Days Inn by Wyndham Moose Jaw

Hotel was dirty and everything was old. The staff in front desk were very rude. Better off to spend 30 bucks more a night at a different hotel.

A room microwave would have been handy. Has a fridge. A lot of noise from the hallways. Hot tub might been more for lobsters lol but over all we had a good 2 day stay. The lady running the continental breakfast was super great.

Hotel appears to be on the older side and the lighting is dim bit still clean and the staff are friendly

I'm a member of the Wyndham group and although there are other choices and such in moose jaw because I'm a member of the Wyndham group I chose this place and yeah it was fine.

For a Days Inn, place needs an upgrade. Clearly getting run down. Otherwise good, quiet stay, hot tub was actually Hot.

What a delight. The sights and smells.so many smells. Enjoy a game of, count the hallway stains, bask in a tub of mold, or play a fun game of when was the last cleaning and renovation. Once the kiddies are tucked in to bed, have a drink and play a more Adult game of, is that blood on my ceiling? Fun for the whole family.

The people and services were very nice, my children enjoyed the swim pool. The breakfast included was great!

Not very happy, the 2 days they never cleaned my room. I had to ask for someone to come clean it, when they cleaned it was never cleaned properly. They didnt even compenstate for the 2 days when they never cleaned my room. Breakfast was gross. I will never stay here again

I had read reviews about the hotel was dirty. It was the complete opposite.
Very clean and a great friendly staff

The rooms here are clean and the pool and hot tub are great. One of the better breakfasts we’ve had, wifi was good.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Pet friendly.
We would stay here again.

Toilet water leaking Hair everywhere. The carpet is pretty dirty. But the pool and hot tub are pretty good

Had some issues with cleanliness initially, but the staff helped us resolve them quickly once asked.

The only thing going for this hotel is the pool and waterslide. Thats it. Avoid this dirty, gross, nasty hotel that needs more than a deep clean. It needs a mega upgrade.

Rooms were clean and the staff wre very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was not a very good one. Sub par continental and then the rubber fried eggs and the very salty bacon was very disappointing. IF you could get any. Likewise the pancake machine was always empty so you could not get those either. Stay was fine but you will need to go elsewhere for a decent breakfast

My daughter cried when she saw our room and begged us to let her sleep in the car. The carpets and upholstery are absolutely disgusting. The hideabed is lumpy and uneven. The bathrooms were not cleaned well. Not sure if we lucked out with the worst room or the whole place is gross. Glad we're only here for one night. Update: kids enjoyed the pool, the staff were nice but sparse, breakfast was enjoyable.

I read the reviews posted and thought I would weigh in. Staff is very friendly. The room was clean. Free Breakfast. It is an older hotel so it looks tired. Just wear and tear. If you need a place to stay there is nothing wrong with it. See photos.

The first room we had didn’t have a microwave, which we didn’t realize until after we unpacked. We have a 4 month old who needs his bottles warmed and the only microwave I could use was in a locked closet in the breakfast room on the main floor, so it would involve running up and down stairs or waiting for elevators all night and getting the desk person to unlock the closet while the baby screamed. Fortunately the desk clerk, Riley, was super helpful and switched us to a room with a microwave. What I don’t understand however, is why the hotel thinks some guests are worthy of a microwave while others are not. The hot breakfast was ok, but not as good as the Days Inn in Swift Current, everything here was likely prepackaged and microwaved since there was no kitchen. Also there was no gluten free bread available despite a labeled place for them in the breakfast room, and every single strawberry jam at my table and a couple from another table that I tried were so old I could barely cut through the jam with my plastic knife, never mind spread it on my toast. Swimming pool was good, decent slide that kids can enjoy if you have them. The wifi worked great for us in both rooms that we were in (different floors) and our night passed quietly with no disturbance heard from other guests or from outside. Overall not a bad place if you’re traveling with kids. Just make sure you ask for a room with a microwave if you need it!

Staff were nice. TV didn't work and no one could help. So we tried watching a movie on our laptop but wifi didn't work either. Had to teather to a cell phone. Just a pain. 6 teenage boys were swearing in the pool and going backwards up the water slide which drove out all the families plus there was mud and blood on the floor by the pool. 2 guys smoking weed out front blew into the entrance area. OK to go party with adults but not young family orientated.

Location was just off the highway. Service was good. Rooms are showing their age. Beds and sofa beds are getting lumpy and should be replaced. The rooms need some retro fitting as wear and tear is already showing. Bathroom remodeling should be 1st up!

Used towels, dirty room, poor customer service, no internet.
We showed up exhausted and asked for a room. Their internet didn’t work so they couldn’t fully book us in but told us guest internet is working. However since they couldn’t check us in, we couldn’t log onto the internet.

We walk into the room, there is a crumbled hand towel on the shower curtain. So we went through the towels to make sure they were clean. There was a used face towel that was folded on the rack.

With all of this, we didn’t get one apology for the any of the issues from their staff.

I would not recommend this hotel ever. I didn’t meet one friendly staff member in this hotel. The two women at the front desk with zero patience for kids. Especially the one with short dark hair and glasses. I was scared to have her around my children. I give this hotel 0 stars. Sports teams avoid this hotel at all cost, you will have constant complaints from the front desk.

Don’t be fooled by the low price of rooms. In this case you do get what you pay for. Hotel is old and tired. Room was unclean with black mold in the tub/shower, stained carpet and gross stains on duvet. Far better options in Moose Jaw.
