Got to a different store, or a different restaurant entirely.

New guy was getting yelled at in a foreign language by the "supervisor" who was more concerned with mopping the floor than serving customers. She even made customers move who were waiting to order in front of a person less register to keep mopping.

Clear the new guy needed help, and the wait time was brutal because of it. Food was cold. Kitchens and restaurants are meant to be a team.

Won't ever go back here, and makes me rethink DQ as my quick burger stop.

Very bad they gave me a wrong order. I want a double mushroom cheeseburger they give me one with lettuce i even teach them how to do it properly so bad experience here not recommended and their kitchen is so disgusting….

Terrible experience, would NEVER recommend. We arrived 3 minutes prior to closing and were not served. The lady said it was 8 o clock when it was 7: 57. It takes 2 minutes to make a blizzard. Will never be returning to this location.

The staff was very nice, always smile and helpful but during rush hour, the restaurant let the customer wait a long time. Hope that the owner consider to hiring more staff.

Nice people friendly staff, look it bought out from people that use to owe it, but that's kool as long as they are nice and happy people I will come it treated good good atmosphere that day anyways!

The gentleman that served me was very respectful. The female cashier who took the order is a different story. Could use a talking to on how to speak to customers and be a little friendlier because she seemed like she did not like people. Food is good and sitting area is very clean so still giving 5 stars minus the unfriendly cashier.

Food was good, service was good, but it seems you can’t get DQ Points here, or redeem them, since they don’t have a scanner and can’t enter the code. Doesn’t make sense, but they got a sticker on the window advertising it.

I went to the northgate mall location to order a small chocolate soft serve sunday and a burger. They gave me a vanilla sunday with chcoclate syrup so i asked them you dont have chocolate icecream and they said no but clearly across the counter is the vanilla and chocolate soft serve dispensers. Their excuse was they only have the chocolate for cakes which is just irresponsible telling customers they dont have any and not explaining why the can't serve it which also makes no sence considering dairy queen sells icecream of all kinds. I ordered the triple original cheese burger that came so saturated in ketchup that the bun could barely hold the meat and dripped all over the place and the one who made it still asked if i needed ketchup. In the future dairy queen will not be a choice i make for myself or recommend to a friend.

Disgusting seats, food took 30 min and I'm the only customer. Wrap was OK but the mushroom burger was pathetic.

Good service but the shakes are not blended very well I bite a large chunk of ice avoid this location.

Got the poutine and it was awful- the fries were undercooked, the cheese was rubbery and when tried to talk to the supervisor she was argumentative - saying it was the gravy - no not even the gravy could hide how undercooked the fries were

I ordered 4 chicken strips only. The counter attendant with a turban gave me #21. While we wait for the order. All of the staffs are not doing anything and just keep on chit chatting. It tooks 45mins for me to get the 4 pieces chicken strips. So I go to the counter to complain and ask for how long should I wait to get the 4 chicken strips then it happened that they forgot! Some staffs here in this branch are lazy.
