There service is really bad. I stayed there for 2 nights on October 19,2023. Still have not recieved my damage deposit yet. Was told i will get it back within 5 to 7 business days. Tried calling them multiple times. No answer. This hotel is a scam

Service was very pleasant and helpful when needed. We stay at this Days Inn a lot and never have any issues

1. Dirty room, looked like they do the bare minimum when cleaning the room, it was just gross. I pretty much had to disinfect some areas that are commonly used because you can tell it was not cleaned/wiped. Also because I have kids that touches everything.
2. Bathtub faucet wasn’t working, no water. I tried everything to turn it on. Front lady said you have to push and then turn, but does a faucet have to be complicated? Lol I tried whatever way and still couldn’t turn it on.
3. Don’t call front desk, when I tried to call many times to request and let them know about the faucet, no answer.
4. Breakfast was decent, front staff was ok.

Won’t be back, but if you don’t mind this stuff then it might be an okay hotel for you.

My room was cleaned twice in two weeks, and not for lack of asking. The internet is often off, when it is on you’re lucky to send an email. I am currently on my 8th key card in 3 days. One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in.

The rooms were clean, the breakfast was a nice selection and hot, the staff were friendly and accommodating for our soccer team when we were there for a tournament. The hotel was within 10-12 minutes of every field we needed to go to. Would definitely stay there again!

First class, I am from out of town and was going to the rider game at 5pm, I called that day and they said the earliest we could check in would be 3pm, however when I went over there just after 2pm, they lets me check in, first class, great staff, amazing breakfast, great location, very clean room, will highly recommend staying here and will stay here again!

The room I was originally placed in had a running toilet and the light bulbs were burnt out so we asked to switch. They switched us to the room across the old one and the light bulbs were still burnt out. The wiring for the rooms are awful, I think they got low on funds and went with the cheapest root. The hotel is okay but they totally did not want to spend money on the hotel.

I wanted to book into this hotel but was reading the reviews and hearing about the cleanliness and was concerned so phoned them to enquire, they have chosen not to clean the rooms everyday - perhaps that means even between different customers? This is not normal cleaning practices for other hotels. They said it was to protect their employees from covid, I advised that covid restrictions have been lifted for sometime in this area and that cleanliness is a requirement to prevent any type of illness.
This can't be right.saves money for the business but not healthy for the customers.

The Price was good, staff was friendly but I didn't like that the shower curtain of the room was dirty and the bathroom smell bothered me. The bed liners were stained on one of the beds and not much breakfast was available because the ovens were broken, that's what the cook said.

Incredible! From the moment you walk in, staff are friendly and helpful.traveled with kids and this was the perfect hotel. Rooms were clean. Location to amenities and highway cannot be beat. Pool was awesome and helped wind down from the day.breakfast was above average for hotels in this class. Great value. I would go out of my way to stay at this hotel again.

Great location, rooms are alright. Nothing special, nothing bad. My whole family found the rooms very dry.

Pool area is great for kids.

Service was amazing. I can't remember his name (Adir or Adil or something, sorry) was fantastic and I witnessed him panic calling a guest who just left to tell him he forgot his luggage last night (sept 24)

This morning (September 25) the lady at the front desk was very cheerful and gave us quick directions on check out.

Plus they offer the donation for stuffed elephant for Ronald McDonald House. It was a life saver as we forgot the daughters foxy.

Worst experience with these guys here. I booked a room in hotel for a week and on the day of check in they said you don’t have your name on the credit card. I use the corporation card provided by my company. So it’s with a different name. I’m using this card from 2 years now. Like I didn’t expect like this. I usually book this hotel when I’m around here bt this happens first time and hopefully last time bc I’m not going to book this hotel again. Thanks.

The place was so dusty and so filtty it is not even funny. I was sneezing all night and I suspected the AC. So we asked for a blanket and we received two and there were hair in them. Like when we wash our stuff hone and we see our daughters hair. REALLY I WILL NEVER GO BACK
AND WE BOTH HAD A VERY BAD NIGHT

Beds were comfy, kiddie pool was great for our kids. Rooms and building showing its age. Bathroom sink barely drained. Found the last guests dirty sock and lip chap. Not sure how the cleaning staff missed that.

Check-in was fast and efficient, no-hassle. Staff behind the counter were quite friendly and polite. Room was spacious and clean. Really liked the fact that they provide you with 'rags' in the room for messy clean-ups so that the actual room linen isn't used. Quite ingenious. I might add, there is a slight up-charge but this hotel DOES allow pets. There are restrictions however, I feel they are common sense. I would stay here again (and I have).

Stayed here many times over the years. On the positive, clean comfortable beds, nice decor.
However. Room is not well stocked. Not enough towels, cups etc.
We requested towels to shower and were told they were in the dryer. Went back while one of us showered about 2 hours later and told the towels were in the dryer. Still? Advised we had waited 2 hours and someone was in the shower now so needed one. Was given 2 bath mats to use. Also, bathtub wouldn't drain and shower water control knob was broken.

Hotel rooms where nice, pet friendly, just plain old hotel breakfast.
Very busy pool way to many kids running around and screaming. Need to add time where adult can use pool or hot tub without the zoo.
Forgotten item called right away about forgetting it. They say they would look into for me never heard anything back for the hotel went back a few day later they have know idea what we where talking about.

The hotel was very damp and felt dirty. The parking lot in the front of the building was small and congested. When we checked into our room the first thing I usually do is check under the mattress and I was surprised to find a used mask and a dental floss pick. The drain in the sink was plugged, and it was impossible to control the water temp in the shower and sink. The a/c in the room kept turning off throughout the night making it very sticky and damp in the room. In the morning before we left we had the continental breakfast but the pancake machine was broken so there wasn't much to eat. We then tried to fill our water bottles with the fresh lemon water they supplied……. The lemons were definitely not fresh. We had to pour them out. Was not a good stay.

An older hotel that is showing its age in spots but the rooms are big and comfy. The pool area is great, with plenty of space, great hot tub and a water slide.
I enjoyed a walk on the treadmill in the gym, which is okay for a hotel gym. I haven't slept or eaten here yet but will comment on that later.
Location is good and bad. It is close to shopping, restaurants and Costco but it's right on Highway 1 and my room is near the end closest to the road so we'll see how the night goes.

Great hotel. Very busy hotel the night we stayed there. Great room, big and clean. Beds were amazing. Pool area is fantastic. You get some sweet speed down the slide. Hot tubs are great, nice and warm. My kid loved the splash pool. Breakfast was good.

First off, every staff member we dealt with was very pleasant, especially Jessica. Unfortunately that's the extent of goodness I have to report. The room was good size but dirty. The bathroom was the worst. I actually went to Walmart across the street and bought disinfectant to clean the bathroom before using it. I wiped down anything commonly touched, doorhandles, switches, remote etc. The phone was full of stuck on food. Definitely not recommended on the cleanliness aspect alone.
It was also VERY noisy and dirty in the hallways. Kids running around yelling and leaving garbage and food everywhere. I feel bad for the cleaning crew as I'm thinking they just can't keep up! This may be why the rooms are in such a state of disrepair. Give them time to be more thorough!
Considering the fact we are still dealing with a very communicable virus, you'd think this type of establishment would hold their guests safety in a lot higher regard.

Terrible. Worst stay ever.
Room had garbage when we checked in, we asked for a room clean every day of our three night stay, they never cleaned the room during our stay. Hallways had garbage from rooms just sitting there all day. I called front desk, spoke with cheyanne, asking to get towels at least, because our room never got cleaned during the day, she was extremely unhelpful and always said she was busy at the desk, we can see her just on her phone! We asked to have the manager call us to resolve such poor service, never got a call We won’t go back.

Master bedroom suites lack extra blankets for the pull out couch, the couch itself when pulled out and get a glimpse of the carpet underneath it the cleaning doesn't go into too much detail.
Shower heads have settings but mine in particular made an intense squealing sound the whole time. Underneath the counter in the bathroom I had found junk from whoever was there before as well. Like bits of garbage that missed the bin. I recommend best Western plus across the street as it may be a little bit pricier but you get a lot more compared to here.

Very nice. Clean Rooms. Slightly outdated showers. Very nice pool Area. First one we've seen with the recycled tires on top surrounding the pool. Alot safer for everyone. We slept great to.

We enjoyed our stay here and will stay again! They have a heated pool with a water slide and hot tub which was amazing! Rooms were really clean and quiet. Breakfast could have been a bit better, not not bad for being included. They also gave us a late check out with no extra cost. Good place to stay.

Very nice room. Love the huge counter top and the beds were very comfy. I liked the pool set up. Slide with the main pool, kiddy pool, and two hot tubs. Usually the hot tubs get full so it's nice to have more than one. The free water bottles to go at the end of our stay was a nice gesture!

It was nice to stay in a pet friendly place that allowed us to have our 70lb dog. Beds were comfy, breakfast was sufficient. Pool area was great! Would rate this 5 stars, except when we called to say we would be in close to midnight, we were put on hold for 15 minutes and eventually hung up. Called again, and they wanted to put us on hold again. We would stay here again.:)

Friendly staff, but my biggest complaint was the cleanliness of the room. There was dried urine down the side of our toilet, the tub wasnt the cleanest and the floors were filthy. I had spilled some water on the carpet and placed a towel over it to soak it up while I was gone for the day. I didnt scrub it in or dab it, just placed it on the wet spot and left.

When I came back I was SHOCKED to see how filthy the towel was when I picked it up- after it had just been sitting on the carpet for a few hours.

Shower curtain was dirty and had to pay $20 more because we didnt book online. We used to stay here all the time. Never will again!

Mostly friendly staff, particularly the ladies working in the breakfast area, laundry and the front desk clerk. All went out of their way to greet us and be pleasant. The breakfast lady and front desk clerk also did extra effort to meet our needs.
Clean rooms, convenient location. Common areas of the hotel starting to look worn, however improved from our last visit. The hotel has two jet tubs, one of which had jets that did not work. Breakfast offering not as nice as in previous years - not as many choices (no fresh fruit, less hot items/lower quality). On a positive note they did offer gluten free options which I require. Was able to have an acceptable breakfast.

Stayed here with our hockey team. Staff was miserable. Was unbearably hot in the dark drab pool area and they refused to let you open a door to let some air in. No beverages in pool area. Night Security was rude /ignorant, unreasonable. Coffee was horrible, breakfast meh! Room not cleaned the first night. Shower in room sucked, no pressure and like a curved tub bottom made it very uncomfortable. I get that it's a Days Inn, but put some effort in. Won't be going back here anytime soon.

Amazing staff and probably the best water park my kids and I have been to in ages. Probably will become our families choice in hotel going forward.

Some of the cleaning staff was extremely rude, the AC was broken and was making awful noises the entire stay, breakfast wasnt that good except for the pancakes, elevator buttons are broken, overall not a great place to stay

We have a great time staying here. My kids loved the pools&slide. Two queen bed rooms are spacious. Service is awesome.front desk friendly and helpful.

Upon opening our room door an overhwmeling smell of an old musty smell hit us. That's fine we cracked the window. I got my kids settled in their beds and climbed in and the POTENT smell of what had to of been something that spilled in the mattress, fumed up. It was so so bad. I asked the front desk to get someone when they have a minute to change the under lay maybe it got missed from the last people, never was done so I ended up sleeping on-top of the blankets. Everything else was relatively clean and neat but lots of stuff was chipped, old, cracked. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool was great they have a kiddy pool which really came in handy.

Had a quick over night stay on our way to Alberta. Rooms were clean and had fridge and microwave. Breakfast was good and had GF options as well.

It would give it three stars but the continental breakfast was really good so up to 4. The toilet was leaking in the bathroom, but other than that it is what you would expect from a 2 star hotel. Not great but not bad either.

This is now my new favourite Hotel to stay in Regina. Staff were personable and professional, Hotel was clean and my room was impeccable. I never had a chance to visit the pool but it did look enticing with the big water slides. Complimentary breakfast always helps.

We love the days in rooms are always are clean the staff is friendly great continental breakfast, we would recommend it as a ace to stay.

I went to see my sister and mom who were staying there. They found a sock which didn't belong to either of them which leads me to question the level of cleaning done between quests.

Well i went there dropping off my delivery order from skipthedishes, and the attention was pretty good 2 different elevators in that place.all wonderful thanks.

Had awesome little holiday spending nights here with family. Kids loved the pools and water slide! Was extremely busy new-years eve and next morning but quoted down the next night. Prestige good hot breakfast too!
