I just got my first Brazilian wax in a year so it was basically like my first Brazilian wax ever.
Karry-Lyne made me feel so comfortable and was so informative on the places to hold to make it less painful than it already was. Will definitely come here again!

Such a great place to go for waxing! They are so professional and friendly! Been coming here since I was a teenager, and I still only go here for my waxing now that I'm in my 30's.

I have been a loyal customer for several years but dealing with the owner Cookie has been an absolute nightmare. I have specifically stated to the staff that I do not wish to have any services performed by Cookie as she makes me feel very uncomfortable and is extremely rude, disrespectful and makes very unpleasant remarks about my race and skin.
I created a booking with a different employee but despite stating my concerns — upon arrival, I was told that Cookie will be doing my service and someone else will take over later.
Despite how unprofessional this is, it’s also extremely disrespectful as they completely disregarded my concerns and changed my booking upon arrival with no notice. After telling them I was not comfortable with what was happening, Cookie told me that I would have to pay in full despite having no work done. After refusing to pay, I was told to leave and that I was no longer welcome.
I have no issues with any of the other girls but the owner Cookie is completely unprofessional.
If you take a look at the poor reviews on this place, they are mostly about the unprofessional and borderline racist behaviour of the owner. It’s a shame as the rest of the staff are great!

I have been going to Cookie and the Girls for a few years now. I won't go anywhere else. Service is excellent and I will keep going back. I would recommend anyone go to see her and you won't be disappointed.

I was a very loyal customer since last 3 years, but had a really bad experience since last couple of times. Cookie herself is very unprofessional and rude, also making her business really unprofessional. This is the type of business where you have to maintain good relations with your customers but that is not the case here. She is extremely rude and harsh on people. She does not know how to treat their customers in a friendly way. They do not value and consider their customer's time and circumstances. I was stuck in between an accident and got late (5 minutes) for an appointment. The lady took me in and asked me what are my priorities to be done first. She said she will try her best to complete everything but SHE DID NOT LET ME KNOW THAT I AM STILL GOING TO BE CHARGED FOR THE SERVICE WHICH I DID'NT RECEIVED. When she was done halfway there were still some things left, she said okay WE ARE ALL DONE. I said alright no problem I will reschedule to get the things done. At the time of checkout, I was asked the full payment (again without getting things done). I referred many of my friends here in the past, I am gonna let all of them know to look for a different place because this is not the way how you run your business and I don't want my friends to face this issue when I referred them. I understand time is precious for them but even they're not gonna do anything in 5 mins anyways. Customer should be put first as they are the one paying and their time and money is valuable. Never coming back here again and not sending anyone else.

The reception got me in for a last-minute appointment. If you're looking for ambiance in a spa, this isn't the place. The prices and service I had were great!

Reasonable prices, and amazing service by girls (Emily made my experience awesome), makes you feel comfortable and give homely vibes. Also, I love the attitude of Cookie, so professional and straightforward, giving honest remarks without creating any loop.

Love it here. Always a great experience and one of few places i can go these days and feel like I'm actually getting good value for my money!
