30 day "return policy", in my opinion is very different from a warranty issue. Absolutely zero warranty support. Should have been a very simple exchange, with the original receipt in hand.

There was no garbage can that I could find so I had to go next door to throw out my shopping drink, a bit inconvenient.

Worst place to come for any kind of UPS, purlator, or DHL for pickup. If you need a pickup location for your parcels I would suggest any other location because you will wait in line forever at counter because the same counter also does detail...

Thank you to the people at the service desk for doing what they could for my pc and figuring what the problem was! It caused a lotta stress and they were really knowledgeable and figured it out so i didnt have to get booked in:)
