Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

This is our local/go-to Dairy Queen. The service and food are always great. The cakes are always beautiful (whether we need one for a birthday or special occasion, or just a treat).

10/10 recommend this location.

The Rochdale location used to be a great place to eat. Not anymore. New ownership. The staff are NOT friendly anymore. I used to love coming into the restaurant, but it is all about the money now. Never a smile. So sad. I miss the old Dq of before Covid.

Went through the drive thru and ordered large onion rings ($7.50). I got home and opened the box and it was less than half full! What a rip-off! I contacted Dairy Queen on facebook and showed pictures. They apologized and gave me a link to go to and further my complaint. After taking my time to fill out the feedback form and trying to get some satisfactory outcome from this, I was left with a SUBMIT button that did nothing. That's some pathetic customer service!

This place is becoming very expensive for what you get. Ordered for 4 people using coupons and our bill was still $68. Asked for receipt and wasn’t in the bag. The chicken strips were more like chicken fries for the amount of meat that was on them. The poutine portions are never consistent, burgers cold and $7 for ice cream is crazy.

I was there worst experience ever rude customer service.
And there was bugs all over the table I have pictures to prove it

The service is always good, never have had a bad experience at Dairy Queen. And i love how they've been expanding on the blizzards. At least the last time i went i noticed a few new options which is nice! Would highly recommend going there for some food and or a late night ice cream since they're open til 11pm!

Dissipated ordered a item then got to the window was told be a couple minutes then will be ready. Waited 15 minutes then was told out of product. Please tell a person before hand or check inventory before taking order.

I may have gotten a cake for myself on my birthday that was to me from my cats.

Plus I got $5 off because it was my birthday, so like logic here people!

Food is always good drive through sometimes a little slow but staff friendly. Definitely a place to swing by and get a bite to eat.

I needed a quick meal of the way to the game, have to be there for 2, I got into dq at 1pm and ordered some chicken strips.

1: 25 and still waiting, hardly be able to eat the food while I'm driving in a rush to get there.

Horrible customer service. Proposed we drive all the way back so that they can fix a mistake we had asked about before driving away. The meals were cold. Everything seemed poorly made. They have no organization and no desire to help.

Service was great as usual. But if you are a pumpkin pie lover.then you have to try the pumpkin pie milkshake. It is soooooo

My local DQ! Good people who are always helpful - required when dealing with me! Love their burgers & onion rings as much as the ice cream. And Orange Julius has been a treat since long long long ago when going to the mall food court was a big deal

Ordered a custom ice cream cake for our son. Great job, very good communication, and we were very pleased with the final result!

Had to get a cake last minute for a birthday and the staff was very accommodating to write on it even though they were busy!

We do go to this DQ quite often. Their staff is very friendly but there are a couple of things that are disappointing every time we go. The fries in our poutine have been undercooked multiple times. Also, our ice cream is always made first so it melts while we are waiting for our food. I remember back in the day they would give your ice cream last. I'm not sure who decided to change this but it sucks.

Restaurant that has yummy food and great different types of ice cream! Also it is all for a good price.

Awesome staff! Friendly people working in chill and drive-thru. People in grill make the best burgers! Always a wonderful experience here.

Royally messed up on a cake order for my daughters birthday. Did not deliver on their end of the deal

I saw a lady grab onion rings in a bin dump them in a bigger one and put that old container that was holding the rings in the pile to get used again that to me is not very food safe and disgusting

Clean inside, food is good and quick service is good ice cream is also good. I would recommend this place

Worst DQ I have ever been too.ripped off and food was cold. Wilted lettuce, burger not cooked. Don't waste your money.

Typical fast food burgers and fries. It is more on the expensive side but as far as fast food goes, it is of much higher quality than your cheaper options.

Is there anything better than a blizzard or smoothie on a hot day? Good idea allowing the smoothie company in with DQ.

I don't hate this place but I am tired of the staff getting my meal screwed up. I ordered a hamburger, poutine instead of fries and a large drink which cost me over $20. I asked her why so much and she read me my bill which I couldn't understand her. I got home opened the bag and found a small fries in the bottom of the bag. I was charged for that. Please bring in people that can speak and understand English.

I love the assortment of ice cream and desserts they have but was very disappointed in the hamburger sizes. They were child like. Compared to other burger places. The portion of fries were also very small. I think it was like 15 fries that day. Shameful

Not happy with service. Got our order wrong. Told them and they changed it, but the drink lid was not closed. And it ran pop all over our truck. Then when we looked in to our food, their was food missing. Will never go here again.

Great food and service. Orders are always prompt and correct. Friendly staff is always polite and courteous! It is a favourite place for our family to visit for diner and an ice cream treat. Drive thru can be a little on the slow side but the food is always fresh so I don't mind waiting! The birthday cakes have always been prepared well and to the specifications that we have provided. A great place to eat!
