My sons (10 & 7) attend Complete, and I have nothing but great things to say about the school, Professor Scales and all of the fabulous instructors that train our children. The gym is first-rate in every way: clean, professional, accomplished and fun.

Both my boys have already developed a strong passion for BJJ, and it’s entirely due to the commitment of the school and it’s instructors. They train champions - both athletes AND people.

This is the best work out that my kids get in a week. The coaches are great. The kids have also really enjoyed learning self defence and they have a lot of fun sparring.

Happy to come back to this gym after a long absence because.of the pandemic. The owner was accommodating, friendly and made me feel like I was an old friend returning. The students are amazing. So welcoming and friendly. I recommend this gym to all my friends and family!

Overall excellent experience. Professor AJ Scales and the team are friendly, approachable and helpful. From little people to mature adults the classes cover the spectrum. From sanitization and cleaning practices of mats and facility to values/expectations of patrons for cleanliness and isolation, one feels good about training. Prof AJ is personally engaged and has developed a esprit de corps within this higher belts and the students of assisting each other in their learning.and doing it safely to avoid injury to self of others. No matter how fit you think you are, the training will push your mental and physical limits further. Let's not forget it is a martial art that is practical, progressive, and proven. Highly addicting for those seeking constant improvement.

This was the first place my daughter went to to start any sort of martial arts. I give this place a 5 star review because not only is jiujitsu taught by 5 star coaches but the staff are 5star, along with the service. I do not regret having my daughter attend this place. She is not only learning and training, but she is also Learning core values, codes and regulations and respect. AJ is an amazing teacher with hands on experience and has travelled the world winning championship metals and trophy’s which make the experience with his organization that much more amazing and real. All the coaches follow suit of AJ in the beliefs and values of this organization.
You will not be disappointed if you chose this martial arts institute (Complete martial arts) as your place. Ranging from young children to adult classes, to self defence classes, woman’s classes, men classes, mixed male and female classes.
You may have a little wait but it’s not long and it’s 100% worth the wait, you will not be disappointed!

Hands down the best MMA/ Jiu Jitsu gym in the province. I’ve trained at a few gyms the last few years and nobody has as much attention to detail as AJ. From the ground up, this place is world class.

My son has been training at Complete MMA for 3 years and it has been absolutely amazing. The coaches are all top notch, particularly owner AJ Scales who is a world master and and incredible leader and coach. My son has grown significantly as an athlete, a competitor, as well as building character. Aside from the obvious physical benefits, they are learning incredible life lessons such as discipline, building resilience and grit. I travel to Regina to train at Complete under AJ Scales often. They have classes everyday that If AJ isn’t teaching himself then he has some of the best instructors I’ve trained with teaching so it makes it super flexible. Also if you’re looking to find some like minded people that you can fit in with, complete is the place because of the people that train there! It’s like home. Keep up the good work!

Complete Martial Arts is literally complete. I've known Professor AJ for little over 15 years, and he's a true Martial Artist. I recommend him, and his place for anyone interested in Martial Arts knowledge for Self defense, competition, and MMA, or just a fun workout. Also great mentor for kids, on their personal development.

My daughter has been training bjj at Complete Martial Arts for about 3 years now and is very proud to have AJ Scales and Janz as her coaches. The kids training here are learning more than just Brazilian Jiu-jitsu - they are learning respect, self-defense, anti-bullying, how to focus and self discipline. It's really amazing to watch. The environment is very friendly. The instructors are very knowledgeable and put a lot of effort into conditioning, educating and coaching every class. Whether you are training in gi or no gi or even in open-mat, you truly walk away from each class learning something new, with a sweat-drenched rash-guard. This is one of those martial arts that really has something for everyone and it’s never too late to start.

I was in Regina for a few days and decided to bring my gi to drop in for a class. It was a great clean school with a strong team on the mats. Josh was knowledgeable and technical instructor.
