Robin helped me get sorted with a vehicle easily after I had been involved in an accident. Everything was well informed and a stress-free process. Even when we hit an issue with one of the screws in the plates being stripped Robin made sure all was set up to get resolved and ensured I had a solution in the meantime.

Great Experience at crestview. My partner and I were in the market for a new vehicle. Robin Montgomery was nothing short of professional, courteous and considerate. Going to dealerships can be very daunting at times but at no point did we feel pressured to purchase right away. He went over options with us and even ended up choosing the perfect vehicle for us at a more than fair price. Called to check in and make sure we were happy with our purchase afterwards as well. He really goes above and beyond which is rare these days. Also exceptionally handsome which doesn’t hurt either lol Trish handled the finances and is a paper work machine! Extremely knowledgeable and went over everything fully so we had a good understanding of the terms, warranty etc. Made sure we were comfortable with everything. She’s so easy to talk to made the process seemless. Have dealt with her in the past with prior sales as I have recommended family and friends and it was a pleasure as always! They washed my Jeep! I wasn't pleased with the service from my previous dealership, so I thought I'd give Crestview a try; they did not disappoint! I came in with a few minor maintenance issues and they resolved each one promptly, and after my wife came home with it that day the Jeep was sparkling clean. Very happy, great job Crestview team!

Tyler is great. He was very helpful and accommodating when it came to purchasing my Jeep back in October. He continues to keep in contact when I want my tires switched over or if I have any issues with my vehicle and need service. When I purchased a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited at Crestview I arranged for the dealership to replace the stock muffler with a performance muffler with a more aggressive exhaust note. After a couple of days it was obvious the new muffler was as quiet as stock. I brought this to the attention of the salesperson I purchased the vehicle from. It was replaced without any question. The client focused attitude was obvious with the sales, parts and service staff. Thanks!

I have a 2017 Ram Outdoorsman that had a leaky strut but I didn’t even know about it. Had it in for service, they pointed it out and everything was covered under warranty. I’ve been dealing with Steve Hoath for our last 3 vehicles. He’s amazing, not pushy, returns phone calls or texts same day, great follow up and just a real down to earth guy. He’s helped me with every single question I’ve ever had. My wife and I have never been disappointed.

I will never buy a vehicle here again. Once you sign, customer service no longer exists. So glad I eventually got rid of that Jeep they sold me. The salesman didn't know much about the vehicle, and I ended finding out about the different features etc kn my own because I wasn't told.

Kevin Brooks is an absolutely awesome service advisor. He makes sure everything is top notch when I come in. Calls to let me know if there is any other issues, and makes sure that I know as soon as my truck is ready to be picked up. I won’t deal with anyone else in service other then him.

Drop-off for service is quick and easy- you pull in and a service representative comes to greet you and check you in. The shuttle driver, Don, was very friendly and ready to take me anywhere I needed to go. And my vehicle was ready before lunch, which left me with the rest of the day to finish my errands!

We came in looking to buy a jeep after being at a couple of other dealerships. Nik was fantastic and straight forward. The process took less than a couple of hours. We were not pressured to buy anything we were not requesting. Highly recommend Nik if looking to buy a vehicle.

The service department has always been great, they have done everything they can to help with my concerns witch brings me to my next comment.
If it wasn't for Troy, Kevin and Ryan as well as the shuttle crew my experience with the sales, more to the point Marino I would never go back.
I will never buy another vehicle from Crestview ever again, I will continue to use and recommend the service department no matter where I buy.
