Food is okay but the drinks are terrible each time. Either the drink machine isn’t working, ice isn’t up, or the pops themselves are mixed badly and taste gross

Closed at 7: 30pm on a Sunday.false hours posted i guess, 2nd time ive tried this location and they have been closed well before there posted times.

They way over charged me with my coupon for a blizzard I tried calling and no answer kept calling and still nothing.they rip ppl all the time! Thus needs to stop

Had a very pleasurable experience hear recently. Chicken strip basket was freshly cooked and our ice cream was perfect!

A little too noisy for me. I was brought up that children were seen and not heard. We kept the volume down also. It's a restaurant, not a playground.

Ordered my son a kids meal. Chicken strips were nice and soft this time. And the crispy chicken salad is delicious!

The blizzards very very flavourful, more than other Dairy Queens, and the sundae was yummy. Staff were very friendly. This is one of the DQ locations that we come to more often!

Got part of my order wrong and charged me too much. Normally I check an order out before leaving with take out but didn't have the time. Otherwise, good DQ food as always.

I ordered a personalized cake via their website, and it turned out PERFECT. I ordered a Christmas-themed exterior and included very little direction:

“This is for a Christmas in July party, so if a Santa in sunglasses or beachwear could be added - that would be awesome! (Or anything else you can think of that fits that kind of theme!) Please also write “Happy Birthday Pam! ” on it. Thank you! ”

Fast and friendly service even though they were super busy! I ordered a hot fudge milkshake which was made correct and delicious. Even though the restaurant was full of customers it was very clean. Thank you!

Extremely disappointing and badest location in whole city I used to be regular customer to them but I got disappointed twice.now no chance of being back to this location.

If I could I would give zero stars!
The manager refused to admit they had gotten my order wrong. I would not have waited to eat my food and go talk to them if my order were correct, but he still insisted that he had watched it being prepared and that it was done correctly.
UNBELIEVABLE! Even reading other reviews, the owner does not take responsibility for mistakes made by their restaurant.

What can you say about a fast food chain? It tastes exactly like every other DQ you’ve ever been to.

The food is good and the service was too. They use Pepsi products and that doesn't impress me much. Everything else is good.

To meany tables closed. Makes the place feel completely uninviting. Over charged me did not honer a coupon, charged regular price. May go back if it's a meet up with others. Otherwise I'll just go to a restaurant that actually has their tables open.

Went here since I can remember (because I live so nearby to it) and always amazing service. It's service quality went down but my childhood memories still fills that store that I can't give it any lower score. I do think they should add new things to the menu since it's getting boring what to eat there.

It's Dairy Queen. So if you like Dairy Queen burgers and ice cream treats it's great. I have always had good fast service at the drive through and also courteous service. So absolutely no complaints.

The hot food is good. Freshly made. But I hate when I get a blizzard and it's not mixed fully. You get a 1/4 of the way done and suddenly there is no more toppings. I find the only way to get enough toppings is to have to order "extra pieces". But I don't think it's right that you have to spend almost a dollar extra just to get enough flavor. Oh well what can you do.

Usually go 2x per month. Never had a problem UNTIL i got a raw burger on wednesday. So. Gross. Emailed the chain (the fan relations team,) who then said they've forwarded my concerns to the independent franchise. I still havent heard a response from that location so. I guarantee I wont be going there again.

Ordered 2 drinks, didn’t have the ice for either (didn’t tell me until after I paid), employee couldn’t speak English so couldn’t explain this to me properly, still didn’t get what I wanted. Been coming here for years and won’t be back.

Love DQ but every time I go to this one they mess it up. I ask for plain burgers, both are loaded. I order turtle blizzard with extra cheesecake and half the time there are 3 price of cheesecake and the other half they are none. None of the people I have order from seem to understand English, I have to order five times and it is still messed up. If you can I would suggest going to a different DQ, I prefer the one closer to downtown

Enjoyed the 6 pc. Chicken strip basket and it tastes the same here as it did in other DQ's I bought it in other cities. Good, hot and freshly made French Fries, clean store.

We had a good meal that was hot and fresh. We had a child's order and we wanted to make a change after already placing our order. The young man who was a manager was quick to help us with our changes, we were pleased with the service.

The service was friendly, the food was hot, and they served me at my table. They also offered me coupons!

I only eat here because they say it's not fast food its fan food I guess I've been sticking the wrong thing in fans.

Never had a wrong order or slow service. Quality food every time I visit. Only drawback is the removal of the chili-cheese fries from the menu.

Nice cool place to be on a hot day the employees treat customers so good always happy everything that I have had it's just wonderful I have no complaints

A lady working at this dq was extremely rude, harassing both the employees and customers. After canoeing around wascana, I didn't have a shirt on and was just getting an ice cream to cool down and she kicked my girlfriend and I out. In addition to that, infront of customers and employees told another employee to use frebreeze after he "did that thing". Also despite my cooperation and understanding that it is a family establishment, she got in my face being very rude.
