Very lovely hotel. TVs in room are horribly placed and something seems off with the feed. Not a big deal, just know to expect that. A coop and whole shopping center next door which is nice. And a short walk to Ma's Sushi, that is the true greatness of the hotel. Be sure to check out that restaurant.

Room and hotel were very clean, staff was friendly and the location was great.right across from the rink and close to lots of dining options.

Excellent access to Sasktel center concert (less than 15min), clean & comfortable rooms with mini fridge, coffee maker, TV, wifi, work station, hair dryer, iron, ample free parking. The pillows weren't great. Very good continental breakfast. Fun waterslide and hottub but the main pool is cold & badly needs cleaning. (The pool wasn't the attraction for staying here otherwise I would have rated lower)

Nice stop enroute across Canada just on the edge of Saskatoon. Has a pool, slide, and hot tub. Breakfast was good. Great waffles. Rooms were clean.

All of the staff were pleasant and friendly at any time of the day or night. The hotel is conveniently located very close to Shoppers Drug Mart and many other stores, restaurants and gas stations. We will definitely stay here again.

Great hotel and great stay. We had a family funeral to attend so they gave us the discounted funeral rate which was very nice.
The breakfast is a really nice perk as well as the hottub. The pool and slide were very kid friendly! Nice clean hotel with friendly service.

Rooms are small, but modern and clean. Staff is super friendly, and the hotel is in a nice quiet area. My only complaint it that the bed was a bit soft for my back.

Very friendly approachable staff, clean rooms, clean pool, Dove bathroom products and great location. Walking distance to many restaurants and fun shops.

We have stayed on this hotel last year that's why our group is coming back to stay there again for a tournament this Feb. I called to book a reservation under our group name back in December and Princess (the lady) that i spoke over the phone was very rude. She asked for the group name and code. So i gave it to her on what i understand what she was asking. Her tone was so loud that i could feel she's irritated that i gave the wrong info. Fast forward to today, i called back again to confirm if i have a reservation cause i couldn't find the confirmation email. I spoke to the same lady, and still her tone wasn't pleasant. She asked me what is the group name so i gave her the group name plus the code. She got irritated, and asked if im a Filipina and i said yes. She told me in our language "im not asking for a group name i am asking under what reservation name". She makes me feel i don't understand english that she has to speak to me in Tagalog while she clearly asked me what is the Group name. And she started explaining " we would not find your reservation if your not giving your name, blah blah" and make you feel stupid that you don't understand english and you don't understand simple questions. Then i have to call back again because their computer is not working properly. Hopefully, our group won't experience poor customer service when we stay there in Feb.

The pool is very deep but the room is nice and I only stay for two nights

We were disappointed with our stay here. There is 1 broken ice machine for 3 floors, and the General Manager Jill will give out ice from their back kitchen, but only if you're an older male that smiles nicely at her. If you're a younger female, she always resorts to we have none. If you ask her a question or ask her for something, she'll literally do everything she can in her power to make things worse for you than before you asked her. Her staff does the same, except for when she's NOT around. Then they're nice. The pool area is cold, the water in the pool is cold, and when you have to ask for towels (because they don't put them in the pool area), the staff scoffs at you for asking, even though they should be in there in the first place. I have never seen smaller fridges in a hotel in my life, definitely bring a cooler because you can fit about 3 things in them. There's more unfortunate things I could mention, but this is all the time that I want to spend on this hotel. Highly do not recommend.

Excellent service. Rooms are big, very clean. I would highly recommend going here for the night.
