Hands down best service in Regina! Love coming here, always end up having to get something!

Great store. If they sold anime I would give them 6/5. Fantastic manga selection. My only minor complaint is that they need more copies of BloodStrike #5.

Customer service isn't the top of the list here. Wandered around in the store for 30 mins and the 2 at the counter never acknowledged me. They just talked and joked amongst themselves. No back issues. No other place in town to shop and it shows.

Amazing store! Could do with some music, as it silent as a morgue in there. I have been in louder libraries. Great stock.

Awesome place, I've gotten tons of dnd books here and the upsell price isn't super crazy (sometimes it's cheaper than WotC website)

A solid selection and the staff are super friendly. They always have great input whenever I have questions.

Love this store, the parking lot is kind of weird but it's alright.they have a great selection of comics and other nerdy stuff: figures, plushies, pins, TCG cards, shirts. All of whatever's popular and even what's not.nice staff

If you want more than just run of the mill ho hum board games, go to comic readers. They have a fantastic selection of board games that will really kick your family board game nights up a notch, you won't find monopoly schmopoly. But you will find some great others. "Camel Up" is one of our favs! Highly recommend you check their selection out.

Great store with really helpful staff, I don't live in Regina, but its my closest comic store and they've been able to order comics for me and let a relative of mine pick them up. Super appreciative of this extra effort.

Been there a few times before with a friend who was looking for things. Now, I'm going there to find things I need for a role playing game I'm going to be involved in soon. They are very knowledgeable and can point even the most inexperienced role player in the right direction. Will be back many more times for supplies and help

Came in for some dungeons and Dragons things and found out it was free comic day! Awesome surprise

I make a couple trips here every year. Very well stocked for Christmas this year. Whenever I am in there I always wish it would have been around when I was a teenager and was really into role playing games

Always a great time. Everyone is so polite and great place to meet people who like nerdy things.

The entire staff is fantastic! Many of them recognized me and my partner after only one visit. They are always friendly, and super knowledgeable about comics!

Comic readers, both locations, are very good "local game stores" and are worth a call if your thinking of buying a comic/manga/board game/a few other nerd things. They don't really have any competition so there isn't much comparison in Regina but they're still great

This place is pretty good, I usally go here these days to find new manga series I might like since my favorite one gets sold out so fast these days, I have maybe had like one or 2 experiences where customer service is slow but other then that they're pretty good!

Comic Readers is a great store to shop. It specialize in comics, board games and manga. Staff are nice, friendly and knowledgeable. Can do subscription on comics and special order if needed. For all my comics needs, it's the store to go.

Cool store, but very rarely am I acknowledged unless I buy something, even though it's usually a ghost town. Something they could certainly improve:). (At the south location).

Staff was really helpful and there was a great selection of board games. People I was with commented that this place had a bigger selection of board games than some shops around the world they've been to.

Always friendly service, great layout for the merchandise, and the ability to have subscriptions pulled each month. My favorite local comic shop!

Great selection of games, love to support local shops. My fave place to browse board games. (No A. C.as far as I know, avoid during hot times)

Terrible customer Service counters their good selection of games. If a game is missing pieces and I purchased it 24 hrs previously good customer service would involve replacing the game not telling me to contact the company myself and wait for replacement parts to arrive. Easy to correct.

‘Hated’ is a strong word, but it appropriately describes my feelings toward the quality of service provided by Comic Readers. I won’t recount the events that took place, leading to my decision to write this review, but I will say this: customer loyalty does not transcend past the tills of the store, and the exchange of money.

They only see you, the customer, as a one-time transaction - at least that’s my experience. Luckily, I am able to feed my comic needs from Saskatoon, but others aren’t as lucky. Hopefully, Comic Readers learns from their mistakes, and considers listening to customer feedback, changing their ways, or eventually, another store will open and seize the opportunity. Until then, I will not recommend nor purchase anything from their stores.

Disclaimer: This review has been sitting in my drafts for over a year, since February of 2018, to be exact.

You will find a wide variety of items here: comics, board games, toys, figures, novelties, and books to name a few. Prices are fair in general but I find board games a little high; however, their selection is good and you'll find games you might otherwise have to order online.

The store is often really quiet, which can make browsing awkward. Some music playing would really make it more inviting.

Lots of neat and interesting items games and collectables. A great stop for someone that is into comics collectables and roleplaying games.

I prefer this location to the Downtown location. It's often more quiet and more parking. Still great service and great selection.

Great selection, friendly knowledgeable staff, who are all part of the larger table top community in the city.

Boardgame prices are competitive for sure.

Will always comic readers! Mabye get more D&D characters? My dad and I spent awhile looking for my specific person. (Paladin Elf either gender works) and found none! I was so sad. But! I have bought many pokemon plushes from there and im so glad everytime i go to see some old and new variety of pokemon plushes!

Wonderful staff! Very helpful with helping me find what I wanted. Didnt mind me paying with 100$ worth of loonies and toonies!: D

As always, a friendly, we'll stocked store that is welcoming and goes out of the way to find the items you are looking for. From comics to board games to figures and statues. This is the " It" store.

This is a great place to wander around and spend some time. Aside from a wide selection of the latest comics, they have collectables, games and gaming supplies, t-shirts and so on and there is always something new to see. Staff are friendly and helpful.

This is a great store specializing in comics, games and other figures. There is a great collection of items right in store. The prices are very reasonable considering that many items are unique. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I definitely recommend this place.

Friendly staff and good selection. The store was a bit cluttered, stacks of shipping boxes here and there, but it doesn't have the space that the downtown branch boasts.

Love the assortment of board games, comics, and toys available here. The prices are pretty reasonable, plus it's always nice to support local.

Also, Comic Book Readers is very involved in giving back to our community (e.g fundraising, putting on board game expos, etc.) which I think is very important.

I went in looking for a game to introduce my kids to board games, and all three staff members were very helpful and informative. They gave great recommendations and were well versed in what I was after. Wouldn't go anywhere else, honestly!

Pretty decent comic industry stuff, toys, games and miscellaneous stuff for any need in your life. Pricing is variable from lower than average on some products to only a little higher.but so etching for everybody in any price range. The staff are pretty cool, friendly, helpful.
