The drive thru is ALWAYS busy, and they never utilize the two parking spots dedicated for waiting for an order in the drive thru to move it along. Never once have I seen it. They would move the line a lot better if they did.

They also get your order wrong quite a lot. And leave things out.

Chicken was dry and last two blizzards were not mixed completely. Blizzard were lacking the usual ingredients for the item ordered. Halfway through they were just iced cream.

Seems to be hit and miss. Some tinea food is good some times maybe not.

Wife and kids got some new summer freeze slush drink that was terrible. Kids would drink it.

Ice cream is fine but expensive. There are better places in town.

Lady at the till seemed very annoyed we wanted to order.

Ice cream hasn't been as cold as usual the passed 6 months, they once told me that the ice cream machine was broken. Six month update: ice cream still warm and too soft, starting to lose a loyal customer.
Bought boxes of treats sometimes the ice cream did not seem fresh like it was on the shelf far too long, felt like no value for money

They got are order wrong 3 times and then they were very loudly complaining about us saying we changed are mind even tho we never did

If you hit up the drive thru, make sure you check your bags before you drive away. Every. Single. Time. We have had things missed. Tonight we didn't catch it until we were home. Absolutely maddening.

Went for a banana split. Waited in line for 15 minutes. Get to the drive thru speaker to be told they have no ice cream. Then there's no passing lane so got stuck for another 12 minutes. 27 minutes spent for nothing. Put up a sign before ppl get stuck in the drive thru line!

I kick myself I gave this 2 stars. The burgers are spongy and fries are under cooked and soggy without gravy. I enjoy the Julius and cones however at times the Julius tastes odd like the machine needs a good rinsing out.

I got a dirt pie blizzard and they didn’t even give me one gummy worm. I was so sad. I hope my story can help you. You deserve a gummy worm.

Still my favorite place to take the girls for treats but, their the only DQ location in town so the drive through can get long at times.

Worst experience I've ever had tonight i ordered 2 blizzards and 2 dipped cones. One blizzard was so watery i had to send it back and the other one didn't have the extra chocolate in i asked for. Then i was given 1 plain cone when i told them i had 2 dipped cones the cashier tried to tell the person making it that i paid for 2 dipped cones she just argued back then when i got them they were so watery i couldn't even eat them i had to put them in the freezer. I will be going to wand wash for I've cream from now on they are better and never watery. If i could give zero stars i would and i will be sharing this experience with everyone i know.

Good food but kinda pathetic that you cant sit in and they got my order wrong like 3 times one person was practically falling asleep but I mean overall good food bad service

Pros- Friendly, accurate and delicious. Good couponing when available.

Cons- Drive thru is soo busy sometimes.backed up down the street!

I just came from the drive through only to discover that I did not receive the gravy I ordered, there were no condiments for the burgers or napkins. This makes twice in a row where the service was lacking and the price was higher. Almost $30 for 2 meals. Just letting you know it will It be the last time at least until the store opens.

Unfortunately only drive through only right now, always seems very busy, but the drive through is slower than any other fast food restaurant

No dine in available, long line up at drive through, one lane only, food is good, ice cream treats are thee best, worth the wait, but difficult to get into a place in lineup without blocking traffic,

I ordered a basket of onion rings about 2 hours ago. They are so disgusting. They need to change their oil is my guess. So gross. No one wants to eat them.

Now that this is the only dq in town they figure it's okay to put 10 fries in a bowl smother it in cheese and gravy and call it a poutine. Before they used to serve poutines well but now they are halftines. Same goes for other food items, prices went up and food was less and less as time passes.

19 minutes to get through the drive thru. When we got to the window, the cashier said "uh, what was your order? " AFTER having us pay for the order. Needless to say, by the time we received our blizzards, we were both too annoyed to eat them.

I found a blonde hair in my food n i have black hair. Ewww it was so gross. Tried calling dairy queen the number they have on site is a damn fax number.

Ask for a receipt! Went through the drive thru here and was really disappointed with the inaccuracy of my order. They don't provide receipts so you can't complain online.

Good food always. But when using the drive-thru im usually greeted with "go ahead" or something similar.and blizzards are always poorly mixed only having ingredients half way down the ice cream cup leaving your blizzard boring after the first half.

Hmm.well messed up my order so I go back through the busy drive thru only to get attitude from the worker as if it was my fault. Then their sticking the faces in the bag, take my fries, gravy and dip out add it to the bag with the right order but leave my gravy out.was not impressed.

Stopped in on July 13 th for onions rings and drinks.
The onion rings were grease ridden and tasted rancid to me, I could not finish them.
I would not even venture a guess as to when the fryers oil was last changed.
The drinks were great.

Holy moly I have never been to a worse fast food restaurant. The only 2 times I have been there, they have not given my full order missing things such as fries or a blizzard to go with a meal. I'm never going there again if I could give this place 0 stars I would. Should consider new staff honestly.

I would like to rate it higher but it’s legitimately faster to drive to Melfort DQ than it is to get in the drive-thru line here.

This is the only DQ in town now, and with covid preventing their dining area to be open, their drive thru is quite congested and is even blocking traffic sometimes. It's often a long wait just to order, but it's fast enough once you get to do so.

The food was made fresh and they served it to our table. For a fast food restaurant I was surprised at the excellent service. And the price was right.
