Was there for the NYE party for the decades! Best 2024 new year ever! Awesome music, with live band and singers with energy ready to parrrrty. All the greatest hits of the 70,80,90es. Cute party hats and crowns with a photo booth available for all ya old fashioned ladies and lads that love printed photos. Some food and alcohol served. And a new year count down with confetti. 10/10 would recommend to spend all night dancing!

The casino was beautiful, and the staff was friendly. I must say as it was my first time White Cap. What a beautiful, well run community. My hat is off to the people of a White Cap. This is how it should be! Cheers

It is a casino.exactly what you expect.
Went to the restaurant for lunch and was very disappointed. You ordered off the menu, and there wasn't a great variety to chose from. Beef burger, chicken fingers (very small meat pieces), bagel bites, salads.
There wasn't any bison meat, or bannock or some such thing.
Definitely would order the cheesecake dessert, it was extremely delicious.

Room was very nice. Shower only, no bathtub. Lots of space. A small couch would have been nice. Supper was delicious. We had a reservation so not sure why we were seated in the lounge. The staff were friendly and courteous. Golfed the next day. Great way to spend an anniversary!

Love the golf course! Can't wait to play it again! The casino was awesome! Won a little bit of cash that paid for our round!

Poor customer service, employees are disrespectful to patrons and take advantage of elderly. Will not go back

First off the staff of this Casino is fantastic! The management of this Casino however is another thing entirely. I'm a gambler and have frequented this Casino many times over the years and have unfortunately witnessed its steady decline for regulars. My biggest pet peeve is the so-called "high limit" room. I almost exclusively play blackjack and dabble with roulette for fun. Unlike other casinos who use counter measures when card counters are playing then remove when no longer playing, this casino keeps their measures in place to increase the house edge over the regular players. If you are a blackjack enthusiast and not counting cards your entertainment dollars are better spent in Alberta. I enjoy the staff so much I wish I could transport them to my favorite casino in Calgary. Sadly it's no longer worth it for me to seek my gambling entertainment 20min from the city, it's better for my budget and overall entertainment to spend it 6hrs away in another province. They say excitement lives here but honestly they've taken so much of the fun outta this casino and replaced it with electronic gaming that I'm only interested in gambling anywhere else. All my best to the dealers and staff!

Ate in Moose Woods and it was fantastic. There were 4 of us and everybody loved their meal. Service was excellent. Definitely worth a visit.

I had a steak Sandwich. It was between 5 and 530 pm on the 10th of June 2023. I wanted my steak done medium. It was disgusting. Well cooked, so thin about 1/8 th of an inch. Tuff and dry. She didn't even ask how our meal was. The cook needs some training. We always had good meals there. Just confused.

Terrible experience with security shadowing and complaing about vaping in the smoking section, but only to my wife. Ignoring me and my friend whom both hand them in hand. Won't be back anytime soon online sites can have my $

Nice people nice restaurant. But they have forgotten to look after us gamblers who spend hundreds of dollars there… can’t even get a free coffee or pop and no food deals at all…… 10% off with players card is no big deal….

Could use some positive changes. Need to have cleaners entire day/night. Need waitresses to serve beverages to customers playing. Players card is not worth using.

Always neat and clean. Enjoy being there. I'm not a high roller but I sure wish I could win something more often.

Good place to eat and play great employees and very helpful and the front security where very helpful in helping me with finding my cell phone when I didn't notice I had left it on table after I watched hockey game and finished eating, thank the men and other employees with the help they were great.

Staff provided excellent service. Blackjack dealers were friendly and accomodating. Great experience overall.

Alot of new upgrades since we have been there last the only thing we did think was great was the restaurant service was not at there bast very slow could be better thanks again

Worst steak sandwich and garlic banok toast, no garlic butter on the toast no seasoning on the steak & no salt on the fries. Never again will i loose money or eat plain jane for diner 10 years old could out chef.
