Very cool place! The vibe is amazing, you can get a drink and get your service! They have a laser hair removal machine as well - it’s a cold laser (painless) and the service was excellent.

I have never been there before it was an amazing experience, the atmosphere is so chill and the staff is friendly. Basheer gave me excellent advice and service. I'll be coming to see him for my net cut and trim.

This place is great both myself and my 2-year-old get our haircut here. The service and its quality is top shelf.

Always fast, professional and friendly service when I get my hair cut here. They listen to you and make suggestions and give you the cut you want or something better. Always get compliments on my haircuts, and I’ve always been satisfied when I leave. Usually get my cuts from Johnny or Andre, but everyone is great at what they do here!

I’ll never go anywhere else for a cut. I’m never disappointed and always leave feeling good.
One small thing, the barber who usually greets customers at the door (the first chair upon entry), is not exactly welcoming. He seems irritated that people are coming in the door and waiting at the front desk. When I’ve been there, I’ve never seen him be friendly to anyone who has come in. It’s a small detail, but once I’m in the chair with a different barber the vibe is always corrected.
But I still give 5 stars, because everything else is perfection. A great place for anyone looking for a great cut.

Really authentic place. They have not modernise the place and it really gives u a vibe of perfect saloon. Would highly recommend to get a haircut from wolf.

Barber ruined my long haircut, shaved my hairline back 1/2 inch, having hair 10" on top, ruined my hairline and will not be returning.it will take years to fix his mistake.

Hair cut this week was one of my favorites. The barber got the length and everything just perfect.

Brutal.

This would have been our second haircut with Sarah. She was quick and good the first time and we have a special event on Wednesday so we booked again. Traffic was bad so we called and no answer. Showed up only 6 minutes late to be dismissed by some guy as Sarah’s next appointment was going to be coming in early! So what? !

We will not be back. Very disappointed

I had Ted trim my beard and he did an excellent job. He was also very fast, and I was out in 20 minutes. The price is fair for what you get.

This is an edit to a previously 5 star review. Since this incident took place, the owner has reached out to apologize, which is appreciated, but unfortunately it doesn't undo the way that his employees behaved. The only reason that this isn't a 1 star review is because of the call that I received from the owner.

My husband had an appointment on Saturday for a haircut and beard trim. It was scheduled for 3: 30 and at 2: 45, I got a notification through the app that they use for appointments that there was a request to change his appointment time to 3: 45. I accepted the request and my husband went to his appointment at the requested time.

When he arrived, he was told that he was late and that they wouldn't be able to perform the services that had been scheduled. When my husband showed them the confirmation email regarding the time change for the appointment, the staff pretty much called him a liar despite having the proof right in front of their faces. They were rude and condescending and after about 3 years of going to Culture, we will not be returning.

Luckily my husband was able to get his hair and beard done elsewhere on Saturday as he needed it done for an important work event. I had just finished getting my hair done at another place and the people there were so appalled when I told them what had happened that one of them happily stayed after hours to help us out.

Bar none the best place to get cleaned up! Johnny has to be the best to go to for getting ready! This gem of a human went the little extra to make sure i was looking my best! 10/10 would recommend going to see him. Will be going back routinely to keep on top of looking my best!

I've gotten haircuts here twice now, and both times have turned out extremely well, the staff are very professional and nice, and it's got a great atmosphere! Plus, it's great to be supporting a local business, so I highly recommend you check this place out if you're looking for a new place to get your hair done, cut, or whatever!:)

Easily a 5 Star review. Went in today and got an Overhaul on my beard by Kelly, and he did a SUPERB job. Highly, highly recommend checking them out for your grooming needs.

They pay attention to details and I can tell by the way my hair looks great after washing it without the need to style it.
As a customer I feel like I am being treated right. I get recognized as a returning customer and I never feel unwelcome here.

They give bada** haircuts, and their barbers are some of the coolest, and nicest people you'll every meet! 100% recommend!

Been a regular customer here for a couple of years now, booking a regular appointment every month. Was 4 minutes late today due to construction and they had already given away my appointment time. I understand they're busy, but as a regular customer it would have been nice to at least been given a couple minutes as a courtesy. I had an important meeting right after the appointment, and now I'm basically screwed. Kaiden is an excellent barber, but the front end of this place needs some work. Unfortunately looks like I'll have to find elsewhere for my regular haircuts.

I really hope losing a regular customer was worth fitting in 1 extra walk in appointment.

My partner went here to have his head shaved with a straight razor. It cost him 70$ and they didn't go against the grain so he had to shave it again himself when he got home. Not pleased.

I got a haircut and shave. It was the worst cut i ever had and worst shave i have ever had at a barber. I had to go home and fix my crooked shave with missed spots. I also had to get my gf to fix a few things on my hair. I paid 60 bucks for this. I will never go back there again. I know the guy could of done alot better job but seemed like he just wanted to rush me outta there.

Haven't had a haircut in 4 years.my dad & I just had a shave and a haircut. I won't be going another 4 years between again. Jay was dope & my pops had a deadly lady. Can't recommend highly enough.

Wow! We were 5mins late (even tried phoning from traffic and no answer) and then told my boys would not be able to get their hair tattoos “because we are 5 minutes late”. These hair tattoos were for a Flames game and my boys have been looking forward to getting them since Christmas. A 5 and an 11 year old who wanted a ‘C’ put into their hair. Wow guys, Super disappointing. Won’t make the mistake in booking with you guys again.can’t plan after work traffic and a company not answering their phone ‍️
