Delta Hotels by Marriott Regina

Nice upscale hotel in Regina. Easily among the top. Perfect location, nice room, clean and large. I would have given 5 stars, if the hotel didn't make the mistake of charging my incidental as purchase as oppose to pre-authorization; and I had to call the hotel to get it sorted out after I found out by myself. It would have gone unnoticed if I didn't check my visa statement. Not cool.

The hallways were hot as hell, the pool was closed with no warning or say so. And the room was tiny as ever!

My brother was a guest here last night with a friend. He stepped out for a few hours - upon arrival back he was denied back into the room, denied grabbing his stuff from the room and was left on the street with only his phone in the middle of the night with no where to go as he is from out of town. Very disappointed to hear this as there was 0 reason to shy away him without reason. We had to threaten front staff with police just to grab his stuff from the room this morning. Was there valid reasoning for this or is it just because my brother is visibly indigenous? My family and friends will never do business with you and i wouldn’t recommend staying here ever.

Good hotel in a prime location downtown. Rooms are modern and clean with most amenities you'd expect, like a mini-fridge, coffee maker, big TV, wifi, etc.
The check-in and room key through the app is a nice feature for a nerd like me, although the app was otherwise meh.
No room service available at the property, which was a minor annoyance.
Parking is available nearby or at the hotel (at a premium).
The staff was friendly and helpful, although the directions given to me for a nearby confectionery were farther than stated, and put me at a place I didn't feel safe.
If you're there for a conference it's super convenient!
Overall, a good property worth your time if you need to access downtown or the casino.

Need to fix a few things. Signage on the parking entrance needs to be further out. By the time you see it and figure out you need a pass to enter you have to back out of an awkward entrance. Had to try parking because the entrance was full of vehicles. Bollard on the exit of parking is leaning out which reduces clearance for a larger vehicle. Door in the parking lot should really be automated. It's large and heavy, saw a gentleman in a wheel chair struggle to use the door. Luckily he had someone with him who could assist but not very user friendly. Rooms are standard rooms. Check in was fast and friendly.

Service workers doing what they can. Short staffed. Room dirty, air conditioner broken, no fans in bathroom? When you call the front desk on Google you get taken to a corporate line that, after several prompts, takes you to a customer service rep who can give the number of the front desk.but it's actually just the customer service manager who had an answering machine. A very frustrating experience. But to be clear, workers in the building are consistently helpful and doing what they can.

Brought the nieces and nephews for a little staycation and we had a blast! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and clean. The kids loved the pool/water slide (all day) and the lifeguard who was friendly, interacted with the kids which made them feel welcomed/safe! Would recommend this hotel and will be back!

I had the pleasure of staying at Delta Hotel for an extended period of two months, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Your staff name Janki, Neema, Mehnaz, Jonathan and everyone else made me feel like a valued long-term guest, always ensuring that my needs were met promptly and efficiently. I highly recommend Delta Hotel for both short and extended stays.

Attended Williston Basin Conference 2023 at the Delta. Good location to mall and casino, food was good and staff was attentive. Women's washroom not very well serviced (stinky in the afternoon) throughout the day, only a few of the water taps and soap dispensers work.

I have stayed here several times this past year. The staff are always very friendly and make me feel welcome. The signature club lounge is open which is nice as some hotels in the brand have avoided reopening with full amenities. I recognize the signature club attendant from a previous stay and she is always very attentive and makes me feel at home. One of my favorite Delta locations.

Friend booked here for the night online and when the email confirmation was sent out the date was wrong. A call to the hotel to fix the error and they would not change the mistake and would not refund the room rental for the wrong date. Terrible customer service.

Booked a room and when we got the confirmation email it was for the wrong date. We immediately called them to change the date of check in but they refused and also refused a refund. I am a long time Marriott member and stay with them every time I travel. Extremely disappointed. Will never be staying here again.

My experience here was horrible. I booked online and after receiving am email confirmation noticed that the online booking was for the incorrect date. I immediately called the hotel and they completely dismissed me and said there was nothing they could so to switch the reservation from tomorrow night to tonight. I looked online and saw that there were still rooms available tonight. I have been a Marriott member for years and this has been a horrible experience, making me think again about continuing to stay with Marriott.

Rooms were clean, and heaters were noisy. Staff were friendly and professional. The food was good. I I was here for a conference.

Great hospitality at the Delta. Friendly, helpful staff. All meals were good, especially the delicious buffet breakfast. Ask for a corner room with a great view of the city. The check in parking is tight and you'll want to be coming from the west on Sask Ave.

Rooms were clean, staff was nice. Bed were ok. Pillows were not comfortable. If I stayed here again, I'd bring my own pillows for a better night sleep.

I had a problem with the tap in my bathroom, and they gave me a different room with no hesitation. If you are in Regina, I recommend staying here 100%!

Very impressed with the property, and happy to have underground parking. Spotless rooms, close to amenities/airport, and very thoroughly enjoyed the menu/service at the on site restaurant. I am returning shortly, and am happy to do so.

Beds are very comfortable
Room was spacious overlooking the Casino.
Downside was no microwave. Staff was friendly. Nice walk in shower.
