When we picked our house I thought this would be the most amazing house ever and it’s been nothing but disaster after disaster.
Late delivery
No communication
Tons of issues to be done and fixed
Over a year and a half before something was looked at.
There was moisture leak and we’ve yet to have anyone to show up to look at it
And our doors don’t seal, we’ve had them look once and have yet to hear what will be done about it. It’s -50 in the winter where I live and the fact that the door exterior doors never seal is baffling to me
We’ve had the drywall screws fixed twice and still tons missed and not fixed. Painting was left up to us which would have been nice to know prior to purchasing as other options closer to us provided that.
I’ve been patient we have lived in this house almost 2 years and the communication is horrible.
Save yourself the hassle and don’t bother dealing with them unless it’s built on site. I wouldn’t recommend Deneschuk nor would I purchase again.
