No heat not plugged in no fridge not plugged in. Fridge still didn't work. Very bad perfume smell don't stay here if you have allergies! Was quoted 116 taxes in was charged 160! Would not stay here again

Seriously, no coffee table in the suite! They have a couch, but absolutely no side table, no coffee table in front of couch, so no where to set a drink or food on. Ridiculous, won’t stay there again. Pretty shabby overall as well. Staff were nice, compliments to them!

This is the place where our private swimming lessons are. The pool is ok and also hot tub. Main entrance is good and inviting.

This hotel was dirty. There was a handprint smeared on our TV and the main area mirror. We found a baby toy that did not belong to us beside one of the beds. In the washroom there was a bin with old rags that had been cut up which were to be used for cleaning up spills/messes. Even if this was an effort to be more eco-friendly I would highly reevaluate this decision as it does not seem sanitary, especially when there were no other towels placed beside the sink. My first impression before reading the small sign on the bin was that these dirty looking rags were what we were expected to dry our hands with. The pool area is in major need of renovations. The pool and hot tub were also dirty with visible pieces of dirt floating in the bottom. I would not recommend staying here.

Amazing room had all the amenities & very clean. The bed was so comfy, loved it! It was very easy to get to, close to the airport, which was perfect.

We stayed here for a volleyball function, our team was assigned this hotel. The entrance way when we arrived had some garbage on the floor. When we got to our room, our night stand was pulled out to the middle of the queen beds and it was dirty and dusty behind it. Not sure why it was pulled out - it was not because it was being cleaned. I tried to turn up the fridge and the fridge had a layer of dust as did the microwave and behind the long desk that was there was dirt, a used face mask and a lot of dust. In the bathroom, the fan was on when we arrived and there was hair in the corners of the bathroom and when you shower, the mirror gets steamed over and presents a vendetta symbol which does disappear when the mirror dries.
The restaurant's chairs look great from a distance however are all peeling and cracked when you actually look at them. The overall building needs some tlc and walls are paper thin. Can hear everything. The bed was comfortable though.
I see rooms are being offered at $99 Our rate was over priced at $140 a night. Too much for the value and lack of cleanliness.

We were there over the May long weekend so Thursday to Sunday for the volleyball function. We were in room 211.

Clean rooms. The pool and waterslide was decent. Hot tub was a little dirty and not very hot. Breakfast was the typical hotel breakfast.

** Update**
I stayed here recently and was beyond disappointed. If you are looking for rest and/or relaxation, this is far from the place. I will never spend another dime here. It's unfortunate because it is so close to the airport, but i would sooner drive from the other side of the city. The noise transfer was awful, and upon complaining to the front desk, no remedy was ever sorted out. The noise from the elevator was also hideous. Just overall so disappointing. The icing on the cake is when i went to check out, not realizing the front doors would lock behind me. I still had my room keys but neither would open the damn door. And not a soul in sight at the desk. I attempted to call the hotel and nobody answered. Glad i left nothing in my room.

I stayed here awhile back and the rooms were pretty clean. Overall a good stay, although they didn't really have breakfast due to COVID. Instead they provided you a little to go bag with snacks.

Hotel was OK for the price. Overall everything was pretty dirty inside and out.
Looks like somebody kicked in the bathroom door at some point. The toilet wasn’t working either.

Stayed here for one night on our way through, got in late and it was in a great location not to far off the highway. However upon checking in we were moved between 3 rooms due to the cleanliness of the rooms. The first room we were given the white bed sheets were covered in dirty dog looking prints and the floor was covered in dog food and had other piece of food crushed into it. The second room we were given wasn’t much better as the sheets had human snot on them and the bathroom wall was splattered with bloody snot. The third room, one of the two bed was covered in popcorn kernels. Had it not been 2 am by this point we would have left and gone somewhere else, I will say the staff was accommodating and did their best to ensure us a clean room to stay in for the night, providing us with clean sheets to remake the popcorn covered beds with. The front desk staff is the only reason for the 1 star.

Rooms are starting to show their age. But are nice and location to airport is great and the free airport shuttle is a. Great addition. I would stay here again.

The service and willing to go out of there way to help makes you feel like every one of the employees are part owners.

Staff and room were very satisfactory. Youngsters from sports teams totally overtook the hotel and breakfast buffet though with what seemed like no one keeping them in control

Great place to hop off from if you are going to the airport. Great shuttle service.
