COR is an amazing organization! The way COR approaches care and support is beyond fantastic. I feel blessed to be apart of this organization, and I am happy to tell my friends how amazing it is to be a support with COR!

Its amazing to know that Creative Options, a non-profit, is filling a small void in the huge lack of supportive living options in our province. COR supplies homes and access to support, while also leading change in the way we are caring for individuals with complex needs. COR has been doing this through the model of Gentle Teaching, simply put we nurture teach and sustain by means of companionship, connectedness and community.
For me, being in the profession of care for people with complex needs has been part of the most fulfilling chapter in my life. Making a difference in people's lives daily enriches my life greatly. I help to fulfill the needs of indivuduals we at COR serve, while also helping our individuals to take lead of their own lives as much as possible. I do this by facilitating them living out their days in ways that are meaningful to them, sometimes this can look like daily tasks and activities and other times we can be setting life changing goals and taking steps towards accomplishing them. I am always proud to inform anyone I come into contact with that I have the privilege of supporting with COR, and tell people to consider doing the same if they are looking to make a difference in our community. With combined efforts from COR, supports and the community we have been able give people with complex needs the best care Saskatchewan has to offer.

COR is a life changing organization, both for the employees and the people served. The culture is one of love and compassion, grounded in the philosophy of Gentle Teaching. Once you come, you’ll see just how special this organization is.

Been a part of COR for 5 years now. It’s not just a place to work it’s a place to grow and be a part of something bigger. It’s about building and maintaining connections, that can last a lifetime.

I have been supporting at COR since December and it has honestly been a wonderful experience. The organization as a whole is wonderful, the way they support their individuals and their supports is amazing!

Switching from an agency after over 12 years to COR is a decision that I only regret not making sooner. I fully and truly believe COR is actions, not just words. They stand behind their philosophies, policies and procedures. They want people to be respected, to feel supported and actually care about the people they support and their employees. You can just feel it in the environment and see it in the supports. Everyone is happy, relaxed and enjoys their job. They mean what they say and they say what they mean. They really do want employees to have a balance and be the best version of themselves. They are engaged with the people they support, the individuals are the priority. Even the staff who may not be the supports at the houses know who everyone is that COR supports, they know history, they know updates, family dynamics, etc. They actually build relationships and care about them.

An amazing place for job opportunities as well as resources for individuals with disabilities. This company is absolutely life changing for myself and many others!

Creative Options Regina is so much more than a workplace to me! They have been in my life for the last decade supporting my sister and family through many challenging times.

Creative Options Regina is a fun loving, amazing organization. Being able to use the Gentle Teaching principles and meeting the people we serve where they are at, has been life changing. It is not just something I do at work, I take it home with me and use it in my personal relationships.
