Just wanted to give a 5 star rating to the parts department at the Saskatoon location. Very professional service.

Bought a door from a competitor and received very poor service creative stepped up and solved all the problems.

We've have really enjoyed our experience with Chris, he has been great in helping out with all of our needs! I highly recommend using him. 5 stars all the way.

Had a technician come out to give us a quote to replace our tracks, he took measurements of the existing set up but had failed to mention that " the garage door experts " do not work on rear mounted springs or seem to have any knowledge on low clearance doors. This "quote" after constant calling asking for any update information has been dragged on for close to 2 months now. Even after this amount of time they haven't been able to come up with anything helpful. If you are unable to do the job that should be said, so that both parties could just move on.

Sadly we are having a similar experience to the one star rating. We have a 3 year old house and the garage door spring has broken. Our door is stuck closed. It seems that the tactic they use is to offer to get someone in 3 weeks from now, but if you want you can call the emergency line and get prompt service… for an additional fee. This is a warranty issue and should be dealt with promptly. I don’t like the tactic they use to pressure you to pay extra for the service you should be getting. If someone’s available for emergency repair, they’re available to fix a warranty issue.but apparently a 3 year old spring is not under warranty. So we will be getting our spring replaced by a better company in Saskatoon and will certainly not recommend Creative Doors to anyone. Poor service. Quite sad and disappointing.

I was extremely happy with the service provided by Creative Door. From the initial booking and customer service to the tech on site. Everyone was friendly, professional and prompt. I will be using them in the future for any repair or replacement for my garage door.

I went in to buy a replacement remote control. The parts person was so helpful and explained all my options. Also explained how to easily program the new remote. It only took a few seconds just like he said it would. Highly recommend Creative Door we've been using thier products and service for many many years.

Purchased a new garage door for the house and the service we received from everyone was outstanding. With Kari helping out with the selection process, to Brian during the install, everyone was exceptional. Kudos to Brian who was "outstanding" during the install. His professionalism, personal approach and friendly nature were a pleasure to deal with. Even when he returned for some minor modifications - he was friendly, courteous and a joy to work with. Thanks Brian for your exceptional service.

Garage door not staying down.
Tech. Found problem and repaired it. Also lubed hinges and explained some maintenance items I could do to ensure smooth operation. All staff I talked to were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Every year I have Creative Doors come out in summer to service my garage doors. The technicians that come out are always good. This year it was Kevin who returned. As per usual he was efficient, polite and a real pleasure to deal with. I am pleased to know that Creative Doors are consistently good in their service and very reliable. I recommend them highly.

Excellent service from the time I phoned to the very end of the service call. Onsite, Kevin was professional and happy to answer all my questions and explained what he was doing as he did it. I appreciated his willingness to share his knowledge in a consumer-friendly way. Top notch service and I learned a lot! IF AFTER SALE SERVICE IS IMPORTANT TO YOU, KEEP SHOPPING. Thanks for the offer to come over and adjust the eyes at MY cost when you put them in only a couple of weeks before that.we have not driven into the eyes as you suggested to me on the phone. I was not rude to any of your staff, but when you accuse me of driving into the eyes, THAT was rude and I did hang up. As of today mar 12 it has failed 4 times.what does service mean to me, it means when you didn't install it correctly, you come back and fix it. Even if you sub-contract the work and you have to pay at your cost. In my business there are two ways of doing your job, correctly or again.just sayin.

The service BEFORE you got paid was great. BUT.as I SAID IN THE FIRST SENTENCE, , If. AFTERSALE. SERVICE IS IMPORTANT TO YOU, KEEP SHOPPING. I still stand by this. You guys were rude after you got paid! And you are still rude in your Google Reply.p. S. I did look at the eyes and fixed one. The wire to the sensor was loose. Poor intstallation! Quality install, NOT!

We've used Creative Doors since we moved into our home 9yrs ago. Their service is always exceptional and Kevin is fantastic. He explains exactly what he's doing and is very personable which is something we really appreciate. We will continue to use Creative Doors and I would strongly encourage anyone who is on the fence and reading this comment to give them a call.i can't recommend them highly enough.

We recently bought a new place and the garage door kept getting stuck on the way down. We got excellent, timely, and friendly service. Chris found a solution to a very tricky problem and we are grateful for his expertise and coming out on such short notice!

I can only give a 1 star review since I've only spoken to a receptionist who's transferred me to a ringing phone and answering machine. I really need my door services but nobody will answer the phone or call me back. I'm wondering if anyone actually works in the service department.

Had a large commercial garage door installed a few years ago. We've had multiple issues with it coming off the rollers, which took 5+ expensive service calls to be resolved. Apparently the motor/operator they initially installed was too weak for the door, all the tracks and motor had to be replaced. Additionally, our door has been stuck open on and off, and we've called multiple times in a span of weeks. When we finally get ahold of someone, they said the wait is 3wks for service and if we want it fixed, we can call the emergency line and pay for after hour service fee. We call the after hours line, because it's cold out and the garage door would stay open. They came the same day, which is great.but the problem was not fixed. We still have the exact same issue.

Moral of the story: don't use Creative Doors. They'll install subpar doors, then no customer service, and even if you do, problem won't be resolved.

Ken in the parts department was a huge help when it came to replacing my over head opener. We had a lightning strike hit our house which toasted the original. Ken gave me a good price on the replacement.
