Cancellation fee is more than the actual haircut. Money grubbers. There goes my budget for a haircut and then some.

Used to be one of the best. It’s now dirty and loud. Staff don’t seem to care as much. Didn’t speak barely a word to my son while he was getting his uneven hair cut. My lash lift was terrible. I’ve done better from online product. And she wasn’t friendly either. There are better in town now I have to say.

Lexi is the best blonde hair dresser I have ever had. 10/10 would recommend her to anyone! She is extremely professional, listens to all your concerns and truly takes the time to understand your hair goals. Couldn’t recommend her enough!

Lexi was amazing today! I felt confident in what she was doing, my extensions and cut turned out better than I imagined! I'll be back to visit again soon! Great salon all around!

Dahlia Salon & Spa is amazing! I have been a client for many years and they all go above and beyond. Lindsy and her staff always treat everyone like they are the most important person of the day offering service beyond compare. If you want to be treated special and get that one of a kind experience, give them a try! You won’t be disappointed.

My husband decided to try this location for a hair cut as he has not gone for a haircut in 5+ years. He stopped in and was told they did not have anything open for that day but booked him in for the following day. The girl took the booking down and my husband spelt his name for them as it is not common and they still spelt it wrong once he got the confirmation text! He got there for his appointment next day and got his haircut and the hairdresser roped him into buying a styling gel (of course). Once he got home from the hair cut he noticed one side of his head was completely uneven from the rest. He called the next day to voice his concerns and the lady on the phone was extremely rushed to get him off the phone and said I will see if she has time to fix it today, I'll call you back in 30 seconds. He never did get a call back and ended up having to shave his head! $75 down the drain ($35 for the cut and $27 for the gel). Clearly this location does not care to make people happy or make things right. Don't waste your time going here for a mens cut.
