Thank you very much for taking such loving care of my little boy lucky! Highly recommend for your fur babies. Mom, dad and their puppies have a new vet clinic. You have no idea how much this means to us.

They always take good care of my girl and the price is always pretty reasonable. These vets are very passionate about what they do and put your pet at the highest priority.

Old vet tech says “if you can’t afford to spay an animal- you should have never gotten one in the first place. ” After handing us a $900 bill for spaying a cat. This is the same price as putting a horse under for surgery.
These vets reflect the reason we have so many starving animals on the street.
Spent over $1200 in testing my cats blood and they would not do an allergy test. They were enjoying that $200 every three weeks. For testing blood.
Found a new vet clinic that will offer even more than your spaying package for $500. They claim to do price matching for their less wealthy users, but then the manager will come out and say they don’t actually do that.

I’m in the middle of a report and talks with the VMA in Saskatchewan about the vets at this place. I haven’t even gotten into the cruelties and straight up lies they told me trying to get me to pay that $900.

The one secretary was so nice though. Guessing when you live off secretary pay cheques you may have a bit more empathy.

Outstanding vets and staff. I've been taking my dogs there for a long time and the staff have always been so kind and helpful.

Very calm, understanding, friendly, and patient staff. I had to leave my cat with them for 9+ hours yesterday and I felt good knowing the staff would treat her well and give her lots of love while I wasn’t there. I absolutely recommend this clinic to all pet owners. Being at the vet isn’t scary when you’ve got the right people to put you and your pet at ease.

I was also pleasantly surprised at how low they charged for all services provided, and grateful to have the update throughout the day and the follow up call as well.

Well done guys, I greatly appreciate everything you’ve done and continue to do for our furry friends!

Never heard back after trying to schedule an appointment in person. I was told that I would be notified "after they found my file" but I'm still waiting for this call. It looks like this transition to Cumberland might not be going so well and we may have to look at getting our dogs looked after elsewhere.

Recently took our pup here again for some stitches and it proved a great experience. The vet gave very helpful information and treated our little girl with all the love and expertise that we would expect. 3 stars upgraded to 5!

The type of people who work here are conflictive, they get involved in conflicts and take external matters without knowing the people in a very personal way… how can our animals receive good treatment from people like that? I was insulted by a worker at this place for no reason and I realize she calls herself a vet

First visit to Cumberland Vet Clinic and had a very good impression. Vet Assistant was friendly and thorough and Vet Ilse Dedden capable and matter-of-fact and kind.

As a cashier you try and give good customer service and you go places that you know you will get it back. Dr. Chtowetz is the best vet in the city. I always said if I got Teri as my cats vet the search is over. Thank you Cumberland vet for taking care of my babies. They mean the world to me, I highly recommend this vet! Hands down the best!

The clinic was able to get me in for an emergency visit and the service was incredible. The staff and Vets stayed in communication and took great care of my cat!

Best vet experience ever. My dog is an American Bully and I've had my vets discriminate. However Cumberland vet has never discrimated against my dogs breed and gives him the most amazing care.

I only ever go here for food, but they are super friendly regardless. And they always have my dog's special food on hand which saves a lot of time & stress hunting.

A very caring and professional team. I would and do recommend them. Just an update, my poor cat Gracie passed away and received absolutely the most compassionate treatment by staff. Sensitive and extremely helpful. The paw print impression was such a sweet keepsake. If I could have added stars to the review I would have.

I was able to get in quickly. The vet and vet tech were calm and kind with my anxious dog. The front desk was polite and helpful. There’s even two exits at the front of the clinic, so I was able to guide my anxious pup out and avoid other clients. I will recommend them to others.

Very helpful as I was looking for a certain canned cat food for my Kitty who has carsonoma cancer, I was helped and had a good laugh and great conversation and I know there were smiles under that mask thank you for your help she's still here by the way and she's eating?

I brought my cat KitKat in for a yearly check-up and updated vaccines, etc. I was extremely impressed with their patience with a suddenly not-so-friendly cat when it came to nail clipping! I never felt rushed during the visit and had lots of time to ask questions and had them answered in clear language and reassurance that I was doing things right as a first time pet owner. All of the staff were very caring and attentive to both myself and KitKat.

Good quality is an understatement. Every single employee, technician and my pups vet are out of this world amazing. My dogs have suffered ptsd and have extreme anxiety and never once have I felt not welcome, or any annoyance or rushed out the door. The care and patience is beyond beautiful. Recently we lost one of our dogs and not only did they offer support and reassurance to me but covered my other dog with so much love and gentleness.
This team possesses the true essence of pet care.

Brought my cat here, they were very patient with him, made him feel welcome and not scared. He was quiet on the way home.

We took our yellow lab to see Dr. Davis yesterday on short notice. They were amazing! Not only did she and Reana, her Assistant, show compassion to our furbaby, but they took time and we were well informed and not rushed! Their clinic called today to see how Hebrik is doing! That's going above and beyond. Definitely, a positive experience! We have transferred our pups records to this caring Vet Clinic!

Very thorough exam of my dog. Prescribed medication and altered my dogs diet. He appears to be feeling much better.

The staff at Cumberland Veterinary Clinic are absolutely wonderful! They go above and beyond when caring for our pets and make us feel welcome and understood. Dr Terri C.is one of the best vets out there! She is like a part of our family! I highly recommend this clinic!

I was there less than a year ago on an emergency basis as my dog was having pain while urinating. $879 Later they gave me some pain meds and basically said they can’t find anything wrong. Xrays, (not to mention a charge for someone to look at the xrays!?) urinalysis and bloodwork apparently nothing showed. He seemed to get better on his own, but now this past week he needed emergency surgery due to bladder stone blockage (I went to another place) and they said they had to be there for quite some time to cause as much damage as they did! They were able to find out right away what was wrong for $160.plus do the surgery costing $908. This place just wants your money, they do not care about your pet at all. Find somewhere else that will actually listen to your concerns, and not charge you a two weeks wage for it!

Had an emergency with my cat, urinary blockage.

Initially took him to the university where it would have ended up being almost $3500, without the inclusion of special food and meds. Cumberland is much more affordable, everything was less than half the price as the university and that included meds and food. They certainly know what they're doing there too.

I was called the next day to see how my cat was doing and gave us some more information, as well answered all my questions.

Truly appreciate Dr. Neufeld and her colleagues.

Dr Neufeld is happy to prescribe medication to my dog but not able to discuss the medication or any alternative over the phone. After charging over $600 for a basic visit and a couple of tests only 7 weeks ago, a quick chat to discuss the dogs symptoms and medication would be expected. Instead I have to book another visit, which in covid times we are trying to avoid and charge me again for a visit when aquire chat would solve. Too expensive and what seems like a money grab. Happy to sell me the medication, will not discuss the medication over the phone. Not using these guys again.

Have been going here for years. Love Dr. Terri. Have taken all 4 dogs over a span of 25yrs and always had good service.

The most amazing service I have ever received. I called regarding my rescue dog this morning, and they booked him in for surgery immediately. The technicians, receptionist, and veterinarian herself were so extremely compassionate towards myself as a new dog mom and my rescue dog. They took time out of their day to explain everything thoroughly and were so patient and understanding. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this clinic. 100% recommend!

It was a sad visit for our family but the staff and Dr Neufeld were wonderful. Thanks for making a difficult time easier for us.

Some miscommunication with them having two locations now but otherwise I have been really happy with my service from them.

Super careing and super quick my cat was in and out with minimal stress. Able to answer all my questions and even gave me some tips on long term care I wouldn't have thought to ask.

Cumberland Veterinary Clinic is fantastic! Dr. Froimovich is an amazing vet, who clearly cares about the animals he treats. He has taken great care of our dog, including identifying and then completely removing a cancerous mass. Thanks to everyone at Cumberland Veterinary Clinic!

Outside of regular checkups for my 2 cats the few (but nerve wracking!) instances I've needed more urgent vet care Cumberland clinic has been amazing. I've been walked through scenarios I can handle at home myself over the phone free of charge. Just yesterday when I wasn't sure if I needed to bring my male cat in or not, I was reassured better safe than sorry and even during all this craziness my call was returned within the half hour and they made time for me almost immediately same day.

I called to my cat in to get fixed, they got him in that day and kept him to do the surgery next morning. Amazing vet experience. Thank you

Have had Cumberland as my Vet clinic for 9 years.
I have complete confidence in this clinic. Dr. Chotowetz has been the reason I highly recommend this Clinic. I met her at one of my sons hockey games. Her son played hockey with my son.
The reason I tell you this is I am a dog nut and have had dogs for forty years. (4 large dogs).
Dr. Chotowetz and I had never met and I noticed that night she was reading a very large book on dogs. We talked and as a result I started taking my Keesha (lab / border collie x) to her clinic.
Dr. Chotowetz has been exemplary in her veterinary skills and her personal touch to her work has been greatly appreciated. She is one fantastic person and vet.
Once again I am completely satisfied with the time I have had at Cumberland Vet. Clinic.

I recently had to put my dog down and I’m so happy I chose this clinic! They made the best of a bad situation. The room I was in was dimly lit with a couch and blankets on the ground. I laid down on the comforter with my dog and they gave me so much time with her. I felt so comfortable and I know she did too. The vet and other ladies were so kind and considerate I will definitely be back with my future animals!

My family and me bought a dog from another family. He was in we thought pretty good shape. He was cute and friendly ans his eyes could melt the coldest heart. In the 1st year that we had him he has had a lot of medical issues thay have arisen and each time the Vets and staff have gone out of their way to take the time to see him and made sure i understood everything before i left. They are friendly and professional.

This has been our vet clinic for years and our pets have always received the best care regardless of which staff member they have been seen by. Their caring staff have been there sharing some of our happiest and saddest days with our four-legged family members. We've had cats and dogs and one of our best experiences with Cumberland Vet Clinic was last year when we had to say goodbye to our oldest fur family member. The level of empathy, care and understanding their staff showed that day will never be forgotten by us. We would highly recommend the Cumberland Vet Clinic.

All the vets and techs here are so good with my kitties. They make the experience very comfortable and easy for us and the cats!

I have been visiting the clinic for over 25 years with my pets. Rosie loves Dr. Terri and is always happy to be at the clinic. I think she wants to work there as shes never anxious to leave. I trust Dr. Terri with all my pet family.

Lovely people here. I ended up switching vets but through no fault of thier own. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable pet doctor!

I want to thank you guys from the bottom of my heart for everything you have done for my dog Buba. You always went above and beyond for my dog even when I wasn't always the best pet parent to deal with sometimes. I want to thank Dr. Terri Chotowetz for her kindness and compassion in Buba's last moments. I know it was hard for her to share with me her own recent loss. I will be taking my boy home for the last time today.

I have been bringing my dogs to this clinic for over 20 years and have always had consistent, great service and genuine care for my dogs. Highly recommend!

You guys are usually very nice and give great service but my boyfriend has had more then one complaint of you guys refusing to cut our dogs nails. It’s understandable if you guys are swamped and super busy but at 5pm when it’s dead and half an hour before you close? I don’t think so. He came in there today at 5pm to get them cut but you guys told him there was nobody in who did that while there were three of you sitting there chatting. Aren’t you guys vet techs and shouldn’t you know how to cut dogs nails? This has happened more then once before and I wanted to give you guys the benefit of the doubt but not anymore. If it is such a problem for you guys to cut dogs nails then maybe you shouldn’t advertise unlimited nail trimmings especially for the optimum plan.

Everyone here has always been so nice and friendly. They always fit my cat in. Couldnt be happier about bringing my cat here
