Great for a quick drive through bite. Love their icecream cones but wish they still had sugar waffle cones.

Unfortunately I had i not to good experience at this DQ first off its took me over 10 minutes of standing waiting g to order and as I'm standing there im see the girl making a blizzard then drops the steel cup and after picking it up continues to use it.if I had my phn at the time I would of recorded it.looking around tables not just one or two though many tables where dirty with sauce still on the tables the kid seats are filthy still had dried ketchup on it as there right where you have to order your food.portions are way off.a mediumfries cost 20 cents less then onion rings and if you decideto have rings instead of fries thy charge you an extra 1.70 on top your meal now mediumfries is 20 cents cheaper the rings if I ordered them separately not 1.70. More 20 cents more not to mentionthe rings tasted like they where cooked unfrozen had to toss em.now finally ordered and paid took another 15 minutes of me standing there waiting on my food literally took over 20 minutes to get my food two burgers fries and onion rings both meals look terrible shown in pictures attached.never going to step food in this DQ and not ever going to recommend this DQ to anyone

Ordered a chicken strip basket and pretzels. It took about 20 minutes to get my meal after my husband received his. Once my meal was brought to me, they had me remove my food from the tray so they could have it back. And the dough in my pretzels was also raw. Very disappointed and would not be recommending this location.

I often run down 33rd street for years and stop in to get a free cup water every time. Yesterday I ran by got a free cup of water as I always do. But today when I was running I stopped in to get a free water and was asked to pay 40 cents. I said since when do I have to pay for water. The manger said they always make people pay. I don’t what it was about today. But I will not be going here any more for food or free water. A neechie gets judged for being brown. Do better DQ train your staff

Used drive way to used to buy ice cream and it’s awesome service and love to go again this place becoz friends staff is awesome make your food more testy

Ordered an ice cream sheet cake for Salvation Army Brass Band summer wind up and they did a fantastic job. Super friendly to deal with too. Will be returning.

I can order the same thing five times in a row and it's always a different price.
I don't know why it's always very slow but they're never very fast at the drive-thru or dine in.
Do not recommend.
Wish something better would move into this spot.
Update.went here the other night to get the kids ice cream, ordered then waited over 10 minutes, finally someone came back and told us they don't have any ice cream?
Kids weren't very happy about the long wait and then no ice cream.
My sentiment stays the same. 1 star.
No apology, no coupons, nothing.

Food was good and service great. Atmosphere is a bit off with a wired location and not the prettiest look. Other than that no complaints and will definitely come again

Restrooms were absolutely atrocious! Ordered and paid for a double patty burger and got a single.

When they make things, they do the Dairy Queen standard which is yummy. However, I have found this location to frequently be out of many toppings/items so I have stopped going here.

Order was made well initially but noticed the order was not complete. 1 buster bar was missing and they did not change the cheese cake chunks for cookie dough chunks as per special request. The deserts were fine but could be more attentive to the order and make sure the orders were correct. More about the staff than the actual establishment.

Ridiculously slow drive thru. Doesn’t take online coupons (most other locations do and they used to). Tendency to mess up my order. Burgers seldom seem fresh.

Have been here twice, first experience was terrible. I had ordered two blizzards and both of them were melted by the time we got to the window (two cars infront of us). Second time was fantastic, ordered one Blizzard and it was the best I've had from DQ (looked like after I paid they made it). Service is always slow (understandable there maybe few staff or whatever the excuse may be). Do not go here if you are in a rush.

I went to DQ 33rd street Saskatoon at 1: 15 am and it is opened till 2: 00. The staff there told me to do online order. When I tried doing it online, it didn't allow me, I called at the store and the man said online orders are closed and it was still 1: 25. He said as they have to do closing and clean machines they aren't taking orders. I told him that website says u r open till 2 so it means you guys close 35 minutes before and he talked so rudely to me and said 'no need to argue'. He insulted me and I was forced to tell him not to give vague replies. Am literally shocked by the answer given and would like to talk to the store manager in person. That was an insult and showed how careless is the staff there.

Stopped today to get some ice cream for my dogs; lunch for me & my friend. CUSTOMER SERVICE REALLY POOR!

A COMPLETE CONTRAST TO DAIRY QUEEN AT BLAIRMORE; were we go there frequently and the customer service IS AMAZING; employees with positive attitude; always willing to go "the extra mile" to help a customer.

We love coming here, they are usually good but tonight was awful. We came here today at 5: 20pm, and we received the most melted ice cream you could imagine. My wife got the new drum stick blizzard (she’s had it before and turned out amazing so she re ordered this again). Well big mistake, her blizzard was so melted that it looked like cream with chunks of random stuff. The lady didn’t turn the blizzard upside down. So my wife asked why since if they don’t I heard the next one is free. It literally says it on the sign that if they don’t turn it upside down it’s free. Then the lady proceeded to laugh and just say it’s runny because of the Carmel. Overall, usually have good experience but today wasn’t the greatest

I've been in the Drive-Thru 21 minutes. Still no blizzard. I sat at the order speaker for 10 minutes before anyone spoke to me.

We live within a few blocks, so it's not uncommon for us to walk and grab some ice cream treats. Both our neighbors bought our son $50 in giftcards here so he could enjoy some ice cream with the family. We have yet to even be able to use the giftcards at this location. This is a huge disappointment because it's walking distance, and the neighbors spent their money here so we could convientely enjoy it here. We are thoroughly disappointed that even after 2 months, we are still unable to use them here. We had to pay cash every time. Please get this fixed, and I will likely adjust my review.

First time going to this location. Long wait time as expected but I don’t mind that what I do mind is that when I got home and opened my burger box the bun was soaking wet I don’t know with what but it was falling apart it was so soggy. It’s inedible not to mention the fries were also very greasy and only half full. Half full part didn’t matter becuz I couldn’t eat any of it. Goodbye $30.

Had to wait 15 to 20 mins waiting for the guy in front of me, they got his order wrong so everyone in the line up had to wait instead of getting him to move over to parking lot everyone pays the price but the food was hot and ice creams were great to make up for the wait

I usually go there in evening, and staff is very polite and friendly. Now whenever I come on drive thru or visit store, they already know my order. I feel happy that this store is improving their customer service. I visit there after my work in evening and they always ask how my day was.it feels good.

One of the most disgusting places to eat. I have hard burger buns so hard and old you could hammer a nail with it. Absolutely disgusting.

If you’re on a meal break for work this is not the drive thru for you. I spent a half hour stuck in line behind three cars. Could have gotten served quicker at a sit in restaurant. I’ve had this experience at this location and the one on 22nd each time I go, so clearly despite the complaints I. The reviews they don’t want to do anything g about it, and I don’t know why I go back. I think this was the last time…

Ordered from Skip tonight and the food was not even edible. The chicken bites were rock hard. Couldn't even bite it. Fries were WAY overcooked. Ordered an onion ring poutine and got just a regular poutine with 2 onion rings placed on top. Tasted very oily and burnt. Won't ever be ordering from that location again. Yuck!

Probably the worst DQ I’ve ever been to. Service is consistently slow despite a lack of patrons waiting in line both inside/ outside the business. Drive-thru worker rushed me through my order and cut me off while I was asking for a lid for my blizzard. After paying for my blizzard, the worker had the audacity to knock loudly on the counter in an effort to get my attention while I was merely looking out my windshield. I understand that it’s a DQ and not a Michelin-Star restaurant but I would rather have no customer service at all than have an employee literally bang their fist on the counter as a way of letting me know my food is ready. Do better.

Drive through with only 2 cars ahead expect to wait 20+ minutes. So incredibly slow I saw 4 cars give up and leave. Multiple days/times it doesn’t matter. Also very inconsistent quality (sundaes or other with barely any toppings and sometimes loaded).

Such a bad experience in this restaurant. Staff is not listening and waited like 20 minutes for an ice cream. And they was just gossiping with each other.

This location lacks basic customer service skills, food is sub par, blizzards have barely any toppings, highly recommend ordering from the McLocklin location. Food is awesome! Blizzards are loaded up!

Every single time I order from this DQ it's horrible! I ordered through skip and my burgers HAD NO BURGERS in them! This last time I was in store and my order came out very quick, too quick, turns out the burger itself was cold and God knows how old (the cheese want even melted) now my partner is curled up on the couch fighting gut pains because of it. I highly reccomend not eating at or from the 33rd location.

Worst hamburger I have ever had in a long time, bun was super dry like 2 day old bun, hamburger was cold cold. Won't be eating again there anytime soon

Worst meal ever. Got shorted a burger. When i went in to order the whole place was filled with smoke and dirty and grimey. Smelled bad like grease thru the place.

Super slow service, waited 10 minutes to be helped and another 20 minutes for two blizzards.wasn’t even busy.as a previous employee from dq, i know it shouldn’t take this long.

That is the second time we went to this location and the service was bad. Both times it took a long time to receive food even though it was during a meal time that should have extra staff. The burgers looked burnt and tasted dry and there were sketchy people hanging around in the parking lot bothering people

Went here tonight for some blizzards. The server at the drive thru window was very unpleasant while ordering. When I pulled up to the window my car slid over due to the ice build up. When handing me my order the employee would not even reach out of the window to hand us our blizzards. I had my arm stretched as far as I could and she very rudely asks “why did you park so far away if you don’t want to stretch”

They get one star for the blizzards but no extra stars because the customer service was horrible. If you hate your job then go work somewhere that you don’t have to deal with the public.

Their strawberry milkshakes are made with cheap pink syrup and no strawberries and you pay 20 cents more than any other DQ in the city. Much different the awesome strawberry milkshake from 22nd in Saskatoon. It was full of strawberries and real juices and a medium for $5. I asked why the difference in price and was responded to with attitude - different owners. Definitely not customer centric and low quality service and product is something I expect at the DQ on 33rd. And just as a last thought - 33rd DQ charges for pickles. CHEAP all the way around.

We asked for dq misty slush and they charged us for the expensive one and when we asked for the regular one they did not refund us so they actually overcharged us for there mistake

Too slow in the drive through. Waiting for 20 - 30 minutes. Whenever I visit 33rd street west.

They know nothing about customer service. I come often as it is by my house. However, I will now be going a bit farther. Almost every time I come here they do something wrong. Once they didn't fill my blizzard all the way and tried to blame me for it melting when all I did was drive around the block. Another time I changed my mind on a flavour and they tried to make me take something I didn't want and refused to make the flavor I wanted. Then they tried to refuse to give me a full refund after treating me like that. All while saying I'm a bullishit customer. Maybe learn how to be in customer service

They are not professional. Just gossiping each other not well mannered. I’ll never want to come here. They are just gossiping by their own, language. So disappointed
