

Take your money elsewhere if you're taking a vacation with kids.

The room I was in was showing its age the carpet left some desire. This hotel could use some updating. Staff was friendly. Location is not the best but if you want something out of the busy areas this is a nice place. I would stay here again.

Room was clean and spacious. The pool was a little on the small side and very busy but the kids still enjoyed it. Overall good place to stay and located close to lots of stores and restaurants.

We wanted to pick a hotel with a pool and hot tub, not alot of hotels have both. That's why we chose this specific hotel. When we go to check in we notice theirs a sign that says "sorry hot tub isn't working", we were disappointed but still stayed. The room did have comfy beds, but there was dirt all around the windows, everything else seemed clean. Our daughter was so excited to go swimming, the pool water was cold because the heating system stopped working. That's why the hot tub was closed.we were annoyed. We seen kids last 20 mins because the water was so cold their lips turned blue. If you really want to nit pick the water pressure in the shower was nothing. And breakfast was good! If you got their early enough, we went in and their was nothing to eat. My husband was going to grab some muffins, however we seen kids grabbing/touching the muffins and putting them back. We didn't eat. And when we were in the pool their were no towels, we had to leave to ask and 45 mins later some showed up. Some parents were stealing towels from others which caused more angry parents about the shortage on towels. We asked the manager for some sort of refund as the reason we came here was for the pool and hot tub, neither we really enjoyed since the water was freezing. The manager said since we got the resveration from a third party they couldn't do anything. First and last experience with this place.

Absolutely beautiful clean quiet rooms! Friendly staff friendly housekeepers. Best front guest young friendly smiling faced man! Awesome experience.

Came for a little staycation with children. Rooms were nice, clean, and smell-free. The complimentary breakfast was a full spread. Pool, waterslide, and hot tub were lots of fun! Fitness centre was more than adequate for a hotel gym. Staff were friendly, though I wondered if they were short-staffed. Not within walking distance to anything, but very close to many restaurants, Walmart, and Superstore.

Room and beds very comfortable.

Checked in at 930 pm. No towels in the rooms or soap. And when we called front desk there was only one person working! We had to go down and get our own towels. Safety issue.l for staff person! And guests.

The front door didn’t lock so anyone could have come in. And rooms aren’t locking floors accessed by key. Open access.

At 8 am In the morning, two women working in the breakfast area. Both not friendly. One was coughing in the back kitchen area. Two kids coughing and serving themselves. And they didn’t say anything to them. And didn’t wipe anything down after. At 910 my daughter and two children went down to eat and no warm food out. Or muffins. A man came to eat 10 min later and they brought him out muffins!
