Cora Breakfast and Lunch

We just came back from breakfast at Cora at Preston crossing saskatoon and I was unhappy with the waitress. She made a mess on my table and we had to clean it. I talked to her about the missing dish from our meal and her response was you did not order it. I did not pay attention to her name, but she is short and overweight blonde. She was rude to the point that we decided to go to stone bridge branch (Cora) instead.

Very good service, very rich breakfasts and excellent service from the waiters, without a doubt a place you have to visit for breakfast.

I had an excellent breakfast of smoked salmon with eggs Benedict. The potatoes and fruit were great. Our waitress was cheerful and very nice.

A friend and I had breakfast here. I know they do a lunch menu but the decor just screams breakfast (in a pleasant way of course). The tables were nice and noise-dampening dividers were set up. This and the lack of piped-in music and TVs helped create an environment where you could hear the person across from you. And at 7am the place wasn't crowded yet.

The food was good. I had the 2 eggs-2 bacon-2 pancakes and my friend had the empanata. I felt like the amounts were generous enough and the dishes were colorful and well presented.

But the real selling point for me was the waitress, Harper. She was no-nonsense but in a fun kind of way. She was quick but also a quick-study of her customer. When I ordered a hot chocolate with whipped cream, she knew I liked it piled on. It came with a stack on top! And was still sprinkled with a nice dusting of cinnamon!

She was there when we needed her and not when we didn't. And when the bill came, she signed it with well wishes. Just a bunch of nice little touches to the service. In my opinion this kind of thing really makes the difference and makes me want to come back again.

Great breakfast and lunch place for you and a few friends. I highly recommend.

Cora has a good rep. And good food. Until now. Ordered coffee, eggs Benedict with smoked salmon. My wife had a tuna melt. Coffee was so hot it was scalding. Almost like they have the brew setting or warming plate at 100c. Tasted burnt metallic. The eggs Benedict was mediocre. Egg was cooked as requested, salmon tasty, but hollandaise sauce was like whipped cream.nobody or flavour. The potatoes were par boiled and if they even touched the grill to add a touch of crispness, then it was like a quick kiss on the cheek goodbye. Tammy our waitress was very good though. Overpriced for what you get.

What a great place! Our food was delicious food, love the early bird specials and our server Hope was so pleasant and gave fantastic service!

Very disappointing service.

We ordered for 3 plates, and they brought us the wrong order and while we were trying to tell the waitress that it was wrong she grabbed the plates and walked away. The waiter who took our order passed by after sometime of no one talking to us, we called him and asked him for an update regarding our food in the most polite manner, but he snapped and said ‘you said your order was wrong and my manager threw it away, now you gotta wait for another one’

I was so shocked, because the order was indeed wrong. Eventually after a long wait (felt as though they were trying to punish us), they eventually brought out food with no single apology or whatsoever.

It’s very disappointing that such bad customer service is still being offered. But then again, maybe because my group was black!

Wife found a small feather (?) in her $19 fruit plate, wasn’t comped. I think the table next to us was grossed out too.

I had the Cora breakfast and I'd say that was the worst breakfast I've had in my life! Everything was tasteless especially their microwave bacon tasted like cardboard! Sure isn't worth $20.00! My first and last time going there!

After an hour of waiting with no food served (observing part of our order sitting up for half of that, and guests around us ordering, eating and paying), had to leave. Confusion, incompetence.

Ordered take out. Food is good, but quite expensive, $68 for 3 breakfasts.
Also be prepared to wait. Took about 45 mins for my take out order to be ready when I was quoted 20-25mins when the order was placed.

Bunch of con artists! None of the advertising for the 11 dollar all you can eat crepes states that it's only plain crepes with nothing on them until you get a menu and the prices are such that only yupirs could eat here regularly

Breakfast was amazing, the presentation of the food is very artistic in my mind.great place for breakfast that will hold you through the day, for us busy people.

My family has come to this location a handful of times and usually isn't a problem but today we feel left behind. We been seated for over an hour other tables that were seated after us got their food and left already and we still waiting here with our 2 year old.
Not happy today! Sad to say!

Staff was incredibly cheery and pleasant and accomodating, it's one of those places where your cup never goes empty and the staff always makes you feel welcome. The food was delicious and picturesque, and always well worth the money <3 I've been here only a few times, months apart each time, and every time the staff has remembered my face and asked how things have been. Just truly lovely people, I wish I could rate it higher than 5* because they're above and beyond great. My favourite breakfast place ever

Loved the place. Visited them in the new year and even though they were clearly short staffed their team was working like a well oiled machine. Everyone knew what they were doing and was multitasking at the time too. An Excellent place to visit with the family.

Friendly staff, a three-star rating for service as it took over an hour to receive breakfast on a morning that wasn't too busy. Especially seeing how many cooks were back there lol
Food was excellent but really wish that there was more gluten-free options.

I don’t understand why they are even on skip the dishes. 2 hour wait time tells me that they just don’t bother putting in your order until they have a free moment…every time I order the wait time is 1 hour, then by the time its placed, it jumps to 2 hours… the food is always hot and yummy when it arrives! But there has to be a better system so the wait isn’t so long. Don’t be on skip if you can’t keep up with all orders

I went to Cora’s today and had the best experience! Our waitress Caileigh was very attentive to our needs! Could not have had a better waitress! Her smile was infectious and made our day better

Cora style, as quick as you order, a big plate dish serve you happy.
Over 70 different dishes from you to combine, those cooks mention same quality all time.
Smoothie is good one to order, not too sweet. I think they did not add sugar.
Somehow, smoothie is not serve so quick. I was thirty, and the drink held me over 10 minutes.
Overall, a decent brunch place for people who want to get food in the early morning.

Ordered sunny side up, it's over cooked. Home fries was awful, like it was preheated. Their hollandaise sauce was clumpy, like eating a very runny scrambled eggs. Their toast is good and cappuccino.

Marvelous and helpful people to serve you. Excellent customer services. I think it’s a 5 star place for breakfast.

The food was amazing and actually reasonably priced for the quantity and quality. However, our server was terrible. Thank you to the other servers for picking up the slack

Our experience was fair. Cute little patio. Service was friendly. One of our party is celiac. The order was made and great effort was made to ensure the order was indeed GF. When the bfast was brought out there was huge confusion over whose meal was whose. We waited over 10 minutes for clarity on which was the GF option. On top of that the third member of our party was not served their order. Two were finished 10 minutes before the last received their meal despite the server being prompted. The manager did discount the last served meal but the experience was tarnished significantly. Food was good overall. And no celiac flare up so they are solid on the GF knowledge and prep.

Thank you Ashley ️ always a pleasure to see. I had the new big cheese burger with bacon on a brioche bun lots of flavor. My son ordered the nacho grilled cheese he loves it, minus olives.

As it's advertised Canada's breakfast leaders. Everything was amazing and the service was fast with our friendly server Hope.

The service was absolutely terrible. Food was bland and the employees were yelling and swearing at each other behind the counter where everyone could hear and see. It went on until we left and just was overall a really negative start to the day, trying to eat breakfast. We couldn’t believe no one was there to get that under control like a supervisor.

What a joke. 2 eggs Benedict cost 20 dollars. Are you kidding? What is this fine dining? HIGHLY don't recommend. Your wasting your money. You can get much better food for less then half the price somewhere else.

This was my family’s first time at Cora. The service was friendly even with my toddler roaring around her little animal sounds. The food was great. The best part was the payment machine was down as we tried to pay. This little mishap resulted in us getting our meals for free and some coupons for our next visit! Like wow! This was an amazing part of my day. Thank you Cora and staff

We came in near (14: 20) to their 15: 00 close and the service was attentive right until we left. I didnt feel rushed at all. Food was excellent, the coffee and the famous fruit was super fresh. SO happy to be able to eat in again!

I love coras for breakfast. They have a large selection of food and fresh fruit! If you can't decide based on the menu just describe your ideal breakfast and they make it happen!

This is a great place! I only have great things to say about the place. The people working here are so friendly and accommodating! The girl who helped us with our orders and serving was really nice to us. Very gracious and charming. The location is nice enough parking spots! Also, the food is great!

My crepeomlete was good. Potatoes as usual weren't. My hubby's eggs were overdone, fixed promptly by our eagle eyed waitress. Cudos to her!

3 of us had breakfast, bill was $100. Food wasn't any better then the Husky diner. Fruit not fresh, tasted off. Service was very slow even had to keep tracking down server to get any service.

Greeted immediately as we entered. No reservation, restaurant full, polite hostess took our number and informed us of wait time. We were called slightly earlier than stated on our cell phone. After seating us, our waitress came to the table, took our drink orders and welcomed us. When she served us our beverages, our order was taken We were served fairly quickly. The food was served and played in a neat fashion. The hot items were hot, looked fresh and tasted delicious. Harley, our waitress was very polite, attentive; refilled our coffee frequently and supplied all necessary condiments and she was efficient, processing our order with a warm, sincere thank you offered during payment, for our business. Overall, we very much enjoyed this restaurant and will definitely visit again when down from Edmonton.

Been here numerous times in the past and have had nothing but good experiences with the staff and the food. My most recent time attending however, my brother's portion seemed significantly smaller than what was advertised in the picture and description of the menu. This one instance was nothing too bothersome and he enjoyed his food. Come to Cora's if you want a very large variety of tasty breakfast items!

We were seated fairly quickly and our order was taken right away but we waited over an hour to get our food. It was quite busy but tables that were seated at least 20-30 minutes after us all had their food brought out ahead of ours. The waitress stopped making eye contact when walking by, didn’t refill our empty water glasses and basically ignored our table until I called her over and asked if she could see if any of our food was ready. When the food did come, the smoothie bowl had obviously been sitting a while but everything still tasted delicious. No apology was given at any point.

I love coras! The only thing i would change is to have it open a little later till about 4 pm or so. It closes really early.

My wife hyped this place up so much because she has had nothing but positive experiences, I would have to disagree. Waited over an hour for our meals, in which time my coffee was refilled once and had to ask for more water 50mins in. Food finally showed up and my "potatoes" were so undercooked they were still cold. They were some kind of wedges and were absolute garbage. I realize it was busy but you can't toss quality out the window to get a quick turnover. Granted the server took 50% off my meals cost but it won't guarantee me a return trip.

Way to pricey.when they ask u if u would like add ons they dont tell u tjere 2$ or more for 2 people it was over 60 just for breakfast. NEVER AGAIN

Came in and had the early bird special. Staff was great, price was very reasonable, and quality was great as usual.

Always a great place for a yummy breakfast. Our last visit was marred by very slow service. Not at all a typical experience as the device is usually exceptional.

Food and service was excellent! I enjoyed my visit there today. Everyone was friendly and even on a gloomy day, the atmosphere was energetic.

Expectedly busy for a Sunday of a long weekend at brunch time, so waiting in line was ok. Service was ok. Food portions are quite large and the calorie count per plate is enormous even for healthier options. Overall a good experience but more of a treat for once in a while than a regular habit.

Cora's is my family's favorite spot. It is great for all my picky eaters from my 4 year old who loves fruit to my 11 year old who loves the sweets. Even my meat eating self can get what I like, highly recommend trying it

I asked if I could have my bacon substituted for something NON meat and when the waitress said she was unsure I said I'd just get no meat then. I was willing to pay full price without getting everything in the meal. They gave me the bacon anyway and put it on top of my other food. My potatoes tasted like they were cooked in the bacon grease and my sweet crepe did as well.

One of the best visits ever! Our Waitress H.was super friendly and amazing service! Food was delicious! Highly recommend!

Sitting down about to have lunch. Looked over my shoulder and watched a chef wipe her nose and sweat off her face using her hands and the continue to make food >. < I am disgusted

Cora Breakfast is a bright place to go for a quick bite in the morning. It's a bit on the expensive side for breakfast unless you are able to come in early enough for the special. Staff is friendly and very quick. Food was quick properly done. Coffee isn't good though!

Great breakfast and lunch atmosphere. Pretty busy, but that isn't a bad thing as the food is great. Pretty well all items are breakfast dishes so it's great if you have a hankering for bacon and eggs or pancakes. Lots of crepes too.

Bit of wait and the potatoes were cold. Other than that I had a superb experience. Average meal prices are about 15bucks

Food was not warm when it came out. I took my friend here to show her a breakfast place.her food was cold at least they took it off the bill. The one waitress was singing annoyingly. There cappuccino machine was broken, which was hella dissapointig. The waitress Being incredible loud and obnoxious made me want to stop eating as I gained a headache from her distasteful humming. Not trying to be rude but I didn’t pay to be there to have someone humm when I am trying to visit with my friend. Won’t be back to this location. Stonebridge location is better
